The rooms are outdated, resembling a style from the 1980s. The air conditioner did not function properly. However, the hotel was clean and offered a nice river view. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the shower drain was partially clogged. Additionally, the reception failed to recognize that breakfast was included for both rooms I had booked, forcing me to prove my purchase. The manager admitted there were issues on their end. As compensation for the inconvenience, I requested a discount, as my breakfast experience was disrupted. Instead, the manager offered a free massage therapy session for June 2025.

The guy who is working as a receptionist told us we can have a breakfast but the mornin just before check out and at the end of the breakfast, they said ‘you have to pay for breakfast’ i paid that is not a problem but it was so rude and unacceptable.

Pool was so warm, we were informed that cooling system is broken. They measured next to us, it was 30 celcius . The shampoo was smells not good. İ suggested them to change it. Employees are nice and helpful overalll.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. Our room was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed stunning views of the mosque and the stone bridge. The location was ideal, being close to all major attractions and having a large shopping center nearby.

The Adana Hilton is a fantastic hotel with great staff.
It is a bit out of the town, like the Sheraton.
However I did pay top dollar for the accommodation and it did not include breakfast. In fact I paid more than I did for the Istanbul Conrad which is a superior hotel.

We had a great experience from beginning to end! Check in was quick and the staff was super friendly and spoke English very well. The beds are comfortable and not too hard like some beds tend to be. Beautiful views from the river side room. Yummy breakfast buffet and prompt room service with nice food options. We would stay here if we visit Adana again!

It was a lovely stay spent at the Adana Hilton SA. Overall, I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights, through other bookings.

The staff was sweet and attentive, the hotel food was delicious, and the Turkish bath experience was really nice.

The pool needs some upgrade though.

Unprofessional staff, Hidden fees charged when I asked front desk they gave me an absurd explanation. Bathroom in the room is run down, attended a wedding at the hotel was declined late check out, which every other hotel in the country allows if you attend a wedding in their hotel.

The staff at the door was very helpful and polite at all times. The receptionist girl was a bit abrupt didn’t like questions being asked. When I called the reception to see if they had an iphone charger the lady who picked up the call very rude. The buffet breakfast was great the hotel was clean but the bathroom was average.

The best in Adana for position and comfort

The hotel is ugly from the outside and until the new pool is finished the swimming is limited to tiny indoor and outdoor pools but the rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the public areas attractive. Excellent views of the mosque and bridge, Adana’s chief attractions.
Service in the restaurant was excellent and the buffets impressive before the locals fell on them at sunset (it was Ramazan) like a flock of vultures. Excellent breakfasts.

Hotel desperately needs renovation. Showing wear and tear is an understatement. It's physical condition masks efforts to keep it clean. In present condition it will never look clean.

Easy access. Close to the airport (7-10 minutes) and city center. They have free parking and good quality free WiFi in common areas and rooms. Most rooms has the unique view of the historical Taskopru (Stonewall bridge, that was built by Romans during 2nd Century AD.

First of all, we warmly welcomed with great courtesy with a free room upgrade. Our room view was Seyhan River which gave us great motivation before our half marathon race the day after our arrival. Next day, although the hotel spared their shuttles to their staff, they again accepted us with pleasure to the van that was going to the start area. Our room and bathroom was perfectly clean and spacious.Moreover, hotel management extended our check-out time in order to let us relax and rest a little bit after the marathon. The hotel itself is a reason to go Adana.

The service in this hotel was great! Everyone, including the front desk people, room cleaning staff, people at the breakfast, everyone was superb. And they all deserve 5 star.
In addition, the hotel is great, especially for the price, although it has been showing signs of age.
But what bothered me the most, and the reason why I am not giving this hotel a 5-star rating is the lack of control one has over temperature in rooms. We had two rooms reserved, and both were extremely hot, and we had no way to cool the rooms a little. When I called the hotel personnel, I was told that heating and AC are all central, and they had their heating on, since it was, at the time, 'winter' in Adana (actually it was the beginning of Spring, and Spring there is like summer elsewhere in Turkey or in Europe and most of N. America, really hot city). So they centrally have either heating or cooling on; what you can do in your room is adjust the level of heating; you cannot in any ways cool your room if it is in winter setting, or warm it if it is in summer setting. (although I don't think the latter would be a problem).

I think, a problem like this is ridiculous to have in a 5-star hotel. I have never had a problem like this even in 2-star hotels in the US.

All else was absolutely great. Like I said, the hotel staff is the best, the breakfast is amazing, and the hotel is perfect other than the heating/AC issue. Would I stay there again? Yes, if it is the middle of winter or summer.

When I was taking shower, water was not moving well inside the shower and shower tap was not that clean . It was taking lots of time to water to move. They only put one small shampoo and shower gel and not enough towels.

Adana's \"other\" super luxury hotel

This used to be THE hotel to stay at until the competition moved in down the street with an even newer hotel. Still, this is probably the #2 hotel in the city, and the staff goes out of its way to make your stay pleasant - they love being gracious hosts to foreigners and it shows. The Hilton has all the standard trappings of a hotel in its class, and is located close to the Metro and some great sights - it is really close to the big Mosque and right on the Seyhan River. If you're apt to complain about the busy traffic on the main street, get over it - all of Adana it like that. Take a taxi - they're not that much. Otherwise, use the Metro as it will get you to all the main sights in town.

Perfect Hotel for a visit to Adana !

My friend and I stayed in this Hotel twice in two month. We made the extra drive to Adana since we really like the Town and this Hotel ,although our final destination was to Cyprus. We stayed in the executive room which has a wonderful view over the river.
The rooms are spacious clean with very comfortable beds. The Staff are all wonderful which helps making the trip extra enjoyable. The Breakfast is really good with a lot of choices,all delicious .
There is ample parking at no extra cost.
The last day I asked if we could have a late check out and without any problem they let us stay until 16.00 which was really appreciated.
I am especially grateful to Ufuk and Ekram in the reception for taking such good care of us.

Great for a short sight seeing visit or business

We were visiting family who live in ADANA for a short period. The hotel was most comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful. We were able to walk out by ourselves and did not feel intimidated in any way. To the contrary everybody we met were extremely friendly especially in the Historic Girls High School Building. Adana is a very diverse and interesting place to visit and the Hilton has a relaxing welcome to return to after a long day.

My friend and I stayed for two nights in this Hotel before travelling to Konya and then Izmir on our way to London by car. We found the Hotel is well located clean and comfortable and had great parking.. The executive room was spacious and had beautiful views .The snacks on offer in the lounge were very tasty and so was the breakfast
the staff were wonderful.
All in all a very pleasant stay in this Hotel and we will back on our next trip for sure

The hotel was nice, but our room was just okay. The air conditioning didnt work, so the room was too hot. The bed was much too firm. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke in the morning.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff was great, but the comfort of the room wasn't very good.
