Erika

Steve
Excellent staff ! Property has everything you need!
Toni
Our room smelled like cigarettes even though we were in a non smoking section, didn't like that there was no "map" or signage guiding you from parking garage to which level needed to go to for check in and then to find our room in proper building for someone who has never stayed before.
Barbara
Casino and room very clean
Thomas

Friendly service, but nothing open. Resort with only Thursday thru Saturday.
steven
The room was very clean but the staff did not come back in the morning or the next day to clean the room or change sheets. I had to approach them
Tami
Make sure you don't mistakenly reserve double beds! They are small and slanted. This was also suppose to be a "deluxe room" which had no refrigerator. For the high price, I would not recommend.

I didn't have breakfast or go to the casino.
Pamela
First time at Turning Stone and will definitely be back. Free valet parking, great shopping and plenty of games to play. Food was delicious. Staff was wonderful, very helpful.
Christopher
Nice casino but for 360 a room it was terrible. No keurig k cups not bottled waters no microwave no fridge no extra amenities. The room was small sub par for 360 dollars the vending machine didn’t work if I needed a drink. The water was cold didn’t even take a shower or fleshing up as I was there for a concert. Very very very dissatisfied

The buffet was excellent many choices
Alanna
A beautiful place with tasteful decorations, plenty of slots. A very clean, comfortable room.
Janet
The casino was very busy - they had a lot of staff cleaning the machines between each player. We stayed at The Brook hotel which is their oldest property. It definitely showed its age - musty smell, toilets that were very low to the ground. The housekeepers were very friendly. We will stay at one of the newer hotels when we go back.
Wendy
No hot tub

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be the rooms need more lighting.

Rooms are a bit on the small side. Pricing a little excessive although it was Easter weekend so I understand. Beds are also just full not queen.

Absolutely amazing
Michael
They are doing construction, which begins at 6am! At a casino! Most people have only been asleep for a few hours at that time. I work for a hotel and we would never do any renovations or new building before 9am, and we are definitely not a late night spot like Turning Stone. The least they could have done was to let me know at checkin that there will be big trucks revving and backing up (with the corresponding beeping noise) and dudes on the roof right outside yelling down to the ground below. How about a walkie talkie guys? Bluetooth? Instead I was put right in the middle of the construction zone. A simple thing at checkin to inform me soni could have told them Im a light sleeper and my service dog sleeps even lighter. She didnt get much rest this week. They offered earplugs. Really.
Luise

Donna
Room was clean. Check in and valet parking went smoothly. Friendly and courteous from check in to check out. Soft drinks in casino were free. A large casino with card tables and there were plenty restaurants to choose from. The Emerald restaurant is open 24 hours. Very convenient and will definitely visit again
Kristie
Had an awesome time
susan
The supervisor/manager at the check in desk was amazing and went way out of her way to acknowledge companions birthday. I wish I had gotten her name. She made the whole experience so much more special!! She even brought it to the room herself. I really wish I had gotten her name. She made our trip!!
Robert

Melanie
We did not get a free breakfast for $350 a night ! The refrigerator in room did not work we had to get ice to keep a few things we had cold. There was No hot water in the morning when we took showers but there was hot water the night before. The lightbulbs in the room need to be changed half of them are dimming. They truly need house keeping to come clean and dust they have more dust on the lamp shades it’s disgusting I have pictures. I most definitely had a better stay at the holiday inn and had a very nice breakfast that was included.
Richard
It was great from start to finish. Thank you guys.
Pat
Lobby Christmas decorations were exceptional - esp the “Gingerbread Village”. Also our meal at the Steak House was exceptional. Any staff we spoke to were most helpful. All in All a great place to stay!

Coyle
Early check in, great food, amazing pool, valet was great!
Dawn
Room was very clean and spacious!
Paul
The room did not match the rooms on the picture and for the price it wasn’t worth it. Cost was far too high for the room. It was your average king bedroom and one rented we rented a deluxe there was nothing deluxe about the room.
Aaron
Our room wasn’t ready at the check-in time. We had to wait another hour before checking in
