I travel to Snyder a lot to see my daughter play softball. The staff at this hotel is amazing. The room always clean and ready and the breakfast always fresh!!

2 things...1] the pool is inder.construction and absolutely no mention of it on your website. 2] We reserved AND paid for a king suite on travelocity and was given a queen suite because the hotel \"was overbooked\". There were no refunds for price difference and hotel staff said because we had agreed to the substitution when we checked in, there is no refund. We were told we would not be refunded any of the amount we had paid for 3 over nights if we didn't check in since we were standing on hotel property at the check in time. We normally have good experiences with Hampton Inn and Travelocity. This may be the last time we use both of these companies. There is a hotel competitor down the road and we will use that next time. Very disappointing dealing with Hampton Inn and travelocity.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff friendly and attentive. I would have rated higher...however We reserved and paid for king suite since we were travelling with a toddler. The property was not able to honor due to overbooked. The pool is under construction which shoild have been mentioned on website.

The front office staff was excellent. They were kind, courteous & efficient. The hotel is OK. It was relatively clean, although the sheets & towels were badly stained. The indoor pool, which seemed to be the primary reason many were staying there, was not very clean & the heater in the pool & hot tub were not working so the water was not circulating (nasty) & was frigid. Pretty sure it would not pass inspection from the state. The hotel in general needs a big upgrade & renovation. The furniture is old, worn, dated & had holes. The tile in the bathroom floor is cracked & broken & the grout is completely missing in places making it not only unsanitary but also a little dangerous. The bathtub was nothing short of disgusting- rusted, moldy & nasty looking. Great job staff! You did an amazing job for what you had to work with.

Staff seemed on top of it, very well kept. Only complaint is that I did find two hairs in my oatmeal 😅 unfortunately we didn’t have time to check out the pool or gym but if it was as clean as the rest of the hotel then I’m sure they were excellent. We also really enjoyed the bedding, the blanket was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel

Our room is very clean and smells like fresh linen. Bathroom has a lot of towels and very tidy. They have shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. AC works very well. They have fridge and microwave. They also provide access to Netflix, HBO max etc. We really love the breakfast. They have waffle maker, bread, Danish bread, eggs, bacon and potatoes. Juice dispenser as well. Overall rate for me 10/10.

The staff were great. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the tv was not working due to the construction which Im sure was outside of your control. But outside of the tv issue, all was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know there was a water main break in town and the hotel, along with the entire city, was without water and that I could cancel if need be. I stayed anyway because I was already on my way. They were very polite and kept me updated on when the water got restored. They also gave a courtesy call to let me know they were on the middle of a remodel. For them to be remodeling it was very clean.

Front desk person didn't even acknowledge us walk up to counter (just kept to her laptop as we stood there, no one rkse in the lobby). Under reno so not sure how much was/will be done, but room floor had severe warp/bulge. TV screen kept glitching. All tubs considered, won't be back.

The breakfast options were good. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 3 or 4am and scared us to death. It was not a fire, just a false alarm. You wouldn't believe it, but the night before in Albuquerque at a different hotel, we had the SAME thing happen...false alarm interrupting our sleep in the middle of the night.

There was no restaurant inside the hotel breakfast was okay.. seemed to be a problem with the air conditioner at night. We put it on one thing and at night it seemed to change. It was very hot and we set the air but at night it got changed and we were actually sweating.. that was really the only thing that was uncomfortable..

Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers! The hotel is very nice, bedrooms nice and large. Rosemary from the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. She texted when we first got to our room to make sure we were comfortable and too see if we needed anything. We could opt out of these text messages, but u found it very helpful. Thanks, rosemary! You were great!

Place is terrible. Short staffed so there’s always a sign at the desk that no one is there and they are away helping other guests. Breakfast opens at 6 am and by 640 am they were almost completely out of food. Rooms are dirty. Carpet coming up on hallways. Unfriendly staff that can’t figure out a computer. Welcome to Snyder!

Beds comfy. Make sure to put out the “sleep “ door hanger if you don’t want housekeeping waking you up. Breakfast was okay, but everything was cold. A microwave would have been great to heat foods up. Good coffee.

First impression was horrible. During check in I told the receptionist that I will be using a different card than what the reservation had to pay for the stay. She then proceeded to tell me to swipe my card, which I did. I see that charge on original card on file and told her that was incorrect. Then she gave me attitude & said I should have specified. I’m not sure how I could have been more specific but I was too tired to argue because it was sorted out quickly. Upon getting into my room my husband and I already started to get settled. My husband took a shower & I was putting away my things which included my medication that needs to be refrigerated. The refrigerator wasn’t on. So I called the front desk and she said she’ll get it sorted. Within 10 minutes she knocked at our room telling us that she was moving us. If I had known we would’ve packed up & got ourselves sorted. Completely inconsiderate. Other than that the stay was very comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was good.

We had to change our reservation last minute due to missing our flight. The kind folks at the Snyder Hampton Inn were so friendly and helped us change our reservation with no problems The breakfast buffet options were exceptional. I don't know that I've ever seen such a variety of food options!!!

The laundry wasn’t working. The TV didn’t work. It smelt like a barn. A guest had a baby CALF in their room. like an actual Mooing cow not joking. The smell was horrible. The room wouldn’t reach the temp of the thermostat. I booked one type of room and at check out was told they didn’t have it available. I would not recommend this property. The one positive was the gentle at check in was very nice.

Hotel was overall clean. The issue we had is that we checked in, went up to the room, and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. It’s a sliding barn door that closes between the closet and the bathroom which is a horrible design because there is a huge crack in the bathroom door where you can hear everything ( and see if you are walking by because the crack is so big). Why would you ever put a sliding barn door on a bathroom???? So, I called and asked if we could have another room, and the person on duty said she would come to help us figure out a way to close it. I waited 30 minutes—no one showed. I went down to the desk, and she had forgotten. I asked again for another room because we had both injured our hands trying to figure out how to keep the door to the bathroom closed, and she finally agreed to try to find us another room. It was just a huge hassle when we were exhausted and wanted to just come in and rest. Also, the AC was weird, so we had to figure that out as well. There was a wall control, but we finally figured out that we had to control it from the AC unit and not the wall. Just too much of a pain overall when we just wanted to crash and rest after a long day.

We got there around 10 pm. I was tired and just wanted to get setlled. Easy to check in and got to our room. It was warm and muggy in the room. Went to the front and told the lady at the desk. She suggested to adjust the thermostat. Went back up. Waited 10-15 minutes. Still didnt get cool. The room was also missing a light bulb, no big deal on that. Called down to the front and got a different room. Front desk lady was nice. Air conditioning worked in the new room so that was good. However, after a few times to the restroom the toilet wouldnt flush the toilet paper. I said Ill tell them in the morning. I just wanted to go to bed. Lastly, the shower had mildew around the edge but we werent showering so I wasnt concerned about it. I let the front desk know when we were leavinv about the toilet. Ill end on a positive note. My sheets, my pillows and blankets were very clean and the staff was nice. If you ask me if I would stay again I wouldnt. 2 different rooms 2 different problems.

I was surprised at how run down the hotel is. The carpeting is loose and coming up. There are patches on it where it’s torn. There’s busted tiles throughout. Our room was not clean when we got there. The front desk sent someone to clean it quickly though. It’s a good place for a nights stay. It’s just not being kept up very well.

First room we were in had the sink drain disconnected and as my son washed his hands, the dirty water flooded the floor. The hallway carpet on the 2nd floor was very loose and wrinkled and didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in some time. The pool was dirty with quite a bit of sand. The staff was very aloof and made it seem an imposition when we purchased some drinks from the snack station.
