Otelde genel deneyimim iyiydi ancak bazı ufak problemlerle karşılaştım. Öncelikle otopark, otelinin kendisine değil, özel bir otopark şirketine ait. Arka tarafta bulunmakta, ücretsiz yararlanilabilir. Wifi konusunda birazcık sıkıntı yaşandı. Kesintiler yaşandı. Adana gibi sıcak bir şehir için, klima sıcaklığı yeterli değildi. Bunlar haricinde, oldukça keyifli bir seyahat oldu benim için. Kahvaltı imkanı olması büyük bir avantaj ve kahvaltı oldukça iyiydi. Oda temizliği ve imkanları da yeterliydi. Lokasyon olarak, tam merkezde bulunmakta fakat Adana'nın pek olunması istenen bir yerinde değil. Sonuç olarak, tercih edebilirsiniz, büyük bir problem yaşamayacak, keyif alacağınıza inanıyorum.

Buradan rezervasyon yapınca kahvaltısız olduğu söylendi ve satın almak zorunda kaldım. Çözmek konusunda da siteyle sorun yaşadım 1 haftadır da hala çözülmesini bekliyorum. Ayrıca odada jakuzi ve mikrodalga fırın olduğu da yazıyordu yoktu. Otel çalışanlarının söylediğine göre daha önce de buradan yapılan rezervasyonlarda sorun yaşanmış. Otele gelirsek personelin ilgisi ve profesyonellik oldukça iyi. Kahvaltılarını çok beğendik. Oteli öneririm ama buradan rezervasyon yapıldıktan sonra oteli arayıp oda ve kahvaltı hakkında bilgileri teyit edip öyle kullanın derim.
