Our room at this Hampton Inn seemed to be on the older side. It was clean but the carpet seemed dated and the heater/ac was very loud. We attempted to turn it off but the fan still stayed on. Nice spacious room & bathroom. Breakfast was good. Didn’t use the pool. Loved the large TV. Easy parking. Abbie was pleasant at check-in.

The staff was very helpful, making it so that the TV remote worked. They also fixed the shower head for us. The room heater worked great and was not loud. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We slept better than we did at home. Breakfast was also outstanding.

This stay was awful! The guy was rude and lazy, as well as refused to do his job. We had two different rooms the tv did not work in either. First key to first room did not work side door so we could go in the building from our car so we didn't have to walk around the entire building, tv did not work in room. Guy told us that we had to fix it, no dude its 1:30 in the morning we just wanna sleep! 2nd room, key care worked, cool....but no TV o dang. Was fed up at that point! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Was there because power went out at home and needed a place to sleep with our sleep machines. This dude was just plain rude.

Booked 2 king bed hotel rooms in advance and check in to only get one king hotel room and the other one was 2 queen hotel room! Very aggravating when you pay for something in advance and then you don’t get it! This Hampton Inn has lost my business and I’ll never book with them ever again! They won’t refund you either because I tried that!

My husband hurt himself before we left Illinois. When we checked in he was on crutches and I’m disabled and can’t walk far. The lady at check-in gave us a VERY close room. What a relief. It was also handicap accessible so it was easier for him to get in and out of the shower. The shower was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.. and everything was clean. The refrigerator was dirty though. But not as important to me..

Room was clean and quiet. King bed was a bit uncomfortable due to age, needs to be updated. Sleep disruption from movement by either me or my husband was felt by the other. Elevator in lobby area out of order but we were unaffected as there was a second elevator near our room. Staff was courteous and helpful. Quick access on/off I-75 with gas station nearby.

We got a last minute reservation for a family event and got in after 10 pm, yet the desk clerk was there within seconds and checked us in quickly.
The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast area was spacious, very clean, and well maintained.

The staff was extremely personable and attentive. The morning free breakfast buffets were very good and each day different. It is a pet friendly location and had a nice dog walk area with clean up supplies available. A very good of highway location within only a few miles from shopping and restaurants. It's my go to when in that area.

Got to the hotel at 3pm ( when check is ) was told there were no king rooms available. Asked if I would just downgrade to a double queen. When I said no, I had already paid for my room and that check in was at 3pm they “ magically “ found a clean king room. Pool and hot tub was drained and not open. Ice machine on first floor was out of order. Water pressure in shower wasn’t very good.

For the price I was not satisfied. I paid 177.00 for one night checking in at 11pm leaving at 10 am . My bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be. Hair in tub. And the floor felt sticky. This hotel I would compare to a quality inn from choice hotels definitely not a Hilton one. Go down the road 3 exits and found comfort inn and suites for 20 dollars less in price and VERY clean compared to the Hampton here in Sidney. I'm sorry please update hotel or lower prices.

Great place place to stay

Stayed 2 nights for funeral. Room was clean. Bed was clean, comfortable. Had nice pillows. I called down to get an extra blanket. The night desk guy brought it right up, well should say he brought two in case we needed it. I placed the second one in the top of the closet, like the guy asked if we did not need it to do .

First thing we found when we got to the room was a dirty towel in the bathroom. TV did not work, and even though the button on the tv did not turn it on, their response was let's change the batteries on the remote. Maintenance won't be there until morning. Terrible squealing in the heater. Toilet did not flush right. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed at.

Overall my stay was very good. Check in was super easy with the hilton app, I never even saw anyone who worked at the hotel. The door to my room i noticed right away didnt close all the way unless pushed really hard. The door inside that lead to the adjoining room was left unlocked which made me a little nervous upon entering, I locked it and no problem. Now for the bad part, it was loud, slamming doors all night long, probably because their doors wouldnt shut all the way either. Just bring ear plugs. The room was pretty clean, no major complaints, just really outdated and in need of some repairs.

Lost our key & staff was very gracious & helpful. Interior is old & tired and needs a facelift, pool has been closed for several months, one of the elevators was out of order. Overpriced for the quality of the stay when comparing with friends who stayed at 2 new hotels in town.

It was an OK place to spend the night. Seemed like it needed updated. Bathtub in both my room and my brother's room had rusty spots where the porcelain was chipped away. Our toilet was clogged but front desk responded quickly to fix it.

Tired and in need of an update. Everything in room needs to be replaced. Motel 6 would have given me the same accommodation. Hampton Inns have certainly gone downhill. I would NOT recommend this hotel for the price charged.

The hotel had just suffered a major fire system water leak and the lobby had ceiling torn down and fans everywhere. The staff was very courteous explaining what happened. Other than that the hotel was very clean and newly renovated. The room was decent but the AC kept going on and off without being constantly on to get to the desired temp. There were no vending machines and anything (limited supply) had to be purchased at the front desk (a little frustrating). Easy access in/out and would probably stay there again when we go back to the area in 2022.

Hampton is the best

Hampton Inn is our favorite place to stay when we travel. I would imagine because of covid, they took the vending area away and the pool was closed. The room was very nice and comfortable, but the sheers needed to be repaired.

The desk personnel were very polite and helpful. Now that's why we like this hotel the best.

Nice hotel. Way above average breakfast. Several hot selections that changed each day. Way understaffed. I felt sorry for the employees who continue to work. No maid service available. You are responsible for making your own beds, changing out the towels and emptying the trash. Pool that is still advertised on website continues to be closed. Very disappointing for our 7 year year old.

Ive always been a Hampton Inn fan.
However, not so much now.
Understand the covid restrictions to a point.
I was not informed prior to reservation or check-in that there would not be housekeeping services.
Had I known that I would need to fetch my own towels, empty my own trash, make my own bed, etc. I wouldve booked elsewhere and paid a whole lot less.
I dont mind spending more for quality but not the case here for sure.
Front desk only cared to state \"... theres nothing we can do about it . . .\"

So when we got their they told us they was repainting the pool whoch fine but th ey clearly didnt have it vented good because it was starting to make my son sick and light headed and he start re d feeling worse both days yoj could smell it all the way up on the 3rd floor at the elevator very disappointed called and said something the lady said she would work on getting me a refund i would not recommend staying here until they are done remodeling the pool area
