The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Susukino Train Station, from where you can go to Sapporo Station which has major connections all over. There is a provision shop just beside the hotel, convenient to buy sundries. The hotel staff were courteous and wonderful. The interior of the room was very clean and cosy. Just nice for a 2 person stay. Overall, I rate the hotel as a reasonably priced excellent hotel!

Decent budgetish hotel

The rooms are small. The location is great but it's in the red light district. It's in no way unsafe (it's Japan) but if that sort of thing bothers you. Food options are excellent around the area. Breakfast was 1300 yen. Decent selection of food without being brilliant. Not many western options.

This was my first time staying at a Travelodge and was completely surprised at how good it was for the price. We booked this place not expecting much as it was very reasonably priced during our time. Lobby decor was very modern and on trend, the rooms were also nicely appointed and although small as expected, everything you needed for a comfy stay was in place.

Staff was nice enough and nothing to complain about. Located in Susukino so convenient to shops and restaurants.

The hotel rooms are small but pretty clean, good value for the money. However it is located in the red light district, but should not be a problem for most. Only setback with this hotel was the late checkout penalty. I was not aware or warned about this, so my extra half hours end up costing me ¥2,000.

・推しのライブで2泊しました。その期間中推しの曲が流れていて、受付のお姉さん達も笑顔で優しく対応して下さり最高だったのですが、ユニットバスだったのですが、シャワーをするとトイレ側にお湯が漏れてしまい床が水浸しになってしまいました。
1泊目に対応して下さったスタッフが見てくれ「排水は問題なし」と言って床を拭いてくれましたが、翌日も同じことになり。
結果、扉のゴム？パッキン？に問題があったようです。シャワーは使えて問題なし、水圧強めが好みな私にはGOODだったけど、浸水が残念でした。
・枕が柔らかいものが2つ。普段枕にこだわりがない私でも眠りにくかった位のへたれ枕です。固め枕が好みの方には辛いと思います。

C'est ma 2e fois en 2 ans consécutifs et l'emplacement a été encore une fois digne de mention.
En plein coeur d'un centre-ville électrifiant et à la fois le dernier bastion avant d'aller faire de longues randonnées en pleine nature, cet hôtel sera là pour vous.
Je conseille très fortement leur déjeuner buffet. Je l'ai pris pendant 15 jours et ce fut et économe et santé et surtout délicieux!
2 distributeurs de boissons, une laveuse, sécheuse et micro-ondes vous attend au même étage que la cafétéria, ce qui est très commode.
L'équipe complète, que ce soit à la réception, à la cuisine ou à l'entretien sont super serviables, avec le sourire et un professionalisme qui fait plaisir.
Si je reviens à Sapporo pour une 3e fois l'année prochaine, la question de l'hébergement ne se posera pas: Travelodge Susukino sans hésiter!

大変便利で綺麗なホテル

部屋はコンパクトですが、モダンな内装、綺麗で快適でした。ミニ冷蔵庫もあり便利です。
すすきの駅と空港バス停からも徒歩5分でアクセスも良かったです。歓楽街に近いですが、大通りから一本入っているのであまり気になりません。また利用します。

受付スタッフさんの対応は親切で、部屋もコンパクトだけど机が動かせて作業しやすく機能的でした。ただ、部屋の壁が薄い為か夜中や早朝に廊下で話す宿泊者や掃除スタッフの話し声が常に丸聞こえで眠れなかったです。
また、2日目には札を出してもタオル交換されなかったり、廊下に掃除用具散乱していて通りにくかったりとホテル滞在時間が長い人には向いてないのかな、今だけだといいなと思います。
インバウンドが多くなり、ただでさえ日本では当たり前と思っていたマナーが守られてない状況下で落ち着かず…今回はすすきのだから余計に仕方なかったかもですが…。
当分はここには来ないかなと思います。

Amazing!

Best hotel from my stay in Japan. Priced like a business hotel but super comfortable, very big bedroom for Japan standards. Staff was very kind. Would absolutely stay again.

利用するのは2回目ですが、ススキノの飲み屋街にも近く良い立地にあるホテルです。
チェックイン出来る時間が15時以降となっており、10分前なら流石にチェックイン出来るだろうと思って向かいましたが、まだ受付出来ないと一喝、ホールで待っていましたが、結果的に15時より数分前から受付が始まりました。
結局15時を待たないなら、受付してくれよとも思いましたが、仕方ありませんね。
ちなみにいくつかの某ホテルなら10分程度は融通を効かせてくれるところもあります。

パジャマや浴衣がなかったのでフロントに電話しようとしたが、お部屋に内線がなく、エレベーターホールまで行き、電話した。するとフロントでパジャマを用意しているので取りに来て下さいと。チェックインの時に案内があればそのまま受け取れたのになぁと再びフロントへ降りる。しかし大男には入らないサイズのパジャマでした。
ホテルの室内は狭いが機能的で無駄がなく快適。ベッドの上に座って壁のテレビを観る感じ。
コンビニや有名で美味しいおにぎり店がすぐ近くで便利だが、かなり「夜の街」な感じで、小さいお子様連れにはお勧めしません。チェックアウトが10時で、荷物を送ったり、預けたりする人、領収証を、書いてもらう人などでかなり混雑していました。お急ぎの方はその時間を避けて早めの行動をおすすめします。

Everything was top notch. It was my 1st vacation in 20 years so I was expecting a lot.
They were great. Good service, polite, discreet, professionnal. For some downtown action, it's just the right spot!
I fell in love with the all-you-can-eat buffet during breakfast too. Nice selection from more western food to traditional japanese like rice, curry and miso soup. Plus it vary every day of my 14 days stay.
The bedroom was just the right fit too. I've been able to use the laundry machine; super easy!
Keep up the good work! Hope to see you next year, gambatte ne!
