My stay at Divan Adana was excellent. The room was impeccably clean, modern and the level of service was truly refined.The staff were exceptionally attentive a standard of service you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Reception staff and bellboy Emre were outstanding. A special mention to Mihrap from housekeeping, whose professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional and elevated the entire experience.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Wonderful, spacious bathroom. Great selection and good quality breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Adana.

Was here for a wedding. Everything about this place was exceptional. The lunch was outstanding. Pool. Gym. Hamam if you want. Bed and size of room would be 1000 in Manhattan where I live. Ordering lunch was difficult when you want to be specific since no English other than front desk.

A not so hidden gem 😊

Stayed here two nights during college friends reunion. It was a hotel already selected by a friend so I didn’t really now what to expect although this is a good and well established hotel brand in Türkiye. I was much pleasantly surprised with a lot of things: the courteous service at the reception desk, the room’s spaciousness and condition, the housekeeping meticulous ness, the large Turkish bath style shower (yeah I know it doesn’t make sense but you should see it) we found in the bathroom (we found because it looked like a regular shower cabin door but opened into a much larger, “shower room”). The hotel’s location is also very convenient. I would choose this hotel next time as well, when I’m in the area. No need to try other global chains (which I am sure also offer similar amenities).

It was the first time I stayed at Divan and my expectations were high. Well, over all it was fine but the room service was absolute disappointment. I was at the room working and I ve asked a bowl of tomato soup and 45 mins. later i had to remind them and they finally delivered the soup but this time it was a lentil soup not tomato. This was obviously not expected from the highly recommended Divan. :(

Misleading advertising on hotel.com, book three nights and get third free, actually nothing free the price listed includes the free night. I made wrong decision because of the advertising, the total price almost like Sheraton and Hilton. Come to breakfast buffet, you not allowed to touch any of items and they will put in your dish what you select, the buffet is very poor, and the they try to cut costs, I'm never seen this in my life, they said this is because of covid 19, but it's not, it all about cut costs in every facility. I regret staying in this place, and will not think about stay again. They have a serious management issues and not sure how they mange to stay in the business. There are limitations for cost cuts, but they go far and beyond. Air condition is not working in the way from room to elevator and we were melt in Adana hot weather. We had electricit short cut in the room and water cattle working only one time and I have to ask every day to change it. The only good thing was reception staff who were very helpful and friendly and tried to help us.

Excellent hotel in Adana

This is an excellent hotel in Adana. The room was great, the service is the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a great breakfast buffet with a variety of options including cheese, olives, honey, butter, greens, eggs, bakery, etc. The sauna, Turkish bath, and the pool are great. The hotel is within walking distance from central Adana; you can literally cross the street from the traffic lights and walk towards Ziya Pasa and Ataturk Streets which are central to Adana. A lot of dining and shopping options nearby. There is a very good kebab place at the entry level of the hotel; Mesut Kebab is a branch location of the historic Mesut Kebab and I highly recommend it.

Unexpected shocking in divan

First of all they charged us nearly 100$ more after confirmation and at the reception they said we can’t do anything you can talk with Hotels.com

No one took care of baggage handling and transferring to the given room, we transferred by ourselves.

The room was perfect except water was coming out during shower and sounds were heard from outside, our room was on the Main Street site view

We found things like hair inside breakfast foods (fried with food) and they just said sorry

Today there was no coffee until we asked for

Mostly we were served ourselves for tea and coffee

Really it doesn’t looked like an original “divan” hotel

Otele saat 11.00 gibi geldim, odanın müsait olmadığını saat 14.00 da odayı alabileceğimiz söylendi, kurallar gereği tamam dedik, saat 17.30 da otele tekrar geldik, odamızın hazır olmadığını söylediler, kişisel ihtiyaçlarımızın olduğunu, odamızın teslim edilmesini istedik, bize spa yı kullanabileceğimizi söylediler, uzun münakaşalardan sonra saat 19.00 da odamızı teslim alabildik.
