My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for a weekend as it was cheaper than Metropolis Resort. We saved a lot of money this way and bought day passes for Action City.

We enjoyed the nice restaurant and shopping options within walking distance. My kids also loved the breakfast pancake machine and small pool area. We would stay here again. Great value!

Dirty, hot tub broken, trash out front in parking lot and garbage cans overflowing with trash. We were taking a nap and an employee walked right into our room and turned the lights on! Not happy!!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The hot tub jets didn't work, so it was like sitting in a bath tub. The communication with the front desk was poor, like the guy didn't understand what I was saying. We really liked the room and would stay there again.

Room was fine. I expected it would be quiet considering I was on the end of the bldg. Sadly the individual above be never considered he/they weren’t alone. Crashing noises at 1 am, jumping at 4:30 am. So I got 2 hours of sleep maybe. I’ll be more specific if there’s a next time.

Hot tub was inoperable. Hotel wasn't the cleanest. We left for the full day and didn't get any room service to replace towels. When I asked to replace them I had to go to the front desk, they wouldn't deliver. I have a bad knee and my room was far from the desk, so this was a huge inconvenience for me. Location was good.

Ugh, this stay.....
The hot tub jets were not working, the carpets in the room are filthy, the shower curtain doesn't stay closed because the rods were installed on a slant and the tub wasn't draining. Stay somewhere else....

The room was clean and had great size. We ended up having some more people stay due to a change in their plans and had plenty of room. Pool was a little small but the kids still had fun. Great place to stay.

The previous reviews had me excited to stary but the room was poorly cleaned which was disappointing. Even had an old empty rotting fast food cup in one of the drawers. Breakfast was not as nice as other reviews made it sound, and the pool area also needed cleaning and had no towels. Hot tub was not in working order. Sadly just seemed like not a lot of care is going into anything.

Our stay was nice and worked well for our quick stop before headed back on the road.

Our only issue is that most of the lamps in the suite did not work, and the bulbs were a very cool white, so not very homey.

We booked a room at this hotel specifically for the in room hot tub. We have stayed a few times in the past in the same room. We were disappointed to find that the hotel decided to remove the tv from the hot tub area. The only option was sitting in bed to watch tv or on the couch looking down at that tv. And apparently there was a limit on the hot water. Nobody wants cool \"hot\" tub water. The room was not as expected for the price. There wasn't much to the breakfast and no option for 'on the go'.

Our room was fairly clean, there were some areas that definitely needed some attention and touch-ups. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Furnishings needed updating, the middle sofa cushion was inches below the other sides of the sofa. The thermostat was missing a battery cover. Continental breakfast was good, although there was no one regularly attending to the breakfast area.

Staff courteous; we waited several minutes for hm to come to the front desk to check us in. Rooms weren't filthy but not well-vacuumed & base of toilet dirty. Drinking glasses & coffee mugs were in the back of a drawer - dirty. Jets in hot tub didn't work. work.

There was a glitch on the app when scheduling my overnight stay and when I showed up I was informed that there was nothing they could do and were very rude about it and would do nothing to fix it. Would not recommend they will take your money and leave you with no place to sleep for the night.

The two room suite was ok. The beds were not comfortable at all. We spent 4 nights and I had to ask for toilet paper multiple times. They often would forget when I would call. The bathrooms by the pool, and by the conference room were not clean. Always trash on the ground, no TP in one of them for at least 2 of the 4 days we were there. The pool towels were never in the pool room. I had to ask for them nightly. The breakfast was slim pickings. The gravy both mornings barely warmed. I chose this hotel because the location. It is close to my daughter, shopping and dining. Being familiar with Eau Claire, I thought this was good a choice. I do not see myself staying there again with my family.

We stayed 2 nights. The room was not cleaned in between nights. Room was spacious. No extra rolls of tp. Had to ask for new one first night. Breakfast was ok. Both morning we went they ran out of some food.

There are spider webs everywhere in the lobby, the toilet didn’t flush right, when we complained they brought us a plunger instead of moving us to a room with a working toilet. After spending one night we decided to leave and not stay another as I didn’t want to have to plunge the toilet after every use!!!

The first time we stayed here the room was excellent on 3rd floor. the next time we stayed here on 2nd floor the hallway was full of tobacco smoke and the room was less clean and comfortable than the first one. the room looked old and we couldn't adjust the temperature as we did on the first stay.

Clean room that was well appointed. Hotel was very quiet. Zero issues checking in or out. Was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I have had in awhile. One of the best things was hotel hallways and rooms didn't smell like weed which has been a common occurance lately even with staying a nice hotels. Will stay here again.

Day time manager was super nice and helpful. Nighttime manager was helpful but lacked personality and acted almost a little annoyed with everyone. Cleaners did an amazing job. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated that they allowed us to leave a day early to get in front of a snow storm to keep our family safe. Overall stay was excellent.
The view was beautiful too!

When we checked in (and the entire time we were there), the elevator was out. That, of course, is not their fault and isn't a big issue except that the front desk staff couldn't have been less apologetic about it and our room was on the 3rd floor. The room was very roomy and nice; however, the tv did not work. We advised the front desk and the response we received was \"Oh.\" No one followed up, no one came to look at it, no one offered a different tv or room. Rooms were good but service was far below acceptable standards.
