Paul
The room was clean, up-to-date well maintained
Karen
This property is bare bones but it was clean, and that’s what is important. We paid 109.00 for a night. All I wanted was clean and cheap. It worked.
Misty
The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall \"okay\" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on.
Thomas
Place was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Debora
This is the dumbest place to stay. Minimum room accessories, cereal only for breakfast. I will not be staying there again!
Alice
The rooms were nice but you could see a lot of wall paste where they were trying to fix it up. I will say the beds were comfortable and for the most part so was the atmosphere
Thomas
continental breakfast was bare bones, Kornflakes, fruit loops and packets of instant oatmeal . Hot water for tea and a coffee machine.
There is a Duncan Donuts right next door, who could complain about that?
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, that'll that mattered to us.

Sean
Bathtub was dirty. Ceiling was damaged. Not much to choose from for breakfast, cereal, oj and yogurt. Bed was fine and staff were nice.
Mary
The place was definitely clean, some degree of updates. But the whole place is very outdated in general. Property maintenance wasn’t the greatest outside but inside it was just fine. The continental breakfast doesn’t have a lot of choices, but it was fine as well.
Melanie
Great location for ease, staff was very friendly and nice, the hall rug could use a shampoo but was vacuumed and the breakfast was very basic other than that the room was clean and comfortable
Lisa
Parking was easy. Staff was polite. Room was clean.
Angel
Was a perfect pull over for the night place. Would stay here again
Mark
Parking easy & well lit. Very basic indoor space. Wi-Fi ok.
James
Great room easy access easy parking
Toni
The only thing I saw wrong was one of the side doors to the hotel was not securely fastened. Safety comes first.
Florence
It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Mike
Clean Room. Heat. Definitely served its purpose. Parking was pretty rough.
Amber
The only good part about it was the lady that checked us in. The door to get in wasn't locked. Anyone can get in. Our room for didn't lock. The beds are this thin metal base so when you get in and out of bed it sounds like thunder. The frig wasn't plugged in. We had to move everything and plug it in. The bedroom door was dirty and felt like we were gonna go through it. And to step in and not of the tub was bad.
Phil
it's was convenient to a Dunkin donuts 75 feet away and a McDonald's a little bit further. also a convenient store was close also.
Rodolfo
Thumbs up!
John
Room was dirty. Floor was disgusting. Drunken screaming at 430 am in room next to us.
Lawrence
Courteous desk staff. Room as expected
linda
Staff was very friendly
Meta
Perfect for the price point. Excellent, responsive staff. Easy location right off thruway. Clean and comfortable. Good coffee!!
Dennis
Clean bath tub
Kelly
Dirty washcloths in the shower thrown over the shower curtain rod was nasty

Clean quiet
Kristin
This place is a joke. Was placed on the do not rent list but no one has the specific reason and I know last time I was there the room looked fine, we didnt make hardly a single sound and went outside to smoke.
MARIA EUGENIA
Room is really clean and the front desks staff was very helpful.
Kristen
Clean and quiet, which tbh is primarily what I'm looking for in a hotel. It was conveniently located right off the Thruway (with a DD next door to boot!) and just a quick 10 minute drive to Turning Stone. Check-in was quick, parking plentiful and the heat in the room toasty.
Brandon
Welcoming staff and clean room
Kieran
Room was clean, staff was courteous.
Theresa
Parking was safe and easy.
Monika
There was cobweb in the corners of the room. We could not use the frig because there was spoiled food left in it.
Lorene
Heat was fine, room was very small. Parking was safe and close by.
Raymond
Area and parking adequate. Very Clean, quiet.
Breakfast was minimal, not even a toaster.

Staff was very pleasant

Convenient to downtown Canastota. Adjacent business drive thru operation periodically blocks access to the motel.
Nati
Just what I needed after a long drive, comfort and quiet.
Molly

Everything was clean and in working order. Overall it was a good stay
Daniel
Reception pleasant and room comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy - price better than hotels near casino. Coffee could be stronger.
Vicki
Go elsewhere
First room they put us in had a window open (it was cold). We shut it but it wouldn’t lock. They moved us to a room where the toilet didn’t flush properly. Nothing to pit a suitcase on in the room. Good thing we brought soap because the dispenser was empty. Exterior doors were not locked (so no need for key cards there). Hall carpet was filthy. Floor in room was not cleaned properly. Mattress was stained. Breakfast was a granola bar or instant oatmeal. Forget this place.
Patricia
Very nice hotel, nice breakfast, quiet, peaceful, and convenient.
Michael
Great night’s sleep
Abby
Extremely disappointed by my stay here. Dirty, torn up hotel, loud neighbors with virtually no sound barrier between rooms, and the worst continental breakfast we’ve run into.
Ivan
We have stayed here a number of times before in years past. It seems the rooms have been updated since about 5 years ago. Nice floors. Nice new beds. Friendly staff
Stephanie
Very nice hotel. Easy parking.
Carol
Older building that's convenient off the highway. Could have been cleaner. Don't plan on choices for breakfast- they have a few tables in the small lobby and packaged unhealthy snacks. Would have loved a piece of fresh fruit or yogurt. Staff was friendly.
Mark
Breakfast was very sub-par, even for this class of hotel. Everything felt at least a bit dirty (especially the laundry), and the bathroom sorely needed new fixtures.
Sarah
All of the staff remembers we spoke with were extremely attentive and helpful!!
Jane
The room needed better cleaning and it was a bit rundown. The walls were a bit thin so you could hear the people above and when people came in late at night it sounded loud.
apart from that it wasn't bad for one night.
apart from that it wasn't bad for one night.
Vanessa
Overall it worked for what I was needing, very basic rooms.
Kelsey
The room was super dirty. Like literal dirt on the floors, spiderwebs on the window, a sock behind the AC. And the room key fob was falling off the door making us feel really un-secure.
Also, staff was yelling at a group of hockey moms in the lobby while we were there which seemed super unprofessional.
Don’t try to take an uber from this location unless you want to wait an hour and pay $60.

Stella
room was cool, bathtub was filthy, parking area opposite of front entrance was a huge puddle
Nancy
It’s an older motel and needs upgrades, but the staff was friendly and helpful
Robin
This is a very bare bones hotel. Room was clean, front desk folks were very nice, but don't expect much. A bit on the shabby side. But it's the only game in town!
Faith
The bed made the most obnoxious sound every time we moved. The breakfast the following morning was not great at all, no fruit or juices. Also the water pressure was weak.
Diane
Room was not clean cobwebs in windows and AC unit and there was a smell
Christine
The property was dirty. You couldn’t tell where the front door was. The room smelled like smoke. The bathtub had hair in it which indicated it hadn’t been cleaned.
ralph
It was nice and close to thruway
James
Our stay was everything we needed and wanted. 👍
Ronald
Convenient to I90.
Vicki
Nice location, looked good from the outside
In the room the walls were dirty, the bathroom floor was stained, finished edging was missing on some of the woodwork, paint was chipped, limited breakfast selection low in protein and high in starch.

Clean and comfortable!
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was as pleasant and we let them know we appreciated that. Parking was convenient. Lobby was well organized and clean. Especially appreciated the vinyl flooring in the room as compared to carpeting. The coffee was good and breakfast items were fresh.
We didn’t like the way the toilet and sink were separated, but that is a personal preference. Also the pillows (all 3 on each bed) were clean but the filling was not comfortable to sleep on for me. Again, that is a personal preference.
We stayed at this same place years ago, but liked our stay this time much better!

Was not the best...
We arrived around 430pm and we were unable to check-in because their system was done. I was hoping to shower andchange my clothes before our event at 530pm. They could not tell us when their system would be up.

The Days Inn has no back up method for checking guest in when the system goes down. We arrived, after driving 4 hours, and was unable to check-in to our room. System was still down when we had to leave for our evening plans so I was unable to freshen up before our evening plans. I had to change clothes at the convenient store near by.

Beds too hard
The stay was nice but the bed was like sleeping on a rock.

The Staff was very friendly at both check-in and check-out all in all it was a Great stay
Sarah
A lot of cigarette butt around the curbs. Especially on the back parking. Daughter tried to take a bath but water was not very hot. Other than minor things it was a good experience. Worked for a one night stay to be able to see family.
David
free light breakfast was a bit scary. presplit english muffins in ziplock bags.
Tamara
Bed frame is tooooo tall. Can’t comfortably sit on it; chair very aged and peeling; sink would not drain full of hair , had to change rooms, hall carpet very dirty and aged; no elevator, no automatic entry door, poor breakfast
Eric
small town so not expecting much. Stayed one night. Really just a place to lay my head down for a few hours. Could use a vacuum in the hall ways. Carpets were visibly dirty. Room was fine except the faucet for the sink was not secured down. Did the job though

The tub was dated....

Needs Updating and Freshening
Hotel was old. Poor lighting throughout the room. Door did not close easily, had to push on it for it to remain shut and the linens smelled musty.

Close to Boxing HOF
The was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

The room was dirty and not up to our standards, we checked in but then immediately checked. Probably out the money we paid, Girl at the desk said that we had to contact Expedia to see if we can get any kind of a refund. No luck yet.

The sink did not have a drain stopper and you could see a toothpaste tube lodged in the drain. The vinyl tile floor was filthy, couldn't have been mopped in weeks. The friction material in the bath tub was worn away and as slippery as a banana peel. We didn't shower because of it. The USB port at the base of the lamp didn't work. This hotel needs serious renovation.
Barbara
All good except no coffee machine in room
I wish they still had a coffee machine in the room.
Louis
Comfortable beds and nice shower!

Doug was very accommodating. Very clean facility. Right across the street from the boxing hall of fame. Easy to find off of the thruway

Is nice hotel a little expensive. But I like

I was happy with the location, cleanliness, price, and staff. It's convenient to Sylvan Beach, just a straight drive down Rt 13, easy drive, only a few minutes. It basically shares a property/entrance with a Dunkin Donuts so you can simply walk a few steps for coffee and food which was awesome. The property and room seemed extremely clean. The a/c was already on so it was nice and cool and comfortable. However, the downside was that our room was noisy, so our stay was not restful. The building is next to a highway, and our room was on the highway side, so we just heard traffic and rumbling all night long. The building is two stories and we were on the first floor; there was constant stomping above us all night long, so I'm guessing we were hearing people in the corridor. So, noise levels were a real problem and we both got very little sleep leaving us exhausted and grumpy the next day. The property could probably improve on this by installing better carpet padding upstairs, and planting trees for sound buffer between the building and the highway where there is only an expanse of grass. If I were to stay in this property again, I would request to be on the second floor and on the Dunkin parking lot side.

would have been nice to have King beds as option, town was cute,
Linda
I would stay here again.
Cynthia
The hotel was nicely renovated, beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. Would definately stay again. Did not eat breakfast, didn't look like much of a selection but overall stay was nice.
Jill
Room had a doo that would not close due to door jam missing, bed made a banging noise every time you sat on it, shower was dirty. We did get moved to a new room due to the missing door jam. The new room was a bit better faucet lifted out of sink. Room was $300 per night. Not worth it! Staff was pleasant.
Tara
I was given a key to a room that was occupied and I woke up and entire family. The room also smelled like cigarettes.
Andrew
Great staff!
Kathryn
Counter clerk was very friendly & helpful. Our sink was clogged & drano he used really didn't fix the problem, but we were only there for 1 night. Food options at breakfast were not great: only very processed food & no fresh fruit at breakfast (though they did have apples when we checked in the evening we arrived).
Dave
The hotel was nice and very reasonable. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Within walking distance of the International Boxing Hall of Fame, Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds. Gas station/convenience store within 1/4 mile. Very clean, friendly and helpful desk personnel, limited continental breakfast. Our main reason for staying here was the location but for the cost it should have at least had a swimming pool.

Nothing Special
It was a typical hotel room with nothing really special about it. It was only for a one night seeing we were traveling though the area.
The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Continental breakfast was disappointing with mostly things you could buy at Walmart (protein/breakfast bars and cereal)
Stay was not worth the price and glad I only used Hotel points for the stay.

Great Place to Stay
Check in was painless. We even were able to get in early. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are very clean and up to date.

Back parking lot had food waste on the pavement.
Shayne
Nice cozy place
Jaden
Nice place

Everything was dingy and not clean. My room was on the second floor. As a 65 year old woman traveling alone, it was inconvenient to have to lug my bags and belongings up the stairs by myself. No one to help. Maybe let people know you don't have an elevator. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Tom
The refrigerator froze our drinks overnight. The person at the desk did say she was sorry, but failed to offer to replace them.
