Bed was clean and nice pillows. AC worked.
It was a smoking room at some point.
Bottom of tub was stained.
It had exterior hallway. There were shoes lined up outside of most rooms. Not a good look.

This is an older motel. It’s a little bit rundown. All of my sheets and everything were clean all doors here Exit to the outside. There are no hallways. This place has seen better days. As far as this staff, they are super friendly and always helpful There is a really good Mexican restaurant tied to the motel is a plus

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Floor and bathroom was filthy. Could see daylight around the entire room door. Paid for two night stay but only stayed one, because when we returned to the hotel the next evening the room had not been touched. Not cleaned, trash taken, or refreshed with clean linens. Requested a refund and the front desk was rude and refused. Would not recommend!!

The manager or young lady in our 30s long dark hair petite she is very rude disrespectful judgmental jealous of every woman that books a room there and then once they stay and if she thinks they're pretty she literally makes up reasons to not allow them to rent and tell them they can't come back and always has a different reason but has no proof to back that.she is racist and only allows her own skin color to stay there mostly the place is run down overtaken by people that came to work here on route from the storm and the weather last year they drink they open holler and do drugs in the parking lot there is prostitution still going on even though she is I give her credit for this trying to stop it it's still going on and she also allows only certain people to sleep 20 at a room at a time they sleep on in hammocks underneath of semi trucks in the parking lot they sleep in school buses and they also rotate at 4:00 a.m. they'll rotate and others will come in and stay the night but because she gave me a non smoking room said it was an upgrade when I booked a smoking room I'm no longer allowed to rent a room from there anymore
I wish they would fire this girl she doesn't deserve her job she abuses her authority and her position there at the motel she is on a power trip. Did you stay here just take notice

Horrible. People do live here and take up a lot of the place. They are extremely loud, and when I read the reviews I thought, well maybe they are just not used to louder people. Nope! They were out there revving their engines just for fun. There was cigarette burns on the sheets when we first got there. My husband went to tell the person who was at the desk and she was like oh I don’t think so, it’s non smoking. Nope it was there! Then one on the toilet seat. Oh and toilets….there were some under the stairs, just hanging out. Checking in… I stood there for almost 10 minutes calling the number the sign says and no response. The room was just over all gross. I didn’t expect anything when I booked it when being a vendor at an event, but it went below nothing. Oh yeah! And the AC was off when we walked in… I understand wanting to save on energy but I had to knock it down to 60 to get it to cool off the little bit it did. Last comment, the dang smoke detector was on the fridge! Not on the ceiling.

But if you need a roof over your head and somewhere with running water and zero expectation then you found the right place. Otherwise…I wouldn’t send my not so friendly people here.

Read this before booking

Room was okay for an inexpensive room. However, this hotel was packed with rowdy drunken laborers. We arrived at 11pm. The yelling and drinking party outside of our room went on until 12:30 am at least. The next morning the parking lot was strewn with trash and dozens of beer cans all down the sidewalk. Our car had 6 Modelo beer cans next to it. On our return today we couldn't find parking anywhere near our room due to badly parked work trucks. One guy in a big truck drove his truck up a 45 degree hillside adjacent to our parking area and ripped his bumper off. Another guy was gunning his engine and spinning his tires outside of our room. Guests left dirty boots and socks outside of their rooms and someone has a broken down grill outside of their room. I would swear there was pot being grown next to eggplant in the beds around the hotel. The best thing I could say is that the bed was comfortable.

Expected the visit to see my grandma to be an amazing weekend but ended up finding out the hotel was never really prepared for me and my family. Found an open condom on the floor by the dresser, AC filter was dirty, sheets were stained with what seemed white and gooey. And out of the four nights at stayed we stayed there, not a single staff or cleaning service came to check in. Sad to say that this had to be one of the worst hotels anyone should be staying at.

There was no tv remote in the room. Had to get it from the office. When i tried to watch tv, i kept getting an onscreen promt to sign in to the Days Inn Owensboro wifi. I couldn't. Then the remote quit working except for the power button. There was leftover soap and shampoo in the shower as well as a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod. There was a dried spot of something that looked like dried blood on the floor. The sink was ridiculously slow to drain. The \"breakfast\" was terrible. \"Pancakes\" if you could call them that, about 3\" in diameter, tasted like cardboard. There was a gap under the door and the curtains didn't close all the way.

Our stay was just okay.
The location was convenient for us. The mini frig worked fine. No coffee maker.
Check in was not at all welcoming. Full glass partition separating us from the person checking us in. We could hardly hear him, and he was not friendly & did not act happy.
Our handicapped room was clean & spacious enough.
The sheets were stained and very worn.
The additional flip door lock was missing 1/2 of the locking mechanism.
The water in the shower/tub (handicapped room) was always slightly running “hot” water. It could not be turned off. We told the front desk.
When the shower was on, half the water was also flowing out of the tub spout. There was no drain plug for a bath.
On the plus side, there was plenty of hot water.
The sink is cracked and leaks so the floor in front of the vanity was always wet.
We were in a no smoking room, but the bedcover and shower curtain had cigarette burns in them.
It needs several repairs and new sheets.7

Our stay was not pleasant at all. Actually, we stayed about an hour and just left. The pool was full, with people with rafts in the pool, so there was no room at all. Our room smelled really weird and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The cover had a lot of stains and one of the pillowcases looked like it had dry blood on it. I don't normally leave reviews and always trust what I read on reviews but this time I felt the need to share. There were numerous discrepancies but just to name a few there was no smoke detector and the wire where it should've been was hanging out of the wall, behind the toilet and shower was black mold, the heater was so dirty and smelled like the room was on fire, the grassy area outside the room was filled with piles of dog poop becuase there was a couple with 3 dogs living on the end, we were woken up early to a woman yelling, cussing, and hitting her dogs that lived there, the front desk staff was nice at check in but told me they were out of rooms that I had reserved and tried to charge me more. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but the next morning I went to the office and asked for a refund for the 2nd night and was given my money back without too much hassle and an apology. The online pictures make it look one way but once you're there its not nice at all. I hate leaving a bad review for anyone but this one is unavoidable. I understand that sometimes you cant control the people who rent your rooms, but that doesn't give you a pass on cleanliness. It is the hotels responsibility to make sure the rooms are well kept and ready for the next person. This hotel did not live up to that standard at all. We didn't end up staying here after we seen the conditions. Now, its fair to say that everyone has a difference of opinion on what they're willing to sleep on or in, but this one was beyond ours. To me, if the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years I can only imagine when the last time the bed was cleaned. I'm just not willing to bring something home on myself or my clothes.
