DO NOT STAY HERE! This place needs shut down! Absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk into the building, it smells bad & musty. The room we were given was filthy. I was afraid to touch anything. Food on the floor under the bed, floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, stains all over the bed & walls, windows looked like they had bullet holes, the shower had hair & not sure what else all over the side of the tub.

We checked into our room, but once my wife pulled the bed sheets back, she found a washcloth in the bed. We were moved to a different room...got locked out because after my wife entered it and sat her phone on the counter, we could NOT gain access again. Had to move to a THIRD room which was fine. After MANY attempts to open the room door to get the phone back, the very helpful evening desk clerk (she really was under the circumstances) was finally able to enter the locked-out room and retrieve the phone. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this property in the future.

The property appeared to be more of a weekly/monthly pay flop house. There were people smoking meth in the parking lot when we pulled in. Room window was broken and a huge gap under the door to the hallway. Did not feel safe at all. People lingering outside the room well into the night. We packed up and left in the middle of the night.

Well, someone had been smoking in the room in the past and disabled the smoke detector and left the window unlocked and made hole in the screen to flick the ashes. A lot of trash outside the window. The soap dispensers were not working. The refrigerator isn't working. Otherwise it was okay.

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and a living bug of some variety which scurried away through a crack in the drywall before I was able to identify it in the same bathroom. Now I have oozing bites on my legs and am calling the county health department. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very bad smell in the room - but I arrived at 1am and was too exhausted from a long drive the make an issue of the smell.
When I used the shower in the morning - there was no shampoo. The \"shower gel\" seemed to be a watered-down version of shower gel. Bed was old and needed to be replaced.

The room was average. We asked for a queen room and she gave us a double room. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The worst part was trying to find the office. It was no marked well and we couldn’t park close to our room bc a U-Haul with a car hauler was blocking the entire area.

Don’t book here for more than one night!

Old hotel and not maintained. Smells like weed everywhere. A/C unit had mold on it and I got very sick from breathing it in all night. Terrible customer service all around. Housekeeping did my room once after 6 nights. Never will stay here again.

From the second I walked in I knew it was the wrong spot to go. I made the mistake of questioning the lady at the front desk about the hundred dollar deposit and said that seemed kinda high, she instantly became a total jerk and was basically telling me to go somewhere else. Then I got in my room I had a funky smell to it, a platform bed with about a 3 inch mattress, and every time I turn on the lights in the bathroom there were bug scurrying about. I was there for about two hours before I just up and left

Alright for cheap stay

Hotel is very old and run down. Room was updated and comfortable, except the tub/shower had dirty foot prints in it. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well. Disappointed that a $60 room had a a $100 deposit tacked on. Never had a Red Roof do that before. Beds are a little harder, but thw Motel 6 at the next exit is more economical given thw deposit doesnt just get cancelled, you have to wait 3-5 business days.

The room was supposed to be non smoking. It clearly WAS NOT!!! Pillows smelled. Bedding smelled. Woke up with raw throat and dry eyes. My hair smelled and my pajamas. GROSS. I will be asking for a refund. I disturbed the clerk’s smoke break to check in!!

Very busy traffic in the hallway all night! Odor in the entire motel, dogs running loosely in the hall luckily friendly. Hole in the floor vinyl! Sticky floor dirty shower slime on the wall! OK, but cleaning staff needs supervision.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, but there was disorganization. I was given a room that had not been cleaned, my key did not work nor did my neighbor’s key work in his door. Everything was quickly corrected. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, but the floor was sticky and there were bugs wandering around at night on the floor. All the soap dispensers were empty.

The property was minimally maintained. Our room had a large hole in the window screen. There was no hair dryer. The remains were on the wall. All three soap dispensers were empty. The floor in the bathroom was sticky....!!! The bed cover was spotted and/or stained. The bed mattress was terrible with creeking inner springs?? The bad linnens were clean and acceptable. The whole facility has the look of being nice at one time and VERY tired these days.

Didn't have near as nice an experience as the last time I stayed here.

The lady at the front desk was hard to understand.

Also I asked for a late checkout (12 noon instead of 11) which was granted. However the cleaning personnel showed up knocking at my door at approx 10:50 (5-10 minutes before normal checkout time), even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, and asked if I was checking out.

I told him I had late checkout and wasn't checking out until noon but he seemed to want to argue with me and kept saying that checkout time was 11, even though it wasn't even 11 yet.

After telling him multiple times that I had cleared it with the front desk, he finally left, only to show back up at my door at 5 minutes before noon to again ask if I was checking out. Very annoying and not a good way to treat a guest at your hotel.

Where should I start? Maybe that Expedia falsely advertise the property? Or that getting into the property was difficult? Or that the person working the front desk was on crack? Or that nothing worked? Or that there were dirty towels hanging from the shower line? Or that The floor was so dirty. I had to mop it before I walked on it with bare feet? Or maybe that the bathtub was dirty and I had to clean it before I took a shower? I don’t know!

There was an issue with their payment system just to get cash instead of credit or debit cards and their computers supposedly where not working properly. The room was not cleat up to standards and there where stains in the towels and beddings. Smelly and noises at night make me xut my trip short

I’ve stayed here a couple of times but this time was rough. The sheets were stained, the bedside table was sticky, there was no plate in the microwave, which was also dirty, and no soap at all in the shower, but there was hair left behind. When I told the front desk about this, I was told I could get soap at the front desk… but nothing about the sheets, stickiness or cleanliness of the room. I’m not sure why I’d need to ask the front desk for soap when there are dispensers that should be filled. I’m also not sure why rooms aren’t being cleaned between guests. Compared to my previous stays, I wouldn’t stay here again. I tried to call after check out to talk to a manager and have yet to be able to get in contact with anyone.

I went to check in and the front desk told me they were booked and didn’t have a room for me. I explained that I already had one booked. It took 30 minutes to find my reservation. The room smelled like mold, there were stains on the walls, room hasn’t been swept in a long time. Broken glass in the picture frames. Will never stay here again

Not a happy camper!

The interior looks better maintained than the exterior, which is fine.
The front desk attendant was not very helpful at all. When I first got there she was standing outside smoking and I did not realize she was the attendant. I rang the bell with no results and was getting ready to ring it again after a couple of minutes when she decided to come in. She checked me in and gave me a key with the room number on the second floor. I hauled my stuff up the stairs and found the door had a do not disturb tag on it. I went back down to let her know and she was outside smoking again. When I told her what I had found, she stated that the computer showed it empty and for me to go ahead and use the key. I went back up the stairs and tried the key. No success. It blinked red/green like someone had the internal lock on. I went back downstairs to let her know and she was outside smoking again. She double checked the computer and finally assigned me to a different room.
Apparently someone had checked in during the wee hours of the morning and thought they had the room for 24 hours. She let them know they were incorrect, blah-blah-blah.
I'm guessing housekeeping did not report the issue to anyone or someone failed to mark it in the computer system.

First off, the desk clerk tried telling me a service dog and a pet are the same thing. Legally speaking they are not. Mold on the shower curtains. Previous guests food in the fridge. I have to wonder if they ever clean these rooms. The kicker, they deactivated our room keys an hour before checkout.

Budget friendly hotel. I have certainly stayed in Red Roof and others in poorer condition.
This hotel had no obvious repairs needed. The room was clean, and quiet. If I had one item of feedback, it would be that the pillows are cheap and small, and not comfortable.
I would certainly stay here again.

We checked in and our first room the door would not open. I went back down to the lobby and was told the handle is messed up and to lift up. We went up and the door still would not open. Went back down to the lobby. She took my key, fixed it and gave it back. I went up to the room and we got in. When we went in the room hadn't been cleaned. The bed had hair in it, the bathroom still had peoples old shampoo and conditioner bottles in it. The sink also had someone's old bathing items in it. There was also someones old vape. I went down and told the front desk and they gave us the room right beside it. We went in and immediately were super cold. It was around midnight at this point and the windows were open in November. We checked around and it was filthy as well. We needed to sleep at this point so we went to the car for our own pillows and blankets and came back up. We went to put our drinks in the fridge and it didn't work. My brother accidently put his hand and $80 sweater into some really disgusting water that who knows how long has been sitting there. We had it at that point. We were only staying a few hours to sleep then hit the road again so we went to bed and couldn't wait to get out of there.
