I waited for 10 minutes before I was greeted. The clerk was rude, and even ruder when my room keys would not work. There was no air conditioning in the hall. In order to access the air in the room, I had to stand on a chair. The air did not work properly in the room. The room was marginal in terms of cleanliness. At breakfast, the syrup and milk was spoiled. It was a very disappointing stay.

The attendant at the front desk seemed unengaged, like he didn't want to be there. He didn't ask how many keycards we needed. The wifi password on the keycard jacket was not legible.

Mulitple window screens were cut or ripped.
We had to ask for an additional bath towel, only 2 were supplied.
The shampoo/condition and body wash dispensers were empty or not working.
The room used for breakfast was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The counters, floor and garbage can lid looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, this was only 30 min. Into breakfast.
Breakfast offered, was very limited to 2 cereals, yogurt, oranges & waffles, which the dispenser wasn't working or the mix was still frozen. In fact my husband was so disgusted by the uncleaniness of the breakfast area he left without finishing eating.
I made 3 trips to the front desk and had to call for an attendant each time. Even to check out nobody was available even after ringing the bell.
Extremely disappointed with this facilities lack of attention to the simple things like appearance, cleanliness & customer service.
It appears the facility had gone thru some type of remodeling but attention to the details and craftsmenship was totally ignored and missed.

We didn't have a ton of expectations, rightfully so. The hotel had signs saying that it had been non-smoking since 2010, but it still had the 'old cigarette' smell throughout the building 15 years later. Continental breakfast was ok, cereal was a little stale, and while they had a gallon of milk for the cereal, there was no bowls anywhere, just plates and cups. The sink in our room was terribly clogged and slow draining and we did have to ask for more toilet paper on day 1 (three day stay and we were given less than a 1/4 of a roll), we ran out completely by the end, soap in the shower ran out as well because they didn't refill it. No bedbugs or anything gross like that, description said 'unassuming hotel' and that's a pretty accurate description.

Whole building was dingy, the entry doors weren't locked so anybody at anytime could just walk in doors. Room keys stopped working 4 hrs before checkout. Checking in took forever, even tho I preregistered online the night before but still took forever. Then worker tried givinge one room with one queen bed for me and my friend when I booked and paid for two separate rooms

The guy who checked me in came tonhelp with no socks or shoes on. The bathroom counter and walllooks like it needs paint and caulk. The air conditioner didnt work so it got warm at times. The window to my room outside looks like someone tried to break in. Theres an area that looks like it could be a nice area for you to take your dog except some of the wall is down laying in the parking lot...The carpet and floor need some TLC. This mught be the worst Super 8 ive ever been to!

The rooms look out dated, but neat however they had a bad smell. So, bring air freshener it smelled like it was cleaned with water but no soap so a musty smell. The tub was dirty had a ring around it like someone had taken a bath. I picked this place due to price and this sight showed reviews of a 3.5 but that to me wasn’t true, I later checked the hotel name and seen a lower review so check sight and actual hotel site for reviews. So for me lesson learned is pictures dont tell the story. One last thing, the original room I was given after checking in didn’t have a tv so as we brought our things in it was changed and it was said due to that reason. The clerks were nice to me. Breakfast was okay not many options, 2 cereal, a jug of milk in the fridge, oranges, waffle mix, syrup but no butter, coffee and two juices in a machine, yogurt and about three small tables with two chairs.

I put on my booking that I wanted a ground level room and they gave me a top floor. The first room they put me in was colder than cold and wouldn’t get warm. There was flooring but a hole from it not being fitted properly. My tv wouldn’t work and the WiFi service was horrible. I asked the front desk to switch us and it took them a day and he was rude about it. Had to use Google translate to speak to him. The second room he put us in was a little better except for the fact of the bathroom had a congregation of ants in it. The heat worked but it would get cold at night like there was no insulation. The breakfast had 4 different options, cereal waffles oatmeal or donuts. You would have to wait to get service. Front desk was very rude

A dingy and tired hotel in desperate need of updating. The “free breakfast” was a joke, unless you like/are willing to eat waffles. They sent a link to use if I had any questions; I used it to ask about something in the room and never received a reply. The TV only had infomercial channels, The family Guy and King of Queens, literally! No news, no weather, no movies, no regular broadcasting. The heater sounded like it was an airplane taking off whenever it came on, so bring your earplugs.

The hallway carpeting and walls were worn and tired looking, but the room itself was clean, updated and comfortable (other than the carpeting feeling a bit grimy, but I find that in most motel rooms... I always have flip flops at the ready). Friendly front desk people, though one of them spoke very little English and I had some trouble communicating. My biggest issue was that the walls don't completely keep out the noise from adjacent rooms... I was awoken at 4am by talking, giggling people in the room next door. I turned on my room fan and that pretty much took care of it. All in all, not a bad stay for the price. Again, the room itself was clean, well appointed and comfortable

They wanted me to run my card twice after already paying for the room through Travelocity. He said it wasn't paid for & I ran my card it said APPROVED, he said it wasn't. I told him he was trying to scam me. Also it was advertised to have breakfast, but they didn't. There was nothing posted anywhere that they weren't having breakfast. The guy at front desk said it was because of refrigeration issue. They still could have put out coffee, juice & rolls of some kind. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of having a breakfast. I asked for a refund for the breakfast portion. He said he'd have to talk to his manager & call me. I bet I don’t hear from either one. Super 8 is going downhill fast. I'll think twice before staying at another one.
