Filthy, nasty staff, dangerous atmosphere, didn’t even stay because my daughter and I were in danger, staff didn’t care, drug dealers around and couldn’t lock my door from the inside after they this was the 3rd room they offered me. The refused a refund and keep dodging my calls and when hotels.com tried to reach them they said the manager wasn’t available and I need to call myself.

Booked this hotel, received my confirmation, when I arrived they said they were full! Had to find other accommodations, so not satisfied at all with Super 8. The hotel could've at least called, texted, or emailed, to let me know there had been a mistake made in my booking, but I was blindsided the day of my check in.

Stay away from this hotel. It was raining hard and the gutters were broken in front of the check-in window so there was about 3 inches of standing water. Upon checking in we were put in a room that was very dirty. Hair grease on the living room mirror, broken luggage rack, floor boards are separated as if the room has had water damage, the tub still had hair products on the sides, the floor was not swept, and very dirty mattresses. I went to the desk and asked to be moved. She asked me to go look at another room. I did go in and look at the mattresses, although not the cleanest they were ok. I glanced at the floors and the bathroom. It appeared the room would be ok to get sleep in. So I returned and told her the rom would do. We took our stuff in and left for dinner and a trip to Walmart. When we returned it was then I started to notice the toilet seat was broken, the towel rack was bent and hanging off the wall, there was gum on the wall by the headboard, the nightstand drawer was broken, there were cigarette burns in the comforter (non smoking room), a white smeared matter on the desk chair. I then booked another hotel at the Holiday Inn Express and went to the desk to get a refund and let her know the condition of the room. The attendant refused to go look at the room with me, said I had only 10 mins to get a refund and it had been three hours since we had checked in. She would not give me the number to the corporate Wyndham office. She refused ti give the refund.

Awful. Felt very unsafe. Room stunk like cigarette smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Loud, intoxicated guests hanging out in the walkways. Cockroach crawled on my bed. Many others on the floors and walls, including the bathroom. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. The pictures are not an accurate representation of this property. The rooms are in dire need of a significant makeover; the fixtures are coated in rust, telling tales of neglect. Cobwebs cling to the corners, and the carpet desperately cries out for an intensive deep cleaning. The lighting in the room is far from ideal, casting a dim glow that does little to mask the outdated furniture. The hallways suffer from an evident lack of care, urgently requiring a thorough pressure wash, while the decks are cluttered and in dire need of sweeping and tidying. The beds, with their worn-out frames and mattress technology long past its prime, are in desperate need of replacement.

On a positive note, the staff here shines brightly amidst the shortcomings. Their professionalism and dedication stand out, providing a glimmer of hope. Unfortunately, the root of the hotel’s issues seems to stem from ownership challenges that have yet to be resolved.

AC worked fine. Pool has a tree growing in it looks like pool has been neglected and ignored for years. Did not appreciate at all the fact that the hotel called me the morning of my checkin on Octobet 17th and that they were doing renovations and we would have to switch to a single bed room. Told them jnacceptable, and we ended up in a not at all very clean smoking room with double beds. I booked this room many months ago and i am knly told the morning of checking in that the room i booked was not available duebto renovations. Significant discout should be provided.

The property was in extremely poor condition and looked nothing like the listing photos. The pool was covered, but the cover was in disrepair and had weeds—some over a foot tall—growing on top of it. Inside, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed because it had no functioning latch, and the bathtub had more patch material than original fiberglass. The entire experience was a major disappointment, and I won’t be making that mistake again.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything above you and on either side. Also they are rentivating the lobby and breakfast area. So if your expecting a quick bite before you check out that's not happening. Which is not mentioned on the website.
