Staying at Travelodge was a fantastic experience, and so reasonably priced too. The owner, Joe, was always helpful and accommodating. I didn't want to leave even though the apartment I was waiting for became ready.
Thank you Joe, I will always remember you and my time there. I will recommend that Hotel to any and all I can.

To be clear, this hotel is fine. I've only stayed in one other hotel in the Colorado area and this was a completely different experience.

To get my biggest con out of the way, the way to get in and out of this hotel is terrible! There is only one road to enter and exit off of highway 119 and it's shared with Taco Bell. Thankfully I was always able to get out within five minutes but wow. A road through the back or anywhere else would be nice.

The on-the-go breakfast is literally an on-the-go breakfast. Something I probably should have read before reserving this hotel. Coffee and SunnyD for drinks and granola bars and muffins for food. Not much but it is something.

Our room looked nice but had many minor and annoying issues. There was only one available outlet far from the bed to plug our phones and other devices into. Multiple light fixtures and the ceiling fan did not work. The AC was old and loud - very hard to sleep with it on. The one excellent thing in the room was the TV with movie channels on it.

There are three gas stations next door with some of the cheapest gas in the state (still with a difficult entrance and exit). A waffle house and a taco bell were a walk away. A state park was across the street to check out if bored. I picked this location for close access to the national parks and forest.

Although I may have many minor complaints, the major issue is the road entrance. One day, if there is a safer way to enter, I would maybe come back.

Phones, iPad, and hearing aids would not charge any night. Breakfast was a joke and not even that was out on Saturday morning. Frig in our room smelled so bad, we couldn’t put anything in it. There were holes in the spread at the bottom of the bed that looked like cigarette burns. Will not stay there again.

The bed was clean but the nightstand was dirty behind it. It was sticky. It was supposedly a handicap room but I couldn’t get shower because of the tub. I can’t climb over the tub to get in. The clerk at the front desk was nice enough hard to understand. But I did slept well. I won’t stay there again

They were supposed to put a $50 dollar hold on our room, instead they put two $50 dollar holds on our room. This happened at Travelodge in Longmont, CO. My wife went to the desk and complained. She was told they would remove one of the holds. They told her the system updated at midnight and one of the holds would be removed. We were supposed to check the next morning and if the hold was not removed to let them know. The hold was not removed and she again went back to the desk, They told her not to worry that there would be no charge. They lied!. They also said if there was a charge to contact them. Good luck with finding a direct number to them. We did have a $50 dollar damage charge on our room. I am in my late 60's and my wife is in her early 60's. There was no damage to the room. Beware of their double charge. I will never stay at another Travelodge again. This happened to us on an extended vacation. We were on the road for over 3 weeks and this is the only problem we ran into with hotel. Most host were extremely nice.

It was just obvious everything was managed from a pinching pennies standpoint Sure the front desk manager, a little rude, and just didn’t understand the service industry, however, I’ve really tried to look past that. The one thing I will say is that the bed was very, very comfortable and to that degree, if you find it at a low enough possible rate and just in there for a few hours to sleep on the bed it’s probably a good choice

Affordable, clean. Mattresses have a plastic feeling cover so a little odd but smell clean. They are remodeling, changed carpet in hallways, carpets in room are a little tired, maybe those are next. Good value for the price, grab and go breakfast, easy parking, san salvador food truck in parking lot and a taco bell next door, waffle house accross the street.

If people who stayed at these locations were more respectful and not so dirty themselves, these places would be much nicer. Because this family works really hard and is improving things, only to have visitors come and break them or make messes outside. My room was fine and clean, and the staff were wonderful when I needed things.

Bed was ok...check in awful, i got injured on vacation and the place had NO ELEVATOR. THE office was a MESS AND THE POOL. YUCK and NO HOTTUB like on the web...i was told if i couldnt get to my second floor room he a pukdcancel it but no refunds..
.seriously!!! And then my daughter and granddaughter went the pool, which they found disgusting and were told half an hour and no extra towel. I would not currently consider rhis place again no in good faith be able to recommend to others.

The pictures on Expedia do not look like the property. It was so incredibly dirty. There was visible dirt on the ceiling fan blades, corners of room, lamp shades, etc. The continental breakfast consisted of over ripe bananas, sunnydee, lukewarm,watery coffee and a few granola type bars. There was never more than a half dozen items out. The back entrance is never locked and you can pull it open with your hands. Never anyone at the front desk. You have to ring the bell and they will emerge from a side room a few minutes later. It looks like a family might run the hotel and live there too. They were polite. I just don’t believe I paid for what I believed I was getting. Don’t even talk to me about the clarity and water quality of the pool.

The room was not very clean - the sink and tub/shower were both dirty with soap scum, the sink top was dirty. I washed them with hand sanitizer and tissues before using. The laminate floor was not very clean, it was sticky and appeared to have not been swept in a while.

The \"free breakfast\" consisted of watery coffee, Kellogs Cereal bars, Nature Valley Granola bars and some other high carb/high sugar bread-like foods and Sunny D. There was no protein available (no eggs or yogurt. Occasionally there was a banana available.

The staff was somewhat friendly, but unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. I reported that my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had visible cigarette burns throughout, but no effort was made to address the issue. The room itself did not appear to have been properly cleaned, so I ended up wiping down surfaces myself.

By the time I left, both I and the contents of my luggage smelled like smoke. Additionally, the \"continental breakfast\" consisted only of Twinkies and stale granola bars. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

I rented this room for my son and his girlfriend. This place was disgusting. Asked for another room and was treated poorly. Said they weren’t told about the dogs, (it was on the reservation notes) but they charged the fee upon arrival.. the next room wasn’t any better.. If i could give it a 0* i would. Now i see why its so cheap. The whole hotel as soon as you walk through the door smells funny. Its a smell ive never smelled before and its worse in the room. The people behind the desk dont speak english so trying to talk to them qbout problems or concerns is unlikely. I stayed a total of 17 hrs qnd they double charged me for 2 days and never gave back my deposit and the room was left how they had it besides the bed. All i did was sleep in it so i dont know why i didnt get the deposit back. The website says continental breakfast and you really have a choice between 1 tinkie, hostess cake, or choclate chip bread and 1 sunny d. The coffee was even stale. I showed them the double charge and thwy said they couldnt do qnything about it. The pool was green and i had to climb over a pile of cleaning supplies just to get to my room. The carpet had burn marks in it and the ac barely worked. Worst place ive ever stayed. Will not be going back

The exterior doors of this hotel are not locked! The grounds were in terrible condition- over run with weeds. No area to walk dogs in this “pet friendly” hotel. Breakfast was non -existent with about 5 “take away” items. This hotel was cheap for a reason. I would not go back.

When I arrived for check-in, there was no one at the desk. This is like 5 pm. I had to wait a very long time for sometime to finally come along. If hadn't prepaid, I would've cancelled and left. The room was fine otherwise. A big complaint though is that they advertised breakfast included. I expect at least a continental, but they had literally nothing and no one working the desk to talkn to about it.

GSD Service dog and I almost fell into their very steep and dangerous drainage ditch when parking, scraped the dog chin and bled but we survived. No elevator in service really sucked for loading unloading stuff. A more stringent extra fee location, with 50$ deposit on room.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the hotel advertised free Wi-Fi and I was never able to get it to connect, no matter what I tried. The “breakfast” was also a huge letdown—don’t expect anything close to an actual breakfast. It was a Hi-C orange drink and your choice of a Twinkie, chocolate cupcake, or a blueberry bar. No fruit, no oatmeal, nothing remotely healthy or breakfast-like. Definitely misleading.
