This is truly a hidden gem. From the welcoming staff, to the complimentary Dunkin’, and the fantastic bed/pillow combo I will definitely be coming back!
Sara
Hotel was the cleanest super 8 I’ve ever been in! The staff was super friendly. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!!
Aaron
The outside has been undergoing renovation. The parking lot is broken in a few places, but inside the motel itself it’s super clean recently remodeled, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times through the years and the staff is always great for the money it’s unbeatable.

Needed to stay for a quick overnight stop. It was perfect! Clean and updated. Magnetic phone charger on the night stand was especially appreciated. Would stay again!
Tiffany
Washer and dryer should be available to guests for free or reduce the price. More breakfast options and fruit. Dunkin’ donuts and coffee were a plus. Overall good stay
William
Not bad….remodeling going on….seems to be slow. Room was clean
Sarah
Friendly and efficient check in, rooms were comfortable very good value!
Jason
Staff was super friendly and helpful. I think they are still finishing some renovations but place was clean and nice
MARVIN CRAIG
For an overnight stay, it was superb for the price point! The rooms were sparkling clean and modern. But, as others have written, there is renovation going on about the exterior building and grounds. (Signage lists the improvements, some already have been completed.) I look forward to staying again to see the final results! There is no pool or gym, but the breakfast looked great. I passed on breakfast as I was scheduled for a \"breakfast meeting.\" My only complaint is that the desk chair in the room was very worn and wonky.
Daniel
The lobby, nicely re-done with a huge 4K TV, new tile, etc., promised much. Unfortunately... the walls are still pretty thin; I was across the hall from the laundry, which had a machine that shrieked like the USS Enterprise at Warp 9 during the spin cycle; the A/C was so noisy I wound up shutting it off to get some sleep.
There were some nice touches that somehow didn't work out so nice; in particular, the wireless phone chargers worked intermittently at best, the nifty digital clock was so bright I had to put a black shirt over it, the coffee machine wasn't plugged in and couldn't be plugged in without moving major furniture. Sigh. Death by minor annoyance...
I think the place will be better when they work the kinks out of their recent remodeling, though I don't see how they're going to quiet down the AC. For now it's OK but doesn't deliver what the first impression promises.

One of the better Super 8 I’ve stayed at!!
Jeffrey
Clean but no hot breakfast
Summer
First of all, I want to say we were really impressed with our stay! The outside of the establishment had me scared when we pulled up lol. I assume they are in the midst of fixing something outside but my initial feelings upon pulling in were that I made a mistake....until we entered the hotel. It immediately smelled very fresh and clean inside and appeared to be so as well. The owner was running the desk and he was extremely kind. He noticed we had an infant so he swapped our room to a downstairs room to make it easier on us. We really appreciated this, especially since we didn't even have to ask! As soon as we got to our room, we were impressed with how nice everything looked, especially for the price! The breakfast could have been much better. Honestly, it was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had lol but oh well. We did enjoy the complimentary donuts that are out 24/7. Overall, I really recommend this hotel!

The lady at the front desk was very wonderful and she gave me lots of information because I had purchased a room through a third-party company and they did not give me the right information. Her name is Nita.
James
The hotel was perfectly adequate for an economy hotel.
Carsten
Very clean and quiet
Jessica
As a night shift worker, I had the worst room imaginable. Right across from the laundry room and diagonal from the lobby and front door. Everyone in the hotel had to pass by my room to leave which made it very loud in addition to the laundry. At first glance the room was clean, comfortable bed but by day 3…I went to the bathroom right before checking out and flipped the light switch to see cockroaches scattering and I don’t mean those big wood roaches. I was horrified. I did attempt to tell the staff, however she dismissed me and walked off before I could say anything. I will not stay here again and with the prices that are charged I would expect better.

The gentlemen and the lady that was checking me in was very polite, they made me feel welcome. I would stay here again.
The breakfast was really good. I ate biscuits and gravy and eggs. I just wish there were more fruit options and that more bacon and sausage was made. But other then that it was perfect.

Room was clean and staffing was friendly and helpful when needed. We needed to sta another night and the receptionist recommended me signing up for Wyndham rewards to get the room a little bit cheaper!

We were supposed to get breakfast but because there weren’t that many customers we could only get continental.

Was in town for work and stayed the week at this hotel. Was very pleased with the service. Loved being able to come back to my room after a long day of work to have my bed made and fresh towels. Will be coming back again.

Me and my daughter were in Owensboro for a softball tournament and needed somewhere to stay last minute. The hotel is clean and the front desk were very friendly.
I think rooms are kind of small for the price, and the bathroom door didn’t work well. But otherwise it was very clean, and updated. I like that the floor was tile throughout and not carpet. The tv didn’t want to work properly, I would turn on but couldn’t change channels or anything, luckily that wasn’t a deal breaker since we were only there for the night.
Also, it was very noisy, this is not the hotels fault but we stayed on the first floor and it sounded like a heard of elephants above us doing gymnastics until about midnight and then again around 8am. I’m not even sure how they could make so much noise with the size of rooms. And I’m sure this could have been handled if I had complained.
They did have breakfast but only consisted of donuts and coffee. I think they could invest in some bigger bottles of shampoo AND conditioner or atleast more of the small bottles.

Hair dryer did not work. No elevator.
Pitiful breakfast. Low water pressure are a few of what we got by staying there.

In town for father's funeral and needed affordable last minute accommodation at 930 pm
Booked through 3rd party hotels.com
Told next day by front desk they had a less expensive funeral rate but we would need to cancel with 3rd party and rebook directly with them.
Long story short each party said I had to speak with the other and they needed to speak with each other and it was never resolved. So upon checking out we received the full bill.
Hotel somewhat remodeled
Mattress not comfortable with one side worn down
Large spider in sink upon awaking 1st day
Spot on curtains we first thought was a spider
Breakfast average
Towels and toilet paper restocked at request
Toilet takes 2+ flushes
Shower was nice
Mostly construction workers staying there during the week
Noise not too bad for being by highway
Takes ac time to cool and sometimes feels humid
Musty smell upon enertering especially when ac isnt cool
Fridge, microwave,iron, ironing board provided
Updated but still average accommodations

Property is currently being remodeled. However a small sofa or \"love seat\" would make the room more comfortable instead of a chair

The Hotel was clean. Parking with a trailer was an issue. Had to park in a restaurant parking lot after it closed.
Mark
Hey
The water from the shower was running all over the floor even with the shower curtain was closed
Angelena
Very nice front desk staff and room was so clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel great location
Michelle
Limited parking. We actually ended up making a parking spot beside the dumpster.
It’s fine if you’re looking for a basic no-frills place to stay. No carpet anywhere. One thing to note is the fact that there is no elevator.

The best for less
Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Nice that they offer a variety for breakfast. Will definitely come here again! Thanks for the great stay!

Not bad for the price
The hotel room was clean so no problems there. Nice people at the front desk; adequate breakfast in the morning. My only complaint is the noise off of US 60.
Betty
Stayed here many times. Love it!!!

Amazing

There was nothing I didn't like. They are remodeling, but it did not inconvenience me. The room was clean, new. Staff were very helpful, and took initiative to offer assistance and information about places to eat, discounts for guests. Breakfast is primarily pastries, cereals, etc. Loved having coffee and donuts available 24/7. Not a fan of taking the stairs, but that's on me; just remember if you have an accessibility issue you will need to let them know ahead because there is no elevator. I've paid more for far less than I received - much better than I expected for the price. I will make that my go-to as I freuqently travel to the area for work.

Enjoyed My Stay
My experience was amazing. I enjoyed my stay. Perfect location

Required additional depost once we showed up.

Having to pay 100.00 extra was a bit much and unexpected. Rooms were very small.
Paula
This property is upgrading and doing renovations but even doing those the building itself was vwry clean and smelled fresh. Our room was clean and nice. The only suggeation i have is the fan in the bathroom and has a light in it. Blue and then an orange light. That should not be like that it looks like it could be recording. Im sure it isnt but just looks odd. Other than that it was a great place to book and stay
Tonya
The hotel clerks were incredibly patient when I was dealing with a nationwide banking issue. I was in a panic and exhausted but they remained calm and talked me through it. The hotel might have been having renovations because it was noisy above me, lots of furniture noise. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.
Ashley
Would stay again
Best bang for your buck! Safe, quiet, comfortable and clean!
Blake
Conveniently located , easy check in, seemed to be fairly new and clean for the price.
Tara
Was not happy with the cigarette smell, it was very strong in the bathroom, thought it was a smoke free room. I Think it was coming from the room under us. Very unpleasant to have to smell this all night. Would not stay here again because of that.
William
Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Some construction around the area but didn’t affect my stay. Walked right next door to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Free donuts and breakfast was a plus too. Nice place to stay for sure.
Leslie
Because of Policy Charged us, but wouldn’t let us stay because name wasn’t on card…had to find somewhere else to stay
BAYARD
Seems to be newly remeodeled and upgraded

The hotel was doing some remodeling and renovations in the parking lot and within. The road sign was missing so I missed it the first time, but the room was clean. The beds were too firm for my liking so it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Mediocre stay
This hotel does not have an elevator. Just know, if your room is upstairs, you will have to go up 2 fights of steps up and down with luggage. The bathtub was not clean upon check in. There were still hairs in the tub and the walls of the shower were gross. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are very small.

Fair for the price
There’s no elevator. They cut your card off before check out at 11. So when you’re trying to travel back and forth to the car you don’t have access back to the room or building. If your handicap make sure you’re on the first floor. Or like myself I had an infant and heavy car seat so very difficult. They are remodeling so the outside isn’t cute
robin
This facility is undergoing modernization and the interior is very nice. My room was very new and clean. They even had mag phone chargers built into the bedside tables. The exterior walkways were still
Under construction but this didn’t really impact the quality of my stay and is clearly temporary. The breakfast buffet was very nice and welcome at 6am as I was checking out. The owners are clearly working hard to make this a nice hotel. I recommend it.

Great business short stay
The hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. A good touch was the fresh coffee and pastries that they provide all day from Dunkin' Donuts. Breakfast is a basic breakfast but fresh fruit does the trick.
Sue
It was reasonably priced and room was nice and clean.
Rebecca
This is our 3rd year staying at this hotel and it’s always clean, the staff is always friendly and although they’re working on remodeling the building, they were still very accommodating!
Travis
Perfect
Kim
Everything was excellent
Leslie
The stay was very nice, very nice room, breakfast was not what we thought it would be. The last super 8 had eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy.

Cameras in the bathroom?
It was the worst stays ever in life. They try to reassure me this was a moisture detector, but to me it looks like a camera in the ceiling of the bathroom vent. Left late that night and no compensation was given. Never will stay at this hotel ever agon.
Mike
Great
Mark
It was great

Check in was easy and the clerk was super nice. Rooms are being updated nicely. hotel seemed ot be full based on the parking lot but quiet. Location is easy and a ton of dining options close by. Would stay at this location again no question.

Would stay here again. Great spot. Clean. Friendly staff.

Check in was great. Room was not very clean. What I hope was soda all over the bathroom door. Floors were nasty and we had to clean our feet from walking on it. Lots of hair everywhere. Beds were very small and hard. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 and we never knew what to do or what happened. People were just screaming in the parking lot.
Amy
Property was clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. Donuts and coffee all day and night. Good breakfast. Only complaint, I left ear buds in room while out. Got home and they were not in my bag. Called to check to see if left in room, not turned in. So some how they have come up missing. My mistake for not taking them with me.
Carolyn
Nice overnight accommodations
Comfortable overnight stay with family. Beds were very comfortable. Clean room . Really enjoyed the free donuts and coffee. Breakfast was very good too 😊
