The breakfast was lacking. The cinnamon rolls were the best part about breakfast. The beds were comfortable, it was a nice clean place and the staff were very friendly.

Service staff was not staying at the check in desk. Had to call a phone number for the staff to come to the desk. I finally checked in and then front desk called my room and said they had a problem with credit card that I pre registered with. I had got undressed and was taking a nap. I told the staff I was going to a meeting in two hours and would take care of the problem. They called me again to harass me about the card. I put on a shirt and nothing else and took care of problem. When I checked out no staff again at desk Had to call the number again.
BReakfast was somewhat ok. The bacon was almost raw. Had to put in microwave to actually make it safe to eat.

I usually give Holiday Inn Express 5 stars, but this one fell short. The radiator had a broken plastic guard. It would have been noisy anyway, as it appeared the wind was coming in through the vent (I'm guessing, since it was windy and still had air and noise after unplugging it). It eventually settled down, but it got chilly, so I had to use it, and it was still noisy. I peeked at the tub in the morning, and there was a long hair in it (mine is basically crewcut), and it looked like maybe it didn't drain properly. There were small things like not asking if I had IHG rewards, didn't ask how my stay was, etc. Just not what I expect from the chain.

Great Surprise!

We stayed here on our way back from NM. I was amazingly surprised at the hot food they have available from 5-7 and the size of the room. It appeared that wind turbine workers stay there predominantly but there was also a mix of families. The breakfast had a superb attendant also. For the price I would definitely recommend!

Holiday Inn Express has become my Go-To home when I am on the road, and this recent trip 4/24 - 5/4 was no exception. ALWAYS constant, 4 pillows on each bed, 2 soft, 2 firm, delightful, restful mattress and bedding. Bathtubs that are not for children only and plenty of towels, etc.
Thank you to the women I met at this stay, Imelda in the dining room was exceptional Alicia, and Nialely(sp?), and Angela who greeted me at the front desk.

Stayed overnight while travelling from Fort Collins CO to Austin TX. Made last minute reservations via Hotels.com app. Accommodations were excellent, super clean facilities and very friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying there while visiting Snyder TX.

This is a typical Holiday Inn Express. The unforgettable part is that the construction on the main and smaller area of the 2nd floor created considerable construction and drywall dust. It attaches to everything it touches in hallways and floors. The room was just fine as well as breakfast.
There was no pre-warning of construction or we would have booked elsewhere. A very disappointing experience.

If you want to watch TV loud overnight, this is a dream place. If you instead want to get a sleep, look elsewhere. I woke up due to loud voice at 12am. I thought it was through the wall behind bed, but it was actually TV noise from the other side of the wall. I called front desk and asked to let my neighbor calm down. I waited for 5 minutes but it didn't stop. So I called again. Didn't stop. Every time I called, the front desk person told me she called my neighbor to lower the volume, but that's it. I asked her to come to the second floor to understand how loud it is, but she told me she is a girl and the only staff at this moment so she can't do that. And every time I called, I realized that I hear phone ring. It turned out that I am hearing my call through the floor (or wall)! The facility is that bad. On the fourth call at 12:43am, I asked when her manager will come in the next morning. She was not sure but gave me an estimate. After I hung up, I hear the phone ring in my neighbor's room, and then TV was turned off.
Oh, did I write that I found ants in the bathtub and linens?

Very nice surprise when we arrived was that the hotel was offering a nice hor d'oeuvres for all guests. In the room the blinds were pulled so that the room was nice and cool. Breakfast in the morning was great. A nice stay over all.

It was clean and the staff was accommodating. We sat out under the covered pool area. It was very nice. There were outdoor grills located in that area. We were unsure who used them because they were very dirty and utensils beside them were also dirty.

The check in and check out was very easy. The staff was very friendly both times. The rooms were a very decent size and the beds were clean (no bedbugs). The bathrooms could use some TLC. Cracked tiles and loose grout. But ultimately, the price was right and the place was clean so that equates to a comfortable stay.

Everything about this place is outstanding. The staff is awesome. The lobby and hallways look and smell squeaky clean. Our beds were so comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. We had an issue with our vehicle and had to take it to the Ford place in town, so I was afraid we would not make checkout time. Brandon at the front desk said no problem and even offered us the same room at the same rate if we had to stay another night. Breakfast was great, too. Cannot say enough great things about the hotel. Microwave, fridge, iron, keurig, the works, and for an excellent rate. Oh, and they even have Watkins products in the shower!!

The only 2 positives at this property I can write about is 1) the breakfast and 2) the great showerhead. The rest is all negative. Bathroom and shower had mold around shower/tub and also coming from ceiling going down wall in bathroom. Bathroom tile was either missing or falling apart. Loose A/C unit rattled all nite. And walls and ceiling are paper thin, all I heard was talking and the walking of other guest on my floor (2nd) and the 3rdvfloor above me. This property is below standards of a Holiday Inn Express and was very disappointing.

Very comfy room. Loved the pillows. Wish I knew what Kind they were. Bed was very comfortable but fortunately I had a stool in the trunk of the car as it was too tall.
There were no instructions in the room as to what time is breakfast, where to find the wifi pass code, channel selection, etc. overall. A great stay.
