Breakfast had lots of choices. Staff was great and friendly. Our room was very comfy and clean. Love the full size shampoo and conditioners . Had a ironing board and iron but no hair dryer ?! Hmmmm.
Will stay here again when we come back to visit family. Close too lots of shops and restaurants.

The coffee was great! The breakfast was good. Really like the suite we were in. I liked the fact that it felt like we had a living room separated from the bedroom and the bathroom and foyer in the middle. I also liked how when you walk into the lobby there's little seating areas that you can visit.
If I was to complain a little it was that the pull out sofa wasn't made knowing there were supposed to be 3 guests. And there isn't a hot tub down with the pool. Just minor things. But overall I really like the hotel and the staff. And I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Recording future vids w/Sidney, OH girls elsewhere

Booked a “suite” to record a scene with a model from Sidney, OH. Room was not much of a “suite”. Photos did not match the room received either. The room which I was given had an entry area which was (best estimate) 5 feet long and 6-7 feet wide.

Within the entry “room” was a loveseat squeezed length-wise wall to wall to the left. A TV mounted on the wall next to the left cushion and left of the door. There was a small desk opposite the loveseat and flush to the wall. With this section of the “suite” on the interior side of the building no windows are existent and lighting is provided by 2 single bulb wall-mounted lights above each cushion of the loveseat. The shades either are too shaded to let light thru and/or the bulbs are extremely dim. There is minimal in the form of light in this section (more on this later) and makes for a very odd, dark atmosphere from first entrance.

The open entry area takes you to the bedroom which has a moderate sized bathroom immediately to your left. Inside the much well lit and bright bathroom is a large wall to wall mirror on the left a hotel toilet in the center and a basic plastic shower shell to the right.

Onward to the bedroom is your king sized bed on the left centered with a TV on the stand opposite of it. The far wall is your natural light window which unfortunately is direct view of the busy parking lot and the neighboring buildings lot. This room, also poorly lit with the same to wall mount lights and a desk lamp next to the TV.

The fridge in our room kept going out, lost quite a bit of food i had purchased and was not compensated or even acknowledged of the loss. Eventually the fridge was replaced but still did not keep item very cold. One of the breakfast staff was rude, i understood breakfast ended at 10 am. We arrived 10minites prior and when i asked for some butter her response was, \" you know breakfast ends at 10\". I responded, yes. She gave me 2 butters.

We tried to cancel this reservation on the 27th of December and we’re told by an Expedia online agent that our case will be with higher ups and will take 3-5 business days and that they will be contacting us by email, but it’s now the January 9th and still nothing. The manager at the hotel was also very rude and extremely not helpful. The staff at this hotel are not properly trained at all.

Picked this hotel primarily for the continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast area was COMPLETELY empty. I was told they have to save food for the following day, which was a Monday…when asking the kitchen staff to restock, they were rude and not willing to help. I was very surprised to stay at a hotel that had my usual brand of products to use. There was dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, and body wash. Everything about the stay was pleasant. The only issue we had was that the USB ports in the room we had did not work to charge your phone. Staff was friendly upon arrival and checking out. I also like seeing that they disinfect the room keys as people are checking out. Also, the rooms appear to be soundproof so we barely heard anyone else. And breakfast was A+ this is the first hotel. I’ve stayed out where they actually have bacon on the menu for breakfast.

Welcoming safety during a winter storm

We stayed during a winter storm, to be close to the hospital for an early morning surgery. We were afraid we couldn't get there in the morning. The desk clerk at check in was extremely friendly and welcoming. The next morning my surgery was canceled due to the storm. We had already checked our at 6am, but it was unsafe to leave. The new desk clerk gave us back our key. We had a wonderful breakfast and returned to our room and slept until close to check out time. We checked out and hung around a very friendly lobby with other guests wait for the storm to calm down enough to drive home. The accommodations and staff were so nice we struggled with leaving our just staying another night.

The hotel was sorely understaffed. There were no \"cups\" in the room's bathrooms. The Asst. Manager was taking care of breakfast service. When asked for a disinfecting wipe to clean a table she became upset and defensive that she was working as hard as she could. She then proceeded to clean both restrooms during breakfast, where her time could have been spent cleaning more tables.
