Stay was as expected and needed

Worked perfectly as a place to stay for the night. Was in town for a concert and they offered a free shuttle to the concert which was unexpected, but a nice touch. Rooms spacious and clean, if a little older. Didn’t have breakfast.

Night & day difference between hotel front lobby area and the actual hotel rooms and very good breakfast/dinner. Checked into non-smoking room full of smoke smell. even the room corridor smelled of smoke. Got a feeling of a casino like smoke smell everywhere. AC was also not workng well and making loud noise. Maintenance staff came quickly and fixed it(clogged filter). Water didn’t drain well in bathroom sink and tub.
Hotel lobby and restaurant area was very nice. No smoke smell anywhere. They had live music at the restaurant during dinner and buffet breakfast was also quite good. very reasonable price for a good tasing food -better than other higher rated hotels I stayed before this stay.

I had problems sleeping as I found the pillows to be too thick for me but will compensate for that next time.

Excellent hotel except for...

15 minutes from the city center, which is easily achieved using Grab taxis.
A very good and comfortable hotel, and the breakfast was also good.
My only complaint is the treadmill which was broken over all 2 weeks of my stay.
If you don't use the gym then no problem but I didn't like it.

I quite like and recommend this place

Very unexpectantly good hotel, and will stay here again. Used the hotel to visit family.
Not business and not close to any specific tourist attractions but central to all places I needed like parks and malls.

There were lots of small cockroaches in my room. I did not discover this until the last night. My bathroom was full of them. I hate cockroaches. So this is a very irritating experience.

Good if you are there for DWP at the Expo!

The hotel room is old, towels n bedsheet don look clean. They look old and dirty. But the service is very good! The staff are fast and efficient and accommodating to requests. 👍
Location is just opposite DWP festival which was the reason why I visited Jkt! Within walking distance from venue is a blessing after a long nite of party!

Good and reasonable hotel to stay

it was a short stay and purpose was to visit exhibition nearby. It was a pleasant stay at Swiss belinn with to and fro transport facility to expo. Friendly and smiling welcome desk. Breakfast options were good with varieties and their attractions was live egg station near pool area. though the rooms had smoking smell, wherein i asked them for non-smoking room, which was the only highlighted unpleasant experience. Rest, highly recommended

Hotel staff is extremely helpful.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful. Thank you so much for able to locate back my sister's cell phone.The security guard is very alert all the time. Its a good system that they are practising in which every single vehicle that enters the hotel, they will jot down the car number plate for security and checking purposes.

By the way, breakfast is so yummy! :p

Nothing at hotel location , poor checkin and out.

I had ordered a double no smoking room at check in they offered a double smoking (!) or twin bedded no smoking. I had to agree after protest to the twin bedded (to be joined please wait). I was shown to the room as ordered.!
On check out they seemed to be so busy giving back deposits nobody could check out. I left the keys and said goodbye. Not efficient.
There is nothing in the vicinity of this hotel.

A Hotel within a Residential Complex

Although we arrived early at around 1pm, we were not allowed to check in before 2pm. this is a little too rigid.
The room is quite cramp for comfort.
However, the hotel provides free transport to the Expo and they were even ready to send the pax when there is only 1 pax instead of waiting for the transport to be full.
The breakfast range is leaned towards local than intercontinental food.
While the hotel provides a free massage service, we were surprised that they called the room inviting us to the massage. I feel this is a little too commercialized.

Very nice hotel with nice view and pool.

There's not a whole lot to do walking distance from the hotel but the facilities were very nice. I had a huge breakfast, got back into my room to get some work done, then checked out at 1pm and went for a swim in their very long pool. Then went to the next hotel. The best thing about this place is the room has very wide windows so so you can see the city landscape while you work.

a nice place to stay if u have to go to J.I expo

This is my second stay in the hotel. The only reason to stay in this hotel is proximity to Jakarta International Expo. If i hadn't had to attend an exhibition there, i wouldn't think to stay here. It has a shuttle service to the venue, which is a nice extra, given taxy would rib u off even for such a close distance.

The neighbourhood is practically dead. Nowhere to go at night within walking distance. The only restoa u can find food is in the hotel & another one near the hotel. But if u are into some culinary experience, u must grab a taxy.

The hotel is OK however. Room is clean & well maintained. The hotel is new. & it has a good pool too. In contrast to other reviewers, i found the pool to be clean & enjoyable for the 2 times i stayed here. & @ 6.30 in the morning, i found the pool to be just for myself :)

Only the breakfast place is so small. It is not easy to find a table on the peak hours. Some guests had to share table with others. However the food selection was acceptable.
