They need to allow guests to be able to control the temperature of their hotel room. My room was a furnace and a barely had good sleep. You can’t open windows either

Easy check in and out process. Friendly staff. Timely room cleaning. The room I stayed in was a bit dated and some of the repairs done were half-measures. The sunrise and sunset view from the 12th floor was an eye candy.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room, with a view overlooking the park, was very large by Japanese standards with a nice sectional sofa for TV viewing and/or reading or relaxing. The bathroom was also large with 2 sinks and plenty of counter space for all of your cosmetics and toiletries. The only reason I did not give the hotel 5 stars was because they did not have a cocktail lounge available to regular guests ( we were turned away from the \"bar\" twice in favor of restaurant patrons) and the restaurants were not suited to \"casual dinning\". The more casual restaurant was breakfast and lunch only and strictly buffet style.

Well located in Nakajima Park where the autumn colours were stunning.

Room (family) a little small for 5 persons, and there was only 1 toilet and sink. Otherwise it was very good.

OK hotel in need of renovation and modernisation

The hotel was okay, but disappointing for what it promised. The view was great and the service was good, but that is about it.

The rooms and hallways probably looked good and was of great standard 30 years ago, but felt outdated and run-down. The walls had a lot of dents, scratches and streaks of different colours. The bathroom tiles were somewhat dirty, and there was browning on the sealant between the tiles. Interior was generally dated and did not give the feel of a premium hotel.

In general an OK hotel, that is fine to sleep in. Rooms and hallways should have been renovated and modernised 10 years ago.

Fabulaous hotel with parkside views

Staed here for 4 nights in July. The hotel was almost empty (owing to Covid restrictions) but the staff were helpful, friendly, approcahable and professional.
The hotel is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Nakajima Park, as well as a supermarket, plenty of restaurants and a subway station (which will take you directly into Sapporo city centre).
The breakfasts were Provencial Bistro style, which could be a little much for those who are not used to that type of breakfast, I suppose, but everything was cooked to perfection and the staff were very accommodating of my dietary needs.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel at all. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again/recommend to others.

It’s the end of winter and the room air circulation is limited to either “heat” or “ off”
heater makes the room very warm
And we turn the heater off ..and there is no air circulation . Front desk gentlemen was very nice
He offered a room change for us ..But we believe it’s not gonna change anything as it’s central controlled circulation. we asked for a fan instead. He arranged for a fan to be delivered to our room . This Improved the air circulation a lot

It’s a old business hotel. Rooms are good size and have all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable

深夜の到着にも関わらず、とても親切なご対応して頂きました。北海道らしい温かさが感じられ、安心しました。

また立地に関しましては、大通・すすきのエリアからも徒歩でアクセス可能、中島公園駅からもすぐで大変便利です。
早朝の中島公園での散歩も楽しめます。

Great place to stay!

From check in to check out the service was great. I do not speak Japanese but they found a front desk person to help me check in and every other person I ran into in the hotel spoke enough English to give me the assistance I needed. This was the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in, in Japan, very comfortable. It was also very convenient, the tram was 1 block away and there were two convenience stores within a two minute walk.

Right next to Nagazima Park was a nice addition, and shuttle to and from Sapporo Station is convenient.
Breakfast buffet time for summer time starts 30min earlier (@6:30am) than usual was very thoughtful and Western and traditional Japanese meals combined variety was great. However if daily special like changed menus offered per day it would be perfect.

Overall experience with this hotel is good.
Just that the room is cold during this End October season and it seems that the aircon which we on 28 degree isn’t functioning well.
The bed blanket is also very thin and we have to request for additional blanket midnight ..
The service is very good and in last then 2 minutes, the blanket was send to our room.
Good service .

If you are driving, this location is also good .. just few minutiae drive to clock tower and other shopping district and fish market.

Price is also very reasonable compare to other nearby hotels.

This is an old school and old fashioned hotel. The staff wear suites and are very formal. The restaurants and bars are nice, old fashioned place and expensive. The lobby could use an update as it was a little confusing for entrance and lacked some energy. We had a decent sized room for Japan, but when looking at the floor map, I noticed that it was the smallest room in its class on our floor, and it was not busy when we were there. This hotel is mainly used by Japanese, so English is OK. The location is on the park and close to night life and the subway.

An old hotel needing serious repair

This is no 4-star hotel but actually nothing more than a business hotel. It is shabby and while the park next to it is great, the neighborhood sucks. If you go in and out by subway or taxi, the location is not a problem but by foot you must go through Sapporo's entertainment district to get to anything interesting. The first room we were shown has chipped paint, huge stains on the carpet, and wall paper that was falling off the wall. The next room was better but simply worn. The hallway had a funky oder and stained carpets. Hotel staff when asked for something were friendly enough but otherwise not so attentive. I cannot recommend staying here. Nice view of the park from the room but otherwise nothing to recommend about this place. Given the price, one can easily find a similar room in better condition and more centrally located.

This hotel is located beside Nakajima Park, I can see the whole park by the window.
Visitors can walk across the park to reach subway station in 2 or 3 minutes walk.
The room is spacious and very comfortable, also it is worthy to mention that each root equipped with a \"Handy\" cellphone with 4G connection which can borrow out to google some information like maps and transportation.

All room has free wifi, but the speed is somewhat slow.

The room was very clean and it was very spacious especially the bathroom. We got the room with four beds and it was really nice. I would highly recommend this room to a family with four members. The view from the room was really nice especially in the morning when it was snowing. The hotel was a five minute walk from the nakajima park station which is three stations away from SAPPORO station. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever visit SAPPORO again.

I booked for 4 guests and the beds were ready when I checked in. When I booked other hotel with same number of guests, only 2 single beds were provided.
I re-checked in Premier Hotel few days later, the luggage begs were already in my room and they also gave me connected room. Staff can also speak simple English.

Overall pretty good stay

We had the family room, it's a huge space of >600 sq ft, my 2 girls (6 and 3 years old) had a room by themselves which they were very excited about. The design is slightly dated but functional, bed is comfortable, no breakfast, we bought bread and noodles from the nearby Seicomart. We traveled by car, not so sure about the convenience of local public transport.

Beautiful convenient property

Really excellent hotel quite close to the city center. We went in winter, so prices were quite reasonable (outside of the snow festival, of course) and this is honestly one of the best deals I've had on a hotel in my life. Two connected enormous rooms the likes of which you'd pay an arm and a leg for in most places in Japan (Sapporo is more roomy obviously).

Staff were very friendly such as I interacted with them. Location is good. Nakajima park is nice to visit, and it's not hard to walk to Susukino and get lively nightlife/food options, however you do have to walk for a bit to get to much of anything substantial. In the chilly Sapporo evenings this was a bit of a bear, but it's by no means far from popular locations. We ended up walking a ton in the freezing cold because we were too cheap to spend 200 yen/person to go just one or two subway stops, haha.

Convenient hotel offering good value for money

Short walk to subway station and just a few subway stops from JR Sapporo station. Right next to Nakajima Park which is a great place to stroll. Also easy walk to Susukino. You will probably need a taxi to get there from JR Sapporo station and that costs about $1500Jpy.
Room is v spacious by Japanese standard, we got the premium room. Cleanliness was acceptable but could be better.
Overall, good value for money.

Hotel with a view over Nakajima Park

Our room was very small, with insufficient areas to put suitcases. The room was clean and tidy, however the air conditioning could have worked better, and been cooler, as it was warm and humid during our stay.
The bathroom was small, but had a good shower over the bath tub. Bathroom amenities were provided each day. Only one bath towel each, and no face washers were provided.
There was a free shuttle to and from JR Sapporo Station at fixed times.

1) The room was good enough knowing that Japan hotel rooms are small. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows. Think \"ordinary / standard\" pillows could be offered as alternatives to the \"bean-ny\" ones as we weren't used to them.
2) Getting a room overlooking the park was really a bonus. We didn't switch on any light in the morning. Just drew the curtains and enjoyed the sunlight!

The hotel is conveniently located near Nakajima Koen station, just 3 stops south of Sapporo Station. It is also right next to Nakajima Park but we didn't manage to visit it due to its late opening but early closing hours. The hotel condition is ok. It would have been better if the renovation doesn't start to look a little tired. That said, our stay was still very comfortable.

5 min walk to Nakajima Koen subway station. But quite a long walk to Susukino and Odori station. It costs around 1000 yen to take taxi to Odori station. Room and toilet here is very spacious and clean. It could accommodate 2 + 1 extra beds. Newly renovated. Save on taxi by taking the free shuttle bus to Sapporo Station if you are taking the JR to outskirt places eg Otaru, Furano. But the hotel shuttle is not frequent (about once every 1+ hour). Overall comfortable place for a relaxed stay.

ホテルの設備は古さを感じましたが、トイレやシャワーヘッド、電気製品などは新しくしてあり、結果的に問題ない範囲ではあったと思います。ホテルが古いため、もう少し金額が安くなると良かったと思いました。接客はしっかりしていたと思います。

전체적으로 너무 좋았고 한국어 어느정도 가능한 직원분 계셔서 너무 편하게 있었습니다. 다만 스스키노역과 거리가 조금 있어서(걸어서 12~15분) 이동하는데 조금 많이 걸어야했구요. 삿포로역에선 택시타고 이동하였습니다. 많이 걸으시는 것이 괜찮거나 택시비로 어느정도 쓰실 생각이면 정말 좋은 선택이에요. 방도 근방 호텔 중에 제일 넓은 것 같습니다. 호텔 자체는 너무너무 만족입니다!

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。
早くついたのでアーリーチェックインできるか聞いたところ、部屋が用意でき次第とのことで、時間より早く案内してくれました。また、翌日のモーニングかランチの予約の相談をしたことにもとても丁寧に対応してくれました。
部屋も広く快適でした。
リファのシャワーヘッドも良かったです。
ただ、壁が薄いのか廊下を歩く人や近隣の部屋の喋り声が気になりました。

ラウンジでの無料ドリンクでゆっくり過ごせたのも良かったポイントの一つ。
また機会があれば利用したいホテルです。
