There was a cockroach inside the floormat. Remote was all taped up, hard to use. Floors filthy. A bed made weird drum noises anytime hubby moved. Saving grace staying there was and excellent Cracker Barrel meatloaf dinner I bought right next door ... even they forgot the cornbread muffins!

I would not recommend this place. Lots of garbage piled up outside. There was garbage on the floor by the eating area,not one worker picked it up. Pool is not heated at all. And the room paint was chipped/peeling.

I’m going to make this as nice as possible and maybe they will make things right. I spent two nights here with my family. We reserved two room. First they gave us two rooms on the second floor. My room was okay, dirty but okay… the girls room smelled like urine as soon as you walked in the door. Toilet was absolutely filthy. Door had a huge hole in it… we went and complained, they tried to give me a room upstairs, one room! Finally after complaining they gave me two rooms upstairs. Got settled in and bugs everywhere, not bed bugs… pincher bugs. In the sink, by the bed in the bathroom…. We’re by a wooded area so I just assumed that’s the reasoning behind the bugs. Oooh but second night letting the kids swim, kids with no parents in there, screaming and yelling. No towels,no lights just a mess… we left the pool area when we noticed a guy staring at the girls. We leave and come back around 2 am and I go to use the bathroom in the lobby and the bathroom was disgusting. Used lady diapers on the floor, trash over filled. Pads and tampons everywhere. Went upstairs to our room slept for 4 hours and left. I have pictures of most of what I’ve mentioned.

Room was clean. Bathtub could have been cleaner and The Linens in the bathroom needs to be soaked and then washed that will help the stains come out better. I am a housekeeper I do know by experience.
No bugs!!
Breakfast could use some work about what is available to eat.

Unfortunately we did not end up staying at this hotel. Upon checking in, we realized this was a franchise of Baymont. That should have been our first sign. Our room was okay - but the property is run down. The bathroom wasn't clean - smelled of urine & had hairs remaining around the bathtub. Then we found a bug in there. Combined with how loud the room is (someone would shut a door and the whole room would shake) and the train that kept running by, we grabbed our stuff and made a quick exit after about an hour or two. I will say the staff was very nice about the entire thing and seemed apologetic. I just found this hotel not to be up to a Wyndham's standards. Will not stay there again

The hotel was clean and the room was clean, oddly there was no screen in the window but you could fully open it. The breakfast options were limited. The pool looked great but was disappointingly cold and we cut our swim short because the temperature, the pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel. The pool deck area wasnt filthy but was in need of a tidy up as there was used towels scattered around, some gummy looking objects, I stepped on a fake fingernail, the pool had a piece of what we discovered to be a paper towel floating in the bottom of the pooland there was not a stock of pool towel available in the pool area. There's a over powering smell of chlorine that will linger on swimclothes and the towels, we had to rinse our suits twice and air out the room for it to be tolerable again.

The stay was ok for what we paid. The pool was not warm, and our AC only half worked. We figured out that we had to unplug it and re-plug it in to get it working. They did offer to move our room but we were leaving the next day. The breakfast was the same both days and ok but very basic.

Took two hours to check in due to our booking given to someone else with a duplicate confirmation number through websites. When we got our room the window was wide open and it was 35 outside. The person who checked in first had been given that room and then was moved to another room. There were no tissues in the room. The night clerk did a good job trying to fix the problem so I don’t blame him. I think the desk clerk before him made some changes to our registration to put the other person in the room. It should not have been that difficult.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said.

My experience at this hotel was unacceptable from start to finish.

The first room I was given was dirty—there were bugs, stains on the bed, and it clearly had not been properly cleaned. When I brought it to their attention, I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, it was still not clean.

I also want to be very clear—just because I had my dog with me does not mean I should be placed in a subpar or dirty room. That was extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, the interaction at checkout was just as frustrating. When I told the front desk I was checking out, I was met with attitude and resistance instead of basic customer service. I was told I had to wait, questioned repeatedly, and the conversation became unnecessarily tense.

Overall, this was a very poor experience—between the cleanliness issues and the lack of professionalism, I would not stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times over the last 10 or so years. They’ve always had great amenities, good breakfast, and they were clean. This time, however, our room was not the best. The room had obviously not been deep cleaned well enough. There was hairs on the shower that absolutely was not ours. The towels were stained. The mattress cover was stained. The breakfast was minimal compared to other times we had stayed. The juice fountain didn’t even have juice. I was extremely disappointed with our stay and will not be staying here again.

My bathroom smelled like a portapotty, one side of the stool was yellow. I asked them 3 times to clean it. The last night I was awakened at 2 am to the very strong odor of marijuana. It was so strong I was afraid I’d get high from it. The hairdryer was so sticky I had to wrap a washcloth around it to hold it. Light switches were nasty dirty as well. I have photos of all of the filth. I will be asking for a refund for my stay.

I stayed upstairs in a non-smoking room, I walked in, and it smelled like a literal lit pack of Marlboro lights. The entire room stunk, I had to go out and buy car fresheners to stick in the air vent in the AC unit just to make it smell better. I called the front desk and told the girl, I was on vacation for 10 days and did not want to move all of my things. Not to mention the fact that there was a freight train that ran through the back of the hotel and kept me up all night. I still paid $89 a night for my room and I will never stay there again. Sorry, not sorry. If it’s a non-smoking room, it should be a non-smoking room and your next guests should not have to go out and buy things to clean up your hotel room rooms to make it smell better.

Several issues with the property including cockroaches and nasty floors. Our feet were black just from the first few minutes when we first got into the room. They had no managers available when we showed them the issues and their “fixes” for the problems were to move us next door. We booked a room with queen beds and got doubles, the clerk admitted it, then put us next door where the same size beds were “queen beds”. Now we are waiting for a refund and they conveniently don’t have a manager present to do anything about it. Don’t stay here.

We’ve stayed her a number of times and found it to be ok. This time was a bit different. We were traveling with a dog so I know we don’t get the best rooms. However, the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke and the refrigerator was defrosting all over the floor. Being a pet friendly room there was no carpet so luckily a bath towel shoved under the fridge kept us from slipping and falling. This time we were on a room at the back of the building. Right next to the train tracks. Yes they are active tracks.

Hotel is ran to be as cheap as possible

When we arrived we were told they were over booked and I would have to take a room with 2 queen beds. I told him no we had paid a month ahead of time and I wanted my room with a king bed. He left "to check my room" when we got to said room and the bathroom floor was wet (turns out the tub or toilet had a small leak) we were so tired we didn't care. The pool was the one main thing I needed and why I booked here. The pool was open but the filter was not turned on and there were dead bugs floating and on the bottom, there were chunks of hair on the floors around the pool. The breakfast options were as good as advertised in the pictures.

As soon as I entered the lobby, it was the same temperature inside that it was outside, in the summer. The floors were sticky. That means the carpet was sticky. I walked up to the counter, and there was a guy on his phone and he didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. He was very impersonal and could care less that I was standing there when I got to the room, the floors were sticky, and there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. I did not take my shoes off the entire stay. Not a good place to stay at all. The entire hotel was warm and sticky. Why would someone stay here?

The hotel was okay. Fairly clean but pretty outdated and could use some TLC. Wall in bathroom was in need of a coat of paint. The back of the bathroom door looked like it was patched but never painted.
It would have been nice to have a kettle in our room or a coffee pot.
If you are in the area, it’s an ok place to stay, I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Our 3rd day out of 4 found what google pictures identified as a bedbug on our mattress. Notified management and they tried to say it was a fly that came in the window. Our window didn’t even open and it looked nothing like a fly! They offered to change the sheets. Only refunded the money for our last day when we left. Never going back.

It is a nice enough property just off the I-75 freeway. I checked in online ahead of time, so check-in at the hotel was quick and easy.

I could tell the hotel was a bit 'worn' as the carpeting in the lobby showed aging. The room itself was ok, but the A/C was louder than I would have preferred and the shower handle rattled as I turned it, but it worked.

All in all, a decent place for a onr-night stopover.

I’m a mom with two kids. The room didn’t have coffee. The pool was absolutely freezing and there was no towels so from the gate it was a little rough. The faucet to the hot tub was very wobbly and like I said we had to ask for towels and we had to literally walk our old towels down to the front desk to be able to get new fresh towels Never again but we survived

The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. The heater rattled all night, the bathroom light/fan was loud and rattled, and the hotel backs up to railroad tracks with trains coming through every hour thought-out night. We got no sleep at all . They also charged $25 for a pet fee, this is the most we have every paid. Avoid this location no matter how cheap it is.

Our family booked for 1 night only. Hallway smell like cigarettes, old frying oil and mildew all at the same time. We book a Non- Smoking room but the smell of the hallway went into the room. Room looked like was only partially remodeled. Bathtub was extremely stained, not functioning properly and remodeling debris on it. Went for breakfast before checking out and there was a ton food flies all over the juice machine. Poor selection of breakfast items and cleanness of area was in existent. Coffee jugs filled with dirty water. Overall experience, terrible. Thank God was only 1 night and we were out of there by 7am.
