Old hotel, doesn’t worth its money

Old hotel. Old furniture with scratches and scuffs. Had a bad experience with a restaurant manager. Provide a bad service.

Bad SPA. Everything is old. Changing rooms and pool are different floors. Very uncomfortable. If you come as a couple you can’t use hamam or sauna they are gender separated. Didn’t enjoy.

Disappointed. Doesn’t worth its money.

Business trip. A really good hotel. Super clean and the room was really nice. The Gym and pool are excellent.

Just two small issues, some of the staff on reception not so efficient, like robotic and the charge fo the WIFI in the room... really! but overall will be back.

The food is good service good, pool service could do with a review, a bit slow and no one really around to serve.

Nice and new and situated by the rver. There is a jogging area across the river from the hotel. We enjoyed the view of the mosque and the Roman bridge (which is still in use and in great condition).

I visited the hotel dor business during pandemi and did not want anybody in my room after I entered the because of the recent virus. How ever the tv was not working. Technician had to come in and fix it. After he left, tv stopped working again and this time I turned it off and had to sleep. Also I have ordered room service and they delivered wrong order, so they had to come in twice as well to the room. Even though I have explained the mistake to the room service personnel, at the checkout they charged me with that wrong order.
During such a cautious time, I cannot believe how irresponsible they were and how much stress they put on me during this pandemi.

This is an excellent hotel with very professional, courteous and helpful members of staff.
I paid extra for access to the Club Lounge and Business Centre which was money well spent.
The guest room was in very good condition with a large extremely comfortable bed, an adequate working area and a small balcony. The bathroom had a walk in shower in addition to a bath.
I will definitely look at staying at this hotel again if I am in Adana.

This place was beautiful! The hotel itself was gorgeous with a nice outdoor pool and the restaurants were great too. The room was spacious and the bathroom was all marble and had a huge shower with bench seating. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

My Stay

A comfortable stay in a nice hotel, service was excellent. Room was spacious and view of the mosque and river breath taking. Facility was clean and tidy and was peaceful free from noise. Enjoyed my stay there and would certainly come again. Only issue I had was price of food/drinks of hotel where a little too high, considering there is a mall 5mins walk away meaning I could eat and drink and a very cheaper price regardless of ease that food/drink were on site. Would advise you at least try to compete a little with your prices.

Really enjoyed the stay. Lovely location despite the river Seyhan being empty while bridge works are being carried out.
Transport is easy and affordable to save too much walking.
Shame the indoor pool and Jacuzzi cooler than we like and having to buy a cap as wearing one was mandatory but not provided.
Room and restaurant excellent together with excellent service, everyone helpful.
Complained about only one hour free internet and it was resolved immediately, impressed.

Lovely hotel overlooking the wide river.

The Sheraton is a big hotel overlooking the river. It is clean and spacious. Our first impression was of the staff who were all first class in their job. Nothing was too much trouble for us. Our room was excellent and the cleaning standards were impeccable. We used the bar, dining area and cafe all of which were the very best. The Sheraton has a large outdoor pool and this was excellent with plenty of sunbed space and attentive cafe staff.

The hotel is near facilities including a large modern shopping centre, bridges crossing the river and the old city area.

We cannot think of a better hotel to stay at and the next time we visit Adana we will definitely book the Sheraton.

Architecturally beautiful and comfortable

Absolutely brilliant - the best way to describe this hotel. A short 4 day break with my wife and our first time to adana. This hotel absolutely surpassed our expectation starting with the architect, then the their service and the most mind blowing of all is the surrounding. On one side you have the famous adana river, the mosque and the stone bridge. The entrance looks abit unsafe to walk at night due to the influx of refugees in the city but i suppose thats is out of the hotels control. The rooms are well taught of, comfortable and stylish. Finally the hotel is well situated; atmost 20mins from the airport, a stone throw from a mall and close to restaurants.

Possibly the best 5-star hotel in Adana

I have been to all 5-star hotels in Adana. This is probably the best one based on the building condition, garden and facilities.

Hotel seems slightly understaffed. Concierge was not there when I needed. I tried to order food for my room at the lobby and I was told to go up to my room and call from there.

During summer there are wedding events at the hotel garden and this can be noisy until midnight.

While I was checking out I noticed someone gave our room number and had a buffet breakfast. It was taken out of the tab when we said we did not have breakfast.

Room service is pretty good. Food quality and portions are satisfactory.

Mixed review, I have stayed here before 3 times in 2014/2015... This time service from the start was poor, with no help with luggage coming into the hotel and to our rooms. Do not recommend staying on lower floors as there is a poor view, get put on a higher floor as the view is wonderful. However hotel facilities such as gym and room service were good, we especially liked the clean rooms with lovely lotions and comfy bed. Credit the chef for salmon on the late night menu which I would fully recommend and lovely concierge staff. The hotel itself looks a bit dreary and needs to be cleaned on the outside. I also expect free wifi as standard, since new 5 star hotels have recently opened up in Adana, and you must keep to a higher standard in order to face competition. Would I stay here again? Maybe... If I do, I look forward to reviewing it again.

there was no explanation why there were two prices for same room type. i chose the higher, because it coincided with breakfast difference in another room type. when i was checking in, i was told breakfast was not included. with heavy protests, they sudenly saw, oh, breakfast is included. i asked for paper to be delivered. i was told to come down to lobby to read my paper in this 5 star property. when i rolled my eyes, i got my paper. and though my room was not the cheapest room, again i was given a lower floor, next to a football team room
