The room was spotless. It offered a great view of Turning Stone. The staff was very congenial. The big plus is that the hotel offers a shuttle that is on-demand whenever you want from either the hotel to the casino or casino back to the hotel. One call and it's on the way!
Love this setup. It is so close 0.4mi away. Perfect!

October in Verona, NY
First of all to start off with the moment I walked into the hotel 3.5 hours earlier then the check in time on a busy Friday! VICKI!!! At the front desk warms you with her beautiful smile and exceptional great customer service. I have stayed in many hotels and the check in IS ALWAYS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. My partner and I were in love immediately and felt at home. We sat down as she checked if a room was clean and ready.. promptly she came back to us and with the biggest smile said 😉 why do you guys come back around 1pm (2 hours before normal check) so we took a walk around outside which was gorgeous in October. Came back at 1pm and basically had our keys for our suite in her hands already. She was knowledgeable so very sweet. OUR ENTIRE stay Friday-Sunday was excellent. We received a message from the lovely young woman Ava. Who came in after Vicki ended her day. Asking if we needed anything … pillows, recommendations, shuttle etc. I never write reviews but whenever my day of made because other humans are being kind to one another I like to remind people to have a little faith - pay it forward.
Our stay again was expectable! Thank you to Vicki, Ava and all the other staff that made our weekend so memorable.

Stay away from this hotel
The front desk employees were so unprofessional and poorly trained. I asked for my room to be cleaned and was told they do it every other day ridiculous covid is over I don’t pay 450.00 a night for a 3star hotel and not have my room serviced. The smoke detector went off at 7 am with no explanation of what happened and no water so had to check out at 7:45 without even getting a shower
Julianne
It was so easy to get over to the casino. They had transportation back and forth all day. We went to see a headline act at the Turning Stone Casino. Would definitely recommend.
Mark
Room was excellent service was great. Only problem was a flood early in the am which left no water to shower or wash up or brush teeth so had to check out early.
Chris

The 3rd floor room I had was mych better then the last time I stayed on the 2nd floor .This time there was no musty smell my room was very clean unlike the dog rooms which seem much worse..Only complaint was those beds hard rock hard not at all comfortable no matter what floor .The rest of the stay was nice.

I liked that was near everything I needed too accomplish while up too visit my family. The bed was comfortable .. There are many restaurants with in driving distance .. what I didn't like as how they tried too over charge me by 900. But I called Expedia and they talked too them .

There was no soap in the bathroom. When my daughter went to the desk the person working said they didn't have any. Then, I went down to the desk and said that was not okay. How were we supposed to wash our hands after using the bathroom? Finally, the girl put her book down and called someone. Then, gave me a bar of soap. Very disappointing for the cost of the room. Also, the toilet had a crack on the seat.
