We didn’t even get to stay and never got to check in! My husband went in to check in and they said we had to wait! While waiting we found out we had an emergency and had to return home. He called the hotel and they said it was up to Expedia. We spoke to Expedia and it was fine with them and the hotel said NO!

So we paid for a room for 2 nights that they probably rented out to someone else!!

The lobby was nasty and the pool was green. Staff was terrible so we will not be staying there when we go back to see our son and his family!

Our room was nicely decorated. It was clean and quiet. We slept well. If I were to suggest improving the hotel hospitality I would say lobby coffee and water. Also, clean up and keep the breakfast area better stocked.

I stayed for 3 nights as my son had surgery on his leg and needed help. They upgraded me to a suite at last minute ,that had pull out bed.No additional charge. They came and opened bed and got it ready. Customer service was amazing.

The cleanliness of the floors not so great,could have been better. However, beds were clean and no sign of roaches. Fridge clean etc.

It did it's job for what I needed.

The 1st I was given smell like weed my wife couldn't breathe. We were changed to a different room but the cleanliness & maintenance wasn't good. We were afraid to shower because of the mold & rust in & around the shower but shower with caution.

I didn’t even stay there because I didn’t feel safe. The people who own it refused to refund my money and said I ruined the bed checking for bed bugs. People were grilling out their trucks in the parking lot and everything smelled of smoke. Hotel rooms open out to the street and there was a random shooting there in 2024. Go anywhere else

I was traveling with my dog for 3 days last week and it was a nice place for us to stay. Staff was very accommodating, room was updated nice size TV definitely clean enough for me and my little dog. I would stay there again. Was supposed to get a $50 deposit back when I looked they only gave me $20 back so not real sure about that and why, but I thought it was good value it only cost me $30 for her to stay for the trip. Maybe they'll let me know why they only gave me $20 back

The hotel is in a decent location if you need to go to the university. There is a DD 2 minutes walk, stores and ATM. It can be tricky to find your room at first. The hotel is dated, I wouldn’t stay more than 2 nights. The rooms (I booked 2) could be cleaned better. I interacted with a couple staff members and it was fine. At this price range do not expect much more. I would only recommend if its for 1 maybe 2 nights if you are visiting or have business with the university.

Today is my 4th day and housekeeping has NOT been in my room. I asked at the desk for extra towels and the desk person brought 1 towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth!! I checked out the breakfast at 9 am and there was nothing but stale bagels!! Won't suggest or stay here again.

Booked 3 rooms for graduation at GSU. Booked 2 King Suites with Disability Access Nd 1 Double Queen room. Requested early check in and was confirmed by staff but rooms had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had to wait 45 minutes for one room to be cleaned. The King Suites were not disability friendly. Toliets were very low with no grab bar to help with standing. Didn't even attempt to shower due to having to step over in the tub.

The breakfast was a joke. A couple bagels and muffins and cereal. Milk and juice were sitting in little fridge that read 52 degrees....
Card to room didnt work for first room, got moved to a different room and had trouble with that key.... fridge inside was broken and had a horrible smell... i wasnt told about a 50 extra deposit hold prior... and i still have not receieved that back.

We checked in late, about 10pm on a Friday night. As we were getting in bed about 30 min later, we had loud music and loud talking coming from the parking lot. After another 30 min of this, we called the front desk to have them fix this situation. After another 30 min, we called the front desk again and they advised us they were calling the police dept. We called the police department 3 times over the next 45 min. the party finally moved from the parking lot to the rooms on both sides of us. We asked to be moved to a room on the front of the building and there was one room left but the door lock was not working...they manually let us in the room and we finally crashed into bed after 1am. This was the worst experience I've had in a motel.

Extremely poor stay. Room 209 was dirty, dusty, with a strong cigarette smell and no hot water. I only discovered the hot water issue the next morning at around 7:30 am while showering, and I had to use very cold water. The bathroom was also very dirty with black stains on the toilet. I reported the issue to the front desk in person around 8:00 am since the room phone was not working.
We were traveling as a family (wife and son) and had already paid for 2 nights, but we did not return for the second night due to the unacceptable conditions. We preferred not to escalate on-site to avoid stress during our vacation.
We were moved to Room 235, but the condition was even worse: non-working refrigerator and a strong unpleasant cooking smell.
There was also cigarette and marijuana smell in hallways, plus excessive noise during the night we were trying to rest. The breakfast area was also dirty and poorly maintained.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and not acceptable for a paid stay.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The room was in very poor condition. The floor had visible stains, the table and desk surfaces were sticky with food crumbs, and both the refrigerator and microwave were unclean — the microwave was burnt inside and there appeared to be mold/fungus in the appliances. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor.

The bathroom fixtures and taps were dirty and difficult to even touch. The towels smelled bad and did not appear properly washed.

Most concerning, the room had cockroaches. We noticed them crawling on the bed near the pillow during the night. When we informed the front desk, the staff told us this was “normal,” which was shocking. We had to request a room change late at night.

Instead of resolving the issue appropriately, the staff suggested we take a refund and leave the hotel in the middle of the night, even though we were traveling with children. This was highly unprofessional and unsafe.

Overall, this experience was unacceptable from a cleanliness, safety, and customer service standpoint. I cannot recommend this property to families or travelers expecting basic hygiene standards.

Over prices do the environment bathroom looked as if it has never been a cleaned as long black hair was every where. Holes in the bathroom wall with paper towels stuff in. Beds were clean. Remote and all other things were dirty. Burn marks in sink area and on night stand. Broken outlets, door lock as broken as well. Couldn’t tell if towels were clean or dirty by the way they are shoved on shelf. Would recommend for overnight for 1 stay nothing more.

This was, by far, the nastiest experience I've ever had at a motel. We reserved two rooms for my husband and our daughters for two nights (we only stayed one). In both rooms, there were towels with pubic hairs on them. The furniture/lamp/mattress in our room had visible stains, including a chair that had clearly been colored on all over by a small child. The door handle and lock for the room next to our daughter's room had been smashed in by what looked to have been a baseball bat. There was no phone in the rooms. During their \"renovations\", they had not covered anything and there was overspray of paint on every door handle, faucet, hook, counter, etc. Our sink was missing the drain stopper. That's just the room. In addition, there was a large crowd of people blaring loud music right in front of our room (I had to ask them to move so I could gain access to our room). They were loud, yelling, and playing music until at least 2:30 am. We determined these were not customers of the motel, just loiters using the space. When we told the front desk the next day and asked to be moved, he blamed it on the workers who were doing the renovations. He agreed to move us, but we were not convinced the new rooms would be acceptable, so we did not go back for the 2nd night. The breakfast? We didn't even try it, because it looked old, there were gambling machines in the \"breakfast room\", and just a random loaf of bread and some pastries. Do NOT stay here.

My overall stay was nice. I did not get the room that I booked. I booked a king room and I received a double beds, so by them changing my booking…. I wasn’t too pleased with that. The room was comfortable there but there was tissue that had been used and thrown on the floor in the bathroom. The inside of the toilet needed to be cleaned better and there was some brown substance next to the light switchPictures attached. I would stay again at this hotel.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid this hotel at all costs. I checked out a day early due to unsanitary conditions that made me question the safety of my health.

The bathroom was a nightmare - mold creeping up the walls, a grimy bathtub with mysterious stains, and a sink that looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning product in years. The showerhead appeared dirty, and I couldn't bring myself to use it. I was appalled by the state of the fixtures and the overall filthy ambiance.

The door itself had issues, with a wonky lock that didn't inspire confidence in the room's security.

Given the condition of the bathroom alone, I wouldn't trust brushing my teeth there, let alone consider using other facilities. Needless to say, I won't be returning and would advise others to steer clear. Terrible experience, poor hygiene, and unacceptable for a place calling itself a hotel. One star, and that's being generous.

Disgusting roach motel. We checked in, went to dinner, got back and checked out. Just couldn’t stay there. The room reeked of urine. Dead roach on the night stand. Sink had no drain stopper. We got a room at a much better establishment. When we booked this motel all others were sold out because of the event in town that weekend.

BEWARE! Horrible place to stay. I was scared to stay in my room and was supposed to stay 2 nights and only stayed 1. The night I did stay- there was a party in the parking lot right in front of my room. Parking spaces had been taken up with folding tables and they had tried to conceal it by parking a work truck horizontally in front of the spaces. I had reserved the non smoking room online and when I got to my room it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. I should have gotten the hint when I checked in and the lobby smelled like marijauna. The door to my room did not lock well- the room was filthy and stuff was stuck to the tiles floors and dead bugs everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting and the towels smelled. I was traveling alone and did not feel safe so I drove an hour away to a Hampton Inn for my 2nd night.
I did not have any food there- would never eat there. If the room is this bad then the food would not be edible.
