Room was poorly maintained. Price was ridiculous for the quality. Tub and shower were in bad shape. Breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. We used the stairs a couple times and there were spider webs all over. Not maintained at all. The pullout had no linens. Had to request those. Only towels for 2 people. Reserves for 3. Staff were friendly but overall will not return.

Ask for Betty!! She was the entire reason we stayed several days longer. Amazing Manager, she saw to every request we made. Keep her at all costs as most of the other employees are absent from their post or entirely ambivalent about helping with anything.
Bed, Carpet, Furniture were all very clean & nice. The beds were nicer than I expected. I couldn’t tell if the bathroom floor & shower/tub were run down or poorly cleaned.

We booked a double room and were given a king room. There were no double rooms (I booked and prepaid for a double room) and my husband and I had to sleep in a bed with our adult son. Not what I had planned like at all. Avoid this property.

The hotel staff were very nice, but the hotel could use some TLC. The pull-out couch mattress needs to be replaced, and the pack-and-play for babies should be updated. The bedding had some stains, although the room itself was clean. The breakfast could also use some improvement and more variety.

Only problem was that toilet in our first room would not flush, but night shift manager Mike switched us to another room, checked it himself to make sure everything was in order, and was very helpful and kind.

We wanted just a place to get away from the Northern weather and see our youngest do some rock climbing. Richmond was a great place for us. But we had car trouble and had to extend our stay. The motel staff was so supportive, it blew our minds and in fact made us want to go back to Richmond.

If you stay in room 311, the toilet backs up, the toilet paper holder is falling out of the wall, and there is a blue bucket under the sink. Staff always know which rooms have issues; prayerfully, this is the only room with issues but I doubt it. We were traveling from Atlanta for a funeral in Richmond; not a pleasant distraction from my grief.

We liked size of the room, the fact that it had carpet & that here was a couch for our small dog. The carpet was a plus for her if she decided to jump off the bed. We discouraged that by bringing the l hassock close to the bed.
The refrigerator was a negative because it wouldn’t close tight. The bathtub was slippery

Ours was a last minute, late check in, but we were not met with any hostility. Everyone was super kind and the lady at the front desk didnt question my aimless wandering for the ice machine, she just helped me haha. There was a huge free breakfast that generously ends at 1030, and the room was nice and clean! My only two complaints were that the bathroom floor felt oddly greasy on my feet? and our AC would not stay on constant fan. Other than those two small things, i loved this placed and absolutely would not mind returning. PS the pool is nice AND heated :)

First, I’ll say the staff is great.

But honestly, my hotel didn’t look like the photos… first I pretty much had to body slam and fight my door just to open it. I felt like I had to clean my own hot tub before I used it because it did not look like it was cleaned. I almost died at the pool, because the first step was so slimy I’m glad I didn’t hurt myself. But it is very outdated from the photos.

The staff was very friendly throughout our whole stay. However, the building is showing it's age. The pool was not heated & they do not have a hot tub (even though the website shows a picture of a hot tub.) The bathroom door did not shut all the way. We reported it but maintenance never came to try to fix the door. There was no water pressure in the shower. It was like taking a shower with a garden house. And there were several outlets without a cover. We stayed 4 nights & housekeeping only provided new towels & emptied the trash once.

Felt like false advertising in the photos. The place was falling apart. The tub had a leak and was dripping to the point it was disgusting and we did not feel comfortable standing in there without shower shoes, or even with shower shoes. The toilet tissue holder literally fell out of the wall. There were cracks in the walls, the fridge had mold, the microwave had crusty food inside it, the toiletries were half used, they only put one bath towel and the wash cloths were strewn messily about. The bed was okay, but overall the visit was subpar. The breakfast was lacking and limited, and the coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area so it wasn't really worth us going to try and eat there.

The Comfort Inn is in the middle of renovations. The bed was super comfortable and furnishings nice. There was a large red stain on the carpet, that gave me questions? The bathroom sink and tub had no drain stoppers, and the tub was chipping, and looked a bit rough

It appeared recently remodeled, checkin was quick and friendly, room was great, very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was adequate and area clean with lots os seating, would like to see eggs and meat added, waffles were very good. Only room concern was shower curtain kept coming out because hung so high; but shower was great pressure, no fan in bathroom either so really steamy. I would stay again without a doubt, we had a king suite, highly recommend.

Door to swimming pool was propped open around the clock inviting disaster if a toddler were to enter. Pillows on beds were silly. Front desk did not appear to be manned later in the evening as no one answered the bell.

We stayed at this hotel the weekend of February 28th, 2025. This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only did one of our friends find bed bugs in their room, but our room had bright red blood on the bedspread and the bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. To top it off, the staff had the audacity to bring my daughter, her friends, and their mothers cleaning supplies, a broom and dust pan, asking THEM to clean the common/dining area! I guess you’ll continue to have a filthy hotel when you expect your paying guests to double as your cleaning crew. Not only will Inever stay at this hotel again, I’ll never stay with this entire chain of hotels.

Felt a little bit catfished

Comfy bed, the bathroom was nice and clean, however, I booked this particular hotel based on the fact that the online listing said that there was an indoor pool with a spa hot tub. Literally, the hot tub was my deciding factor in which of the hotels in the shopping center I chose, since they were all fairly similarly priced. I was really bummed when upon arrival, the hot tub had been filled in with cement and tile and no longer existed. The in room tvs were a bit older and didn’t offer much for channels, and since I was staying here due to a winter storm and there was nothing to do but stay in the hotel, I was a little underwhelmed.

The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming, and provided great service.

So the hotel itself is fine. I was just bummed that my reason for booking didn’t actually exist anymore.

Upon arrival everything smelled clean. Checked in and was told theres no hot tub as advertised, the pool was cold, there was no toilet paper in our room also not a single washcloth, the jetted tub we paid for didnt even hold water. There was 1 light over the sink in the bathroom that worked. There was multiple light bulbs missing in our room and all throughout the hotel. There was hairs and stains all over our sheets, we killed multiple fleas in our room and still ended up with bites all over me. Its very run down with a lot of \"lipstick\". The staff was very nice. Overall, one of the worst hotels I've stayed in and I'd definitely never recommend it to anyone else.

I was disappointed upon arrival, hotel exterior looked dated in my opinion and website photos looked like it was brand new. Booked room with whirlpool tub. Only problem was the jets looked like they were working until you get in. No pressure from the jets to massage your back or sore muscles. It barely moved the water around. I did complain to the front desk. They apologized fir the inconvenience and only charged me for a regular room. Appreciated the upgrade refund, but was disappointed because we were looking forward to the whirlpool after driving 12 hours to get there on our way home

In the advertisement, it shows that they have a is jacuzzi with a swimming pool there was not jacuzzi and the hot tub was not working right it was coming a part in the room the ceiling was chipping away. The AC didn't work properly.
Other than that, the stay was very quiet and the staff was very friendly.
But you shouldn't have to pay for something that they don't have.

Booked this hotel for Indoor pool and Hot Tub (as advertised). Hot tub no longer exists (can see it was at one time) and pool was being warmed by way of a garden hose running through the hall. Payed an extra $40+ a night for the advertised hot tub. Room needs updating also. TV remote barely worked, blinds wouldn’t close fully, toilet ran constantly. I’ll never understand why you put two towels in a room built for four. To be fair none of this was raised to the staff. Don’t think it would have made much difference though. Way overpriced for what you get.

The property was good overall but we got a suite with a fold out couch. The mattress was stained in 3 different places and did not have a sheet on it. We did not use it. That was disappointing. The place does need some updating with the chipping tubs and our bathroom door didn't close all the way.

Not good. Paint peeling from the walls because of mold, mold all over the bathroom, nearly the whole hotel parking is empty but somehow no vacancy — based on the condition of our room, it’s because most of the rooms were worse than ours. Wouldn’t have paid a quarter of the price.

We needed a quick one night stay during our road trip. This hotel was perfect. Friendly helpful staff. Room was great with comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of five. Breakfast was simple but because we were getting back on the road I appreciated the prepackaged items and fruit that we could grab to take with us.
