This has become my go to hotel for the Longmont/Greely area. The prices are fair and the hotel is kept up well. The hot tub and pool are always working and the breakfast is good. The staff are friendly. Parking is good too.

The first room we walked into the smell of pets and what we think was animal urine was overwhelming. We immediately asked for another room. This room still had an odor to eat. A lot of freshener sprayed was used to mask the odors. Not a pleasent stay.

We were there on a busy weekend due to softball tournament but I feel they should accommodate for all guests paying for their stay. We asked the receptionist where do we park. Re-organize your breakfast room

Good: service, food, cleanliness. Bad: organization of the breakfast room was so poor that my wife's walker would not go between tables/chairs without me moving chairs. Tables were small and square and each had three chairs with it, all were metal. Guests/customers should not have to move tables/chairs to get access for someone with a disability (I can't even think what a wheel-chair bound person would do). To start, organize the room with disabilities in mind: take out at least one table and its three chairs and put them in the adjoining 'living room' to be used as over-flow; then put some of the tables with an edge to the one wall that has neither food counter nor door and organize the three chairs for each on the other three sides. Then plan for aisles wide enough for a wheel-chair. I can't believe that I'm having to tell you all this: doesn't Colorado have some laws relating to access for people with disabilities?

Drove all the way from LA for my daughter’s graduation in FoCo. Tight schedule. Missed a dinner because the owner of this hotel does not accept cash. BofA is 25-30 mins away.. Also, breakfast area is too small. Also, I was given a “accessible” room, plastic on the mattress for 3 nights…. I wont be back.

the jacuzzi needed cleaning & chemicals, it was gross!
the beds were comfy, maid service was excellent when I needed a few things during my four-night stay!
I thought it was interesting when the receptionist check me in and found out I was paying a lower rate for my room thru Expedia, she switched rooms on me, said she gave me wrong key! Light bulbs were flickering in bathroom & door bolt got stuck in lock position, but able to fix it!

If it had not been for Jonnie and Estoban providing great customer service my ratings would have been terrible on every ?. My room the 1st night of a 2 night stay was in filled with a toxic smelling odor which I ended up nauseated and with headache. The air damaged my CPAP as well. Maintenance claimed all was well the next day. Returned 2nd day and not resolved. Estoban came to room to verify toxic air and changed my room. Thanks to Johnnie for reporting to maintenance after 1st night. Doubt I will use BW again

room and property were not the issue, room was nice commentary briefest was ok, needed to check out one day early and manager charge us any way for the extra day . even though when i contacted Expedia to inform about the early check out i was told because i had the reservation set up as pay on site that i would only pay for the day we stayed, even though Expedia staff contacted the front desk , they still charge my card and told me that is how it is! wont stay at another best western again

**THIS HOTEL WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!**
My husband and I booked a room here through Expedia. When we arrived to check in around 11:00pm on 9/27, we were immediately told we could not stay before we got to the check in desk. The guy said there must have been a “glitch” in the system and over booked. We thought that was strange, he didn’t even ask if we had reservations or for our name. So we told him and he said we wouldn’t be charged. So we went to our car. I immediately messaged the hotel through Expedia in the parking lot to confirm we wouldn’t get charged and my husband went back inside to reconfirm there would be no charge and the guy told him there wouldn’t be a problem issuing a refund if there was a charge. They responded to my message the next day saying there is no charge and they apologized.

We did get charged for the room we were told we couldn’t stay at. It’s been a month and I have called at least 6 times, only talking to two people. One girl said this has been an ongoing problem with that same guy. Weeks later my husband called and they hung up on him. I called a few more times, no answer. I turned to Expedia for help and they contacted the hotel. The manager is denying the refund with no explanation to us. I can no longer get a hold of Expedia because their “inbox is full” and the hotel won’t answer my calls.
This is the most ridiculous situation we’ve ever been in and never had to deal with such poor management and staff behavior! We are BEYOND frustrated!

Only got to stay in the room for two nights because the entire room smelled like mold and wet carpet. My friend who had shared the room with me was constantly throwing up. I went to the counter and the service was ok but I hated I paid for four nights and only stayed for two. Only got told I’d be refunded $50 but that has not happened yet. I was a little disappointed.

We were visiting Colorado for the first time from Ohio. Stayed for 5 nights - room service provided daily with fresh towels, bed made, trash emptied. The breakfast was okay, but not a personal favorite of mine. It is in a nice, quiet area with easy access to the highways.

1. Over a 4 day stay I had to exchange my room keys 6 times. The staffs excuse was that their electronic key system was terrible.
2. The hot tub was out of service, the hotels only elevator was out of service, the laundry which is only open between 8 am and 8 pm,cost 2.00 to dry 1 load. Which the Cold War era machine failed to do for the 1 pair of sweat pants and 1 shirt I attempted to dry.
3. The bed linens, I believe were laundered (allegedly) in either that same laundry or in machines of similar capability. We understand the game we play when using hotel towels, but at this particular hotel there is an unnecessary and unacceptable risk to reward ratio. You ask your self is it better to not dry off or feel like you need another shower to remove the new body hair (not your own) that has now become transplanted on your body from said towels.
4. Despite the “ do not disturb” sign hanging on my door, I was awoken on one morning by hotel housekeeping in my room.
5. Despite the same “do not disturb” sign, I returned to my room on the next day to find my room door ajar, the beds made, our personal items moved, my newly ironed clothes ( which had been laid out on the bed) piled in a chair, and that one sign who’s job it was to prevent this from happening on the floor.
