This is the third time in a row that I have had issues with the room, when I have stayed.
This time, there was damage to the TV, so there were lines going through it. Most of the electrical outlets did not work so they had the extension cord plugged into the one that did and the toilet and tub had plumbing issues. We couldn't even flush the toilet.

Room looked nothing like the pictures online. There is an abandoned half of the hotel that appears to have people living in it with lights out and no power. The hallway leading to our rooms had stains on the carpet, paint on the carpet and holes in the wall. Multiple rooms we passed had doors open and were under construction. One room had door open and appeared to have someone living in it. Once I found my room, marked with sharpie on the door for room number. I first entered and the lights did not work, but after a minute they kicked on. The room had a strong odour of cigarettes. My sink did not work, no water would come out. There were stains on the carpet. My door did not lock, however the manual door latch sufficed for the night. Then in the morning the continental breakfast pictured on website was not as advertised. There was a cereal dispenser, with no milk. A coffee machine and stale bagels. I felt unsafe and unclean during my stay. Staff was kind.

This place was a DUMP! the room itself was clean that was the only good thing about this place. It had junk setting around the halls. Room numbers were written in majic marker on the doorspool was covered. It was lout the halls were dirty and the carpet was woren real bad. The halls were poorly lit the doors to the rooms didnt match. . How far should i go? Wont be staying here again

None of the pictures on the website were accurate. The hall and stairs reeked of urine or fish or some combination. The room number plaques were held on with masking tape and the room was dark and dank, smelled of sweat and mold, and the bed was unmade, dingy, rumpled sheets and bedclothes. We left. Didn’t even set our things down. After driving 16 hours, we got back in the car and drove the rest of the way home. And if it had been day time, I would have called the health department. Expedia did refund us, so I appreciate that.

for the price of this hotel you may as well sleep in your car . no elevators for you to get to the second floor and so your forced to take the steps , the carpets look like there may have been a murder on them at one point , exposed wires and outlets. then when you get to the rooms where the room numbers are taped on the doors , you can’t open the bathroom door fully there was bugs in the shower and the outlets shifted side to side the big mirror in the hall way area was so nasty and unwashed . the pillow cases looked unwashed as well with stains , and lastly there was stains on the room floor that looked like damage from the mini fridge . AGAIN PLEASE SAVE MONEY AND DO NOT STAY HERE !

Upon check in there was a whiteboard behind the customer service desk with the words customer complained of bedbugs in plain sight for everyone to see. There was a broken lamp on the floor when we reached our floor. There was tape holding numbers on the walls. The remote to the TV did not work after two times getting the young man to come to our room. There were no cups for us to use after brushing our teeth or to get a drink of water in our room nor an ice bucket. The water pressure was no good in the sink nor in the shower. There was urine stains in the toilet. Upon entrance to the building, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The Wi-Fi would not connect nor work. There was trash outside the door piled 2 feet high. Definitely not worth the $113 that I had to pay to stay in this room.

For my one night stay it was tolerable. Due to all the guests for the eclipse on 4/8/24. The water heater was broken, cold shower and toilet issues. Staff was great but you could tell frustrated when letting them know issues and very apologetic. This hotel needs a total make over, torn down and rebuilt. Needs TLC.

This location was convenient to our weekend plans, but other than that I would not stay again. Waired 10 minutes for staff to check in. Very outdated. Room not overly clean. Bed was comfortable, but the bed sheets were clearly old and worn and the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. Water was hot, but towels about the size of hand towel and worn. Furniture in room broken. Given the appearance of the room we didn’t even attempt breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

The Front Desk demanded $100 CASH ONLY per person upon check in. They would not accept a credit card. Not only is this not clear on the hotel page, my guests could not check in and had to go to another hotel. Days Inn also would not refund my money for the whole stay for 7 guests. very unethical business. Hotel lobby dirty & run down. BUYER BEWARE!

When you check in they make you pay a $100 cash deposit. Nowhere is that listed on the website when you book the room. They only gave 2 washcloths and towels for 3 of us. The sink barely drained. The tv screen was broke and had lines thru it. The shower curtain was ripped and water leaked everywhere. Was not an enjoyable experience

Booked our room earlier in the day so it would be ready for when we got there. Paid for it and everything. We then came to check in later that night, no one was at the front desk. No bell. Had to walk around and find the lady who was working. She was quite rude. Insisted that we had to pay $100 cash deposit before we could stay in our room. No where in my receipt or while I was checking out online did it say I'd have to pay a cash deposit. My room was already paid for. No great service. Next maybe include that you have to pay a deposit after you already paid for your room.

This place was very clean and staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! Will stay here again for sure. Great price, clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to everything. A little outdated, but has that homey feel. Breakfast not so good. not much variety and no single serve items, buffet style, cereal n bagels, no fresh fruits.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the parking lot was totally empty and the whole place had a neglected feel about it. I didn't think it was even open at first because the parking lot was totally devoid of cars. I walked up to the lobby and spotted a light on inside and was amazed when I found the doors to be unlocked. I stood at the empty counter and shortly the attendant spotted me and was very helpful and checked me in quickly. She gave me my choice of rooms - she showed me both and I picked the one I wanted - which was very nice in this empty motel. She explained it was not their \"busy\" season plus they have had issues getting help. The room needed a little TLC - the bathroom sink faucet handle came off in my hands and there were holes in the curtains (like large pinholes) and the shower flow was very restricted but it was clean and very quiet and the WiFi functioned well. It actually was kinda creepy being here by myself, but all was good in the end.

No one was at the desk when we got there. I had to call multiple times with no answer. Finally had to call the 800 customer service #. They somehow tracked someone down and the man claimed he was there the whole time. Then we had to put down a $100 cash deposit that we weren't told about beforehand. The bath towels were small and sandpapery and there were no washrags or hand towels. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. We won't be staying there again.

Place needs a remodel. All in all it was decent the room was pretty clean except for dust in the vents, beds were very comfortable, we did not get fresh towels and washcloths daily so we had to go ask for them and trash was not emptied everyday. Staff was extremely nice it's just needs a facelift. Could be that they were understaffed so I hate to complain of that was the issue.

It was an OK place to get some rest, but a bit noisy since it was just off the shoulder of I-75. The inclusions for a stay here says \"breakfast\". Not so. The Covid thing is mostly in the past and if they're concerned about it then they should indicate that breakfast isn't included until they're good with it being in the past. With breakfast the price would have been a bit high, but without breakfast it was a lot high. Just my wife's and my opinion ya know.

The only thing good about the hotel was the bed. It wa beyond comfortable. The toilet hardly flushed, no water pressure, each day I was there less and less was down for cleaning. My bed was never made. By the last day there nothing had been cleaned. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We had the master key to the whole hotel.

When we checked in, our keys to the room didn’t work. We had to go back to the front desk 2 times before the front desk lady came back to the room with us. She then gave us the master key to the whole hotel. That was one of the most bizarre things to happen in my life. I never want any one to lose their job; but that probably was the most irresponsible things to do.

There is nothing special about this property, except price...apparently this new owner is trying to succeed.

The room was freezing - I turned the heat up to 80 and fan on high at 6:40pm and did not warm the room until about 5:00 am. I had to sleep with my clothes on to stay warm and had to beg for a blanket. In addition, the shower water was ice cold - I kept it run for abut 20 minutes and never di warmup. The breakfast area was somewhat clean, cereal was hard/ stale, jelly and peanut butter spread were stale, and cream was about to turn.

The hotel smelled weird when you walked in. It seemed very old and not very clean. our room was disappointing too. There were cracks in the ceiling, a wet spot on the carpet by the bathroom (like there was a leak somewhere) and the entire door jam was growing mold.

The beds and towels seemed clean but there was a film on the bathroom door. And the room comes with a working microwave and fridge. The pool was closed for the season so we couldn’t say how that is. The breakfast was disappointing too. Cold cereal, toast, bagels and a couple other amenities. If you can pay a little more to stay somewhere else, do it!

You couldn't sit on the edge of the bed without it flipping up on the other side, you found yourself on the floor. So sleep in the middle. The woman at the desk left a little too be desired, but ok. The towels were stained, a dirty towel was left hanging over the shower rod. Ewww. The only thing louder than the mini fridge was the air conditioner. Did i get some sleep? Sure. But i couldn't stay again.

The picture is fake, completely different from the real. All the building doors were broken, no security. The room had fungus smell, the door was broken, and the hallway was smelly and wet by leaked water from the ceiling. The breakfast was the worst that I ever saw.

Our room was never cleaned. When we inquired about it we were told that our room said \"do not disturb\". I told them I had never put out the \"do not disturb\"sign and they argued and told how wrong I was! It was very poor service and I would never stay at a days inn again

Friendly staff, clean rooms! Hotel needs a lot of TLC, no air conditioning in the hallways, torn curtains and big chunks of blacktop missing. The rooms were clean but need a little attention...overall, it provided a good nights sleep and a shower. The pool leaves little to be desired so we drove down the road to the aquatic pool in Troy, Ohio...Overall, we would stay again because it provided what we needed at the moment....

I had my teenage age Grandson with me, I purposely chose this motel for price and pool so he could swim after being in car for several hot hrs. Stood at counter a few minutes while ck in person was on phone talking personal business and trying to get someone to bring her cigarettes, finally get in room and change clothes for pool, then was told pool was down, people up and down hallway all night, we finally ckd out at 3am, vause neither of us could sleep.

There was mold in the coffee maker. The carpet in the hallway was coming up. Its an old place but it seems like they are attempting to clean it up. My room was dirty because I suspect it hadn't been occupied for some time. The night desk lady was very nice. Breakfast was terrible. Cold Cereal, oatmeal and a few bagels. No fruit and nothing seemed fresh.
