Breakfast offered at booking however the restaurant is long closed. No compensation or apologies either. Rooms are not very ckean. Staff wouldn't allow us extra pillows. Floors are heaved up from water damage. Amenities are non existent. Do not stay here.

The parking lot was not plowed at all my car got stuck three times. Our room was filthy-leftover trash from last guests in our bathroom, poop in the toilet, no soap to be found as dispensers were empty in shower and by the sink. It stunk in the room and hotel. Water leaking in hallways. Front door of lobby busted. Just unacceptable.

Terrible location, unsecured entry doors, filthy room, mold and mildew permeating the air, inches of dust and spores in the heater filters. Took pictures and presented upon checkout. No concern, no apology. Was told they would follow up with housekeeping and if I wanted to request a refund it would need to go through hotels.com but still put a $100 hold on my card for incidentals. Not only did I leave completely frustrated, congested but terribly concerned for future patrons. This establish poses a great risk to the public.

My company made the mistake of booking 5 rooms here. At the time of booking not realize this was a horriable hotel we thought a \"Windom\" property would be ok. Prior to arriving we noaticed the reviews. We attampted to cancel our rooms but they would not honor our request and kept the money. So we went there anyways because how bad could it really be right ??
We pulled in to a mostly empty parking lot. Vacant buildings all around and a for lease sign on the front lawn of the property. I imagine a dennys was in the front half of the hotel at one time. I noaticed crackheads walking around, what looked like deals happening in the parking lot and i could only imaging prostitution happening here.
We had large trucks and equipment with us. The hotel is situated downtown Rome and is in a what felt like an unsafe area.
We chose to take the loss so we would not loose any equipment or have anything broken in to and went to a different hotel.

I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE.

Bathroom wasnt very clean, water knobs on the tub were loose and water seemed to be pouring into the bottom of the liner of the tub so it was like stepping on a big water balloon while trying to shower and not fall. The guest next to my room were up until 430am partying all night. The beds were hard as a rock. This definitely wasnt a very good experience. I wont be staying here again.

I would not stay here ever again. If I wasn’t so tired and had any other choice I would have left right when I shut the motel door. That’s when I noticed the safety door lock was broken and one of the hinges. The tub faucet leaked all night long. (I never used the tub, like that on arrival). The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it wreaked if smoke.

The hotel itself does not match the pictures of the room. It is very rundown. The bathroom shower had hairballs on the shower wall upon check-in. The \"lobby\" smells like mildew. The stairs to our room (no elevator I am aware of) smells like mildew.
We tried to book a different hotel at an additional cost, but everything in the area was booked. The officer in the parking lot told us \"well, we don't get too many calls here, you should be alright\". Should have realized the $100/night was a hint.

I would never book this hotel again. As soon as my kids took off their shoes less than five minutes later the bottom of their foot was black went to go take a shower. The water filled up the tub in seconds and we’re just beating in that black dirt from the floors. The service was terrible. The room was nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were very good. Bathroom was pretty old and haggard, but the shower was fantastic! Other guests (sadly right above me) were awful and were making all kinds of noise, yelling, stomping and arguing at 4am. That was the biggest negative.

My daughter and I had concert tickets for a show a mile or two away. The day OF the show, this dump called and told me they couldn't give us a room. Fifth rate business. They couldn't even have en English speaking person call.....rather, they outsourced the \"service\" call to some overseas company. Complete joke. I will NEVER give my money to this hotel chain the rest of my traveling day. Huge thumbs down.

I did not stay in this hotel on 8-20-2025, it wasn’t up to our standards. The Ramada needs a facelift. False advertising, the photos online does not indicate the property, Not only that when the lady was showing us the room and we told her we didn’t want it. She still charged me $45 and im still waiting on Hotels.com to reimbursed me the cost of the room for that night. We were very disappointed. We had to find another room to stay that night. They cost me an additional $250.

Walk too far on a blazing hot hall to the room. The breakfast are is tight and there was only one hot item—> soggy wilted waffles! I pre checked in online and still had to go through it all when I got to the counter. Also, I booked it through Expedia paid on September 4 and then on September 20 Ramada took out the fee again.Will not stay there again!

The overall room was clean and the bed comfortable. However the room closet was Disgusting with Mold halfway from the left of the closet to the middle with black-grey blue Mold with a terrible odor. We couldn’t use the closet and only stayed in the room as it was late and we were exhausted! This property SMELLED SO BADLY, especially in the hallways which were TOTALLY DISGUSTING and SUPER HOT. The rooms were also smelly but seemed to go away with time. I would like a refund for my stay. The staff was decent the AREA the hotel is in is scary. I didn't even take a shower the morning I got up that's how bad things were. The room was clean and comfortable. We had to change rooms because the toilet in our first room didn’t flush. Room two was good. The property overall is not very tidy. Weeds around parking lot and sidewalks, trash adjacent to building in the parking lots, etc. the hotel is ok in a pinch but I wouldn’t stay here again unless other options aren’t available.

Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find the room in unacceptable and unhygienic condition. Specifically, “the bed linens were visibly stained,” “there was a foul odor in the room,” “the bathroom was dirty, toilet disgusting , feces smeared and had mold,” cigarette burns throughout etc. These conditions were not only unpleasant but also failed to meet basic cleanliness and hospitality standards.

I left immediately 8/16 and checked out. Completely unacceptable conditions. They also denied a refund and held my deposit although I checked out.

Dirt, hair, broken room doors are just some of the headline items from arguably the worst hotel I've ever visited.

The photos are misleading; I fell for that trap and must be a cautionary tale for you all. How dirty is this hotel? My once white socks are now black after walking around my room. I had to be moved three times due to dirt and an insane amount of hair left by previous customers before eventually giving up any hope of this hotel having 'satisfactory' as a label.

I could honestly go on, but what's the point? Do not stay here under any circumstance. Anything would be better than this sorry excuse for accommodation.

A Real Disappointment...

Due to circumstances beyond my control my flight to Syracuse was delayed so I wasn't going to make it to the hotel before they closed at 1:00AM, so I Hotels.com tried to cancel my first night, but the Ramada wasn't having it. So after a couple of calls, they agreed to stay open until arrived. Upon checking in, I was asked for $100 in cash for incidentals. Who carries that much cash with them anymore?? They finally agreed to put it on a credit card. The room was the most depressing thing I'd ever seen. There was an old desk chair with a scratched up table. The internet didn't really work so I relied on my cell service. The floors were so dirty that I had to wear socks after taking a shower and they were black on the bottoms when I took them off to go to bed. The shower was also disgusting and there were gnats flying around in the bathroom. The Denny's restaurant connected to the hotel had closed earlier this year so there was no food anyplace nearby. Thankfully I was in town for a film festival so I spent most of my time at the theater. It looks nothing like the photos, so enter at your own risk!

Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door.

DO NOT BOOK HERE- Disgusting and unsafe—literally falling apart, not cleaned, nothing like advertised.
We booked here because it was close to the concert we would be attending. Upon arrival, we noticed that the hotel looked NOTHING like the advertisement photos posted. It appeared to be extremely run down and unsafe just from looking at the outside.
However, we gave it a chance and checked it anyhow. We were told how to get to our room and where it was located. Not only did it take us 30 minutes just to find the room located down random halls with all mismatched number, but on the way to our room the entire floors were falling apart, you were almost scared to walk on them. Upon finally finding our room, the entire door was dented and busted in and didn’t even close and lock all the way leaving us feeling more unsafe than when we arrived.
We entered the room and there were bugs in every corner, and the room was very unclean. We started the air conditioning since it was so hot and puffs of dirt and dust flew out leaving our room, and us, hard to breath.
My cousin and I decided as soon as we entered this hotel that it was extremely unsafe and unsanitary to stay in, but we’re astonished by the room as well. We didn’t end up being in the room more than 20 minutes and we just took our things and left. We didn’t go speak to the front desk because we were already late to the concert, and unfortunately couldn’t even understand the women when she spoke that checked us in.

We pulled into a place that looked closed. No cars, no Dennys Restaurant. Restaurant closed in March 2023 yet they are still advertising it with 24/7 service. The room was doable but it did have some mold issues in the bathroom, squeaky springs on the bed and the thing that bothered me most was smoke detector being covered with a plastic bag making it out of service, a violation of fire code.

The bathtub doesn't drain. The shower curtain rod is loose, forcing curtain to middle, so water gets out at both ends. The bathroom vent barely works. Electric outlet on tv wall doesn't work, so neither do lights, making overall room lighting poor.
