Was disappointed at the quality of the hotel. Driveway going into the hotel had huge potholes that could ruin a car. Breakfast was minimal. Kitchenette had bare bones supplies. Shower curtain rod was missing screws so it was falling off the wall, creating lots of water to spray out during a shower. Charged extra for a 3rd person even though the room we booked had a max of 6.

Older property showed it's age a bit but location worked well for us and couldn't beat the price. Spa/hot tub was very nice. Fairly quiet, room on back of building viewed tree line setting. Some areas of room hadn't been wiped for awhile-guessing housekeeping staff is shorter than I am, shelves etc had a lot of dust. Overall, solid C+.

The room was the bright spot. Spacious, clean, over the top happy with the room. Front desk person needs to work in a basement on a computer away from people. Was not pleasant AT ALL. Almost acted like we were intruding on his time. Bordered on being rude. The breakfast was crap. Eggs were like a hockey puck and cold. Sausage was cold. Biscuits and gravy were hot and good. No effort made to put a good breakfast together. Cheap and no pride in this area of service. Plan to eat breakfast out not this crap. The area seemed very convenient and safe. Obviously they use a water softener because the water had a film when rinsing off. This is ok BUT it made the bottom of the shower super slick. No mats down so I’ll predict a lawsuit from someone slipping and falling in the shower if this is not addressed. It’s a damn shame, it really is. They give you a room to die for, outstanding in every way but they fail in just about every other area. The breakfast is the last thing on top of the mind and what a shame. If breakfast and staff is not important to you then this would be a great place for you to choose. I know we WILL stay here again in a heartbeat BUT will lower our expectations on breakfast and eat out. And we will make sure to not be offended by the front desk person who was terrible.

The room was huge! The pool and hot tub were disappointing. Both were small. The hot tub would be for 2-4 max, the pool maybe 4 people. Just enough room to dunk in and that’s it. Breakfast was fresh but only had eggs, sausage and the pancake machine with bread products and a few yogurts in the fridge. The staff refilled as required.

We have stayed here many times but this time was not the best. One of wash clothes in bathroom was stained, we were on the end by the staircase and it was loud all night long, the room temperature was hard to regulate...it was cold when the fan was blowing and then it would get really hot until fan came on again snd cycle continued

Evening and night desk agent was very poor, poor customer service skills. Morning staff was much better and helpful.

Whole facility could use a cleaning or at the very least a good dusting is needed.

Air ducts and filters seem to need cleaning. Facility had a smell of a restaurant from India.

The pool was much smaller in person and we found that disappointing. We got a King room with a spa tub. The spa tub was pretty clean, but the power of the jets were a bit underwhelming. Overall if wasnt a terrible experience, but I probably would not come back again.

The man at the desk was rude and threw my driver license at me and said go stay at a different hotel....all because I ask why he scanned my driver license in a separate machine. (Hadn't seen that before). He spoke broken English and didn't like me asking questions. Room was nice though. Need to train employees how to treat paying customers.

Room wad clean & spacious. Pool facilities were very nice. Breafast the next AM good, but not much left at the time I was there.
I got a bagel & coffee, which was perfect for me. Large family was stiil there, & was looking for more hot food when i left, but was close to ending time. What i saw was was very sufficient for a continental breakfast.

BEWARE of charges after your stay. Just checked my credit card statement and noticed a charge with no reasoning provided from hotel. Called the hotel they informed me a lotion dispenser was broken. We never used this item and were not notified after our stay but still charged for damages.
Besides this it was nice to have a living room space but the furniture was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was basic. Hot tub jets didn’t work.

The room was not cleaned very well. The hot tub didn’t work correctly. It kept shutting off after about 5 minutes. When we bought down our full garbage at about 4:00 p.m. (no housekeeping came to check all day) and when we asked where we could put it we were told where the dumpster was! I then said, you want your guest to take the garbage to the dumpster? He then said to just drop it by the overflowing breakfast garbage can. Again This OS about 4:00p.m.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for a weekend as it was cheaper than Metropolis Resort. We saved a lot of money this way and bought day passes for Action City.

We enjoyed the nice restaurant and shopping options within walking distance. My kids also loved the breakfast pancake machine and small pool area. We would stay here again. Great value!

Dirty, hot tub broken, trash out front in parking lot and garbage cans overflowing with trash. We were taking a nap and an employee walked right into our room and turned the lights on! Not happy!!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Hot tub was inoperable. Hotel wasn't the cleanest. We left for the full day and didn't get any room service to replace towels. When I asked to replace them I had to go to the front desk, they wouldn't deliver. I have a bad knee and my room was far from the desk, so this was a huge inconvenience for me. Location was good.

The hot tub jets were not working, the carpets in the room are filthy, the shower curtain doesn't stay closed because the rods were installed on a slant and the tub wasn't draining. Stay somewhere else....

The previous reviews had me excited to stary but the room was poorly cleaned which was disappointing. Even had an old empty rotting fast food cup in one of the drawers. Breakfast was not as nice as other reviews made it sound, and the pool area also needed cleaning and had no towels. Hot tub was not in working order. Sadly just seemed like not a lot of care is going into anything.

We booked a room at this hotel specifically for the in room hot tub. We have stayed a few times in the past in the same room. We were disappointed to find that the hotel decided to remove the tv from the hot tub area. The only option was sitting in bed to watch tv or on the couch looking down at that tv. And apparently there was a limit on the hot water. Nobody wants cool \"hot\" tub water. The room was not as expected for the price. There wasn't much to the breakfast and no option for 'on the go'.

Our room was fairly clean, there were some areas that definitely needed some attention and touch-ups. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Furnishings needed updating, the middle sofa cushion was inches below the other sides of the sofa. The thermostat was missing a battery cover. Continental breakfast was good, although there was no one regularly attending to the breakfast area.

There was a glitch on the app when scheduling my overnight stay and when I showed up I was informed that there was nothing they could do and were very rude about it and would do nothing to fix it. Would not recommend they will take your money and leave you with no place to sleep for the night.
