This was the worst stay of my life! We checked in after a very long day of driving and were given a room on the 2nd floor. Asked about ice and was told that the ice machine was broken. After dragging all of our luggage up stairs, past a group sitting outside their rooms drinking beer, we discovered the room was dirty. Sheets on one bed had visible lipstick and dirt on them and bugs when the covers were pulled back. The other bed was full of dirt crumbs. I called down and reported the condition and the girl who checked me in asked if I wanted to come and get clean sheets. I told her I would rather have a clean room. Went back to the desk where I was given a different room on the first floor. The desk agent barely spoke to me and certainly didn't seem to care that we had been placed in a dirty room. We moved everything down only to realize this room was not much better. Sheet looked slept in and the furniture was stained. Bathtub had a dirt ring around it, paint peeling off the ceiling and the counters were grimy. I had no faith that moving again would help. We slept in our clothes after covering the bed with towels and using our jackets for cover. I didn't even want to walk on the carpet without at least socks on. Showered in the morning wearing our flip flops. Went down to grab a quick bite to eat to find that all of the food was wiped out by the time we arrived at 6:40 am. I couldn't wait to leave this place in my rear view. Do NOT stay here!

Thank goodness there was someone in the lobby when we got back to our room at 2AM as they had locked us out of our room cuz they didn't have paperwork even though we clearly checked in.

Definite issue with smoke smell and cleanliness. I opened the door to my first room and the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that I didn't even go in the room. The key card to my second room didn't work and she had to get me a new one. That room also smelled like cigarette smoke although not as bad as the first. The third room was more tolerable so I stick with it, but I still got the hint of cigarette smoke throughout my time in the room. There is also an issue with the cleanliness of the room. One of the pillows smelled like it hadn't been washed, there were someone else's hairs in the bathtub and I had to use my own cleaning wipe to clean off the toilet seat. This is supposed to be a smoke free facility but it is definitely not. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

We stayed just one night. Rang bell for service and quickly some arrived and checked us in. Our room was cleaned but the bed sheets were dirty. Someone came right away and changed them apologizing for the inconvenience. The second set had I decided stains on them. No one wants stained or dirty sheets. Said they would comp me on my BW membership. So far they haven’t. The breakfast was barely edible; the sausage was greasy, the gravy was gross as the pot was all crusty and the gravy looked old. The coffee need some coffee in it, more like lightly colored water. I give it three stars just for response time and convenience of location.

This was an older facility without an elevator. My handicapped husband could not conquer the stairs so the receptionist placed us in a bottom floor room without an extra cost.

Hotel has no lobby attendat after 11pm
At time arrival, no body was at lobby, requesting to call a phone number for keys assigment, but also no body pickup the phone, then after had paid the room , we were no able to use it and still Hotels.com is investigating if payment can be returned due a lot of policies. We were two guessts affected by this insident.
