The manga room with all the books was cool to see. Staff were very friendly. The location is not bad, lots to do around the hotel. Hotel room was clean. The internet was spotty, at least in my room on the 8th floor. The TV is a bit outdated but that is something that is minor. Great, affordable spot to stay. Would likely stay in this hotel again when in Sapporo.

Nice, clean room, and nice staff.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! So many fresh pastries/buns, fresh salad, perfect fried eggs, hashbrowns, and so much more!

Hot spa was just one pool, but still lovely - and honestly, since it was an extra, unexpected amenity, I have no complaints!

Very walkable to the subway and lots of restaurants.

I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!

The hotel was very conveniently located, a short walk from Nakajima Kouen subway station, and although the room was small it was perfectly acceptable for our trip.

The in-hotel hot spa was a great way to relax in the evenings after wandering around in -6°C (21°F) snowy weather outside. There's only one hot spa, however, so they alternate between men and women's use so, as a man, I typically had to go at midnight.

The main issue for us was that the bed was extremely hard, as were the pillows. While this wasn't an issue for me, by the end of our stay my wife had developed a bad back from sleeping on it.

7 days stay for leisure tourism and relaxation

It's annoying that have this rule that you have to put the don't disturb sign so they don't open your door at 10:30am, if you miss it they will open your room and wait for you to confirm if you want it cleaned, and if you do, you need to be out of the room by 12pm or they dont clean it. Room was too small, but plus side is there is a public bath in the hotel which is a unique feature, you just seem to smell like chlorine after you get out though even if you wash again.

Hotel also had bike rentals probably the best thing about them, since you could bike around Sapporo.

Good sized room and excellent staff who were multilingual, friendly and very efficient. The room was clean and well equipped with a comfy bed and deep soak bath / shower. Uniquely (in my experience) it also had a complimentary room mobile phone which you could take out with you and use to access the internet and also phonecalls, totally free. A brilliant touch which we used gratefully. The hotel also had a bath / spa room on the first floor, which while I never used it, looked excellent. Males and females use this at different times, thereby making it less embarrassing for those of a shy disposition. Due to Typhoon Tapah, we missed our original booking by 2 days and only managed to advise them of our delay on check-in day itself. The hotel moved our booking without any fuss and without any extra charge, which I thought was a very classy touch. The location is good, close to numerous restaurants and shops and it is also close to railway and underground stations too. The beautiful Nakajima-Koen park is a short walk away as well, which is a beautiful place for relaxing and a picnic. Overall I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Excellent hotel and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Everything was ok, just the reception attitude. I checked in at 1.30pm but the official check in time is 3pm. The reception made no effort to check if any room was available. They offered to keep my luggage and asked that I return after 3pm. It was fine with me since I was on my way to return the rental car, but a couple beside me waited at the lounge for 3pm check in. I know as a frequent traveller that it is really difficult to time your arrival and it would be great if the hotel can allow early check in if they have cleaned rooms.

The most pleasant is the receptionist who dealt with our check-in : he initiated giving us a bigger room when he saw the many pieces of luggage we carried.

Because of his helpfulness, we get to be comfortable in a relatively spacious room.

Good in Location But The Bed Is Not Comfortable

Good in location particularly nearby to the train station, dining and shopping areas within walkable distance. However, the mattress and pillows were hard and you will probably not like it. We do not get a good sleep during our stay. We suffered with body aches. It is not recommended to those who are looking for comfortable stay.

Convenient, good priced, warm-hearted, nice hotel

This hotel is located at the south-end of the Susukino pleasure downtown, only 2 minutes from a nearby subway station and a five minute walk to the center of the downtown.
We, a family of tree, including a 15-years-old used a 3-bed room for our first sightseeing visit to Sapporo. Of course, the room was not very spacious; it's a modestly price city hotel and one of the beds was an upper bunk (and my daughter enjoyed it).
The hotel front personnel was very kind taking care of our needs such as providing packing materials.
I relaxed very much when I reached, after 200-mile driving, the very comfortable entrance lobby with gorgeous couches and free cold drinks.

Walkable to Susukino (main district- 15 mins ), Odori Park ( Sapporo summer festival- 20 mins) and the subway station (3 mins). There's also onsen ( public bath) separated for men and women. The breakfast is great. If you don't mind walking farther, the shopping center, crab market, clock tower, former parliament bldg., ramen street and Sapporo station are walkable. If you get stranded because of a typhoon, go to Sapporo station and there are a lot to see, shop and eat. Then head back to your hotel for a soothing onsen.

Amazing hotel, definitely recommend

This is a great hotel in all aspects. The location is easily accessible and close to train stations, but in a quiet area. The staff and reception are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel room is very clean and all of the necessary amenities are provided. It is not the biggest room, but very comfortable to stay in. Great for solo travelers or short business trips. Overall very good! Again, the staff are great.

The hotel located within walking distance from the susukino and assessable to the New Chitose airport by bus (80 minutes). We enjoyed our 3 nights stay because the staffs are friendly, hotel is clean and well kept. Overnight public parking next to the hotel cost 1000 yen.

Its close to Subway and the Main Sapporo station makes it ideal for getting into and exploring the area.

Except for the desk chair in the room being a little low, I cannot fault this hotel, especially considering the price. The staff went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Even small things are well thought out. Great to have a full size Japanese bath on the first floor. Positioning of the TV and bed were perfect. The small restaurant looks out on a cobbled street with a small stream alongside. Welcome coffee and \"detox\" water available on arrival.

Memorable stay in Sapporo.

Having had a bad start on arrival in Sapporro as the airline couldn't trace our bag we were given great assistance by the hotel staff who were always willing to try and help with all sorts of communication. They were very welcoming and knowing how tired we were, offered us an upgrade which came as a big surprise and something to cheer us up. Everyday they enquired and contacted the JAL lost and found to find about our bags. I was deeply touched and grateful for all their help and would like to say a big thank you to each and every one at the front desk. They were all STARS and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quite and home like place to unwind at the end of the day. Hotel is very clean and the hot bath was another perk...would surely stay here again if we ever visit Sapporo in the future

Sapporo Snow Festival Weekend Stay

I used this hotel for a weekend during the Sapporo Snow festival. It turned out to be in a great location for it, as it is in close proximity to the three sites, and near a train station. We ended up checking out of the hotel about 3 hours after our appointed check out time. We overslept, and just simply forgot when the check out time was (10 o clock). The staff seemed annoyed at first, as they should be, but only charged us about 1200 yen for the inconvenience. I thought I would end up needing to purchase a whole night ultimately, so that was kind of nice.

The area around the hotel is nice. Parking, which is located right next to the hotel you must pay for. It will charge something like 1000 yen for 24 hours of stay. 100 yen for an hour..something like that. In conclusion, the hotel is pretty basic. The price isn't bad, and it will offer you a place to rest at the end of the day (though the rooms are small). The neighborhood is really nice though, and there is a train station pretty close by. If you come by car, there is parking for about maybe 13 cars in the space directly next to the hotel, which may or may not be full. But outside of that there are other parking centers scattered about in pretty close proximity.

The bath at the ground floor is great even though it is hard for males to really use the bath due to the alternating time to be used by male and female guest and at times where most people finish the sightseeing and shopping, the bath is only to be used by females unless I wait till midnight to use the bath...
The front desk service even though prompt but is rather cold unlike most Japanese hotel so I wont rate it too high. It is walkable to Susukino but is quite a distance.

I would like to say this hotel is the best one among all I stayed in Japan even Tokyo , Osaka . The price is really nice and the staff is quite friendly and helpful . The location is really great , and many restaurants and convenient store nearby. I should choose it when I come to Sapporo again in the future :)

what a releif from my dorm

I got a last minute deal and was very surprised by the vaule i got. very new hotel with a fancy look inside.

room was a little small but came with a nice bath room with free soap and shaving cream

location is nice and close to the station. the red loght district is near by but Japan is super safe.

they clean the rooms everyday and do an amazing job. spotless everytime and the staff is nice. you even get free coffee in the lobby after 3pm.

Will Definitely Consider For Return Stay

The hotel location is very convenient, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Though the room size is a bit small, but that is quite typical for Japanese standard. The daily welcome drink provided by the hotel at the lobby is especially refreshing after a day long activities. With the price we paid, it's definitely value for money.

Stayed in twin room, room is comfortable, equipment is good, space is limited. Subway station is 5 mins walk. It is just there is no air conditioning in room during winter time, so have to open the window to get fresh air and the setback is cold air comes in. Staff is helpful although English speaking level is limited. Checked in at 8pm and the front desk told me car park is full and I have find and pay car park fees myself

An Ideal Location for a Few Days in the Area

I stayed in the hotel while visiting Sapporo but also used it as a \"base of operations\" for visiting other places in Hokkaido. The bustling Susukino shopping district is within walking distance of this hotel, and Sapporo Station is only three stops away by subway. The closest subway station is Nakajima-koen, which was only about a 5-minute walk away, so departing for and returning from day trips was relatively simple and convenient. As for the hotel itself, my room was comfortable, clean, and not too small. The only [minor] complaints I can think of were that the pillows were a little firm for my taste (they were the ones filled with beads) and I might have been able to smell a faint aroma of smoke when I turned on the air conditioner despite having stayed in a non-smoking room. I appreciate getting free toiletries and fresh new towels each and every day as well as the delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Every morning there was something different for breakfast, the food came quickly, and the staff were extremely friendly to me too! On the whole, I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it to those who wish to spend several days seeing not only Sapporo, but other nearby cities as well!

２回目の冬の宿泊でした。朝食のパンの種類が食べ切れない程ありとても美味しい。ダブルルームは狭く空調の吹き出し口が寝ている顔に当たる位置にあったので使わなかったですが、部屋は暑いくらいでずっと窓開けてました。でも前の通りは車が殆ど通らないので静かで快適。アメニティも喫茶も充実しており、何度でもリピしたいホテルです。
