While i did not have control of the room’s climate: i could stop heating and open the window if i wanted cooler temperature. The hotel was across a

When we arrived, We went to the wrong hotel, Hotel mystays Sapporo najima park instead of Annex. So be sure to check your booking properly before making your way to your hotel. Good thing it was nearby and we were by car so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience.

When we reached the hotel, it’s smaller than the other hotel and it wasn’t able to accommodate parking for our car. It has a specific height and width requirement for car parking which I overlooked. The staff provided with a parking map and guide to indicate where we could park our car, which was useful. Based on the map, there are a few parking spots nearby the hotel but it’s really based on availability. Some days when parking if full, we had to park further back.

The hotel itself has a quiet and safe environment. The room is Clean and has the basic amenities we needed. There are tea bags provided. Other things like, shower cap etc can be taken on self-service at the lobby. Ice, microwave, laundry services and vending machines are located at level 2 of the hotel. Our room was conveniently located at level 2. No water dispenser available.

Perhaps it would be great if there is a change coin machine for laundry mat too.

The room adequately fits us, a family of 2 adults with 2 small children. The kids are happy as long as there is a bathtub.

Staff is friendly and professional, ready to assists us when we needed any help.

Overall we had a good stay!

Great place to stay

The hotel was clean and well kept. It was close to the subway station in Nakajima Park. Cheaper than the other larger hotels but still a great value. There is also a common room on the second floor which was good for our group!

Good place with reasonable price. The location is a little bit far from the subway station NakajimaKoen, but still within easily walkable distance. You can get to Susukino by around 20-25 min of walking from the hotel so it is not a problem. Clean room, friendly staff.

Fine stay, annoyed by key policy

Overall the hotel is fine. It is comfortable and clean. Good wifi. The staff at the front are friendly and helpful. I was annoyed by the fact that I was told that I would be charged 500 JPY for a lost KEY CARD, which the hotel has hundreds of. Also the cleaning staff didn't have the sharpest people.

Not a bad hotel. Just don't lose your key card...

Decent hotel with a spacious roo

Pretty nice hotel. Very clean and modern. A lot of pillows on the bed. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and big. There was no coffee in the room, only tea, so I bought my own. No restaurant in the hotel and not much in the area, so you need to walk a little bit. The chair in the room was pretty uncomfortable, so doing work at the desk wasn't really pleasant.

Overall, this was a decent hotel and I would certainly stay again.

Room itself was a fairly generic hotel room. Communal kitchen area across the hall a nice touch. Room was not very clean - hair on the bathroom wall, previous guest's forgotten possessions under bed. Air con very very loud and permanently on - like being on a plane. It was cheap and last minute so can't really complain.

Quiet Cozy and Clean - Walkable

Great room, only a few minutes walk to the subway (4-5), Susukino - the nightlight district (10-12) and there is a convenience store within a block. We missed it the first day but found it while walking around.

The staff are super friendly and the room was clean. Windows open to allow fresh air in. For size, you get what you pay for. The room was comfortable, the bathtub a bit tight. If your planning on unpacking your entire suitcase, you may have a tough time. We generally just brought out the clothing we needed on a daily basis.

It’s a vacation, go out and see Sapporo! This was our nightly crash pad and it worked great. 10/10 would recommend for 1-2 people travelling on a budget, looking for something more private than a hostel, and in a quieter neighbourhood.

Extremely small rooms. And our family of 4 was split into 2 levels as they do not have 2 twin rooms on the same floor. However this was not communicated to us upon booking as we have put in as request for adjacent rooms.
There was also no room cleaning for short stay without an additional fee.

Efficient hotel near station

A great basic hotel, close to the station and thus very accessible to everything you want to see in the area. Though small, the room is space efficient and similar in size to most hotel rooms in Japan. I would recommend traveling light with smaller suitcases or duffel bags. There is a convenient vending machine and microwave for a quick ramen bowl, water, juice, or beer after a long day. I enjoyed my stay here!

Nice business hotel with good facilities

This is a business hotel located nearby Nakajima Park. It is easy to reach by Airport bus from New Chitose Airport. Hotel is closed to Hotel Lifort and Business Inn Norte. 5 minutes walk from hotel to Nakajima Koen Station exit 3 ( subway ). The convenience store call \" SEICO MART \" is just around the corner. Room is spacious and bigger than normal Japanese hotel room. Bed is very comfy and big. However it is still in Japanese style. They also provide microwave oven and ice machine in 2nd floor, so you can warm your food in night time. WIFI is strong and goo signal. Very tranquil hotel. Recommend !!!

All rooms in Japan are pretty small, but this place had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. It is also a little way out of town, but not too far from a smaller subway station.

Nice hotel walking distance from CBD

Despite thinking I had booked the other Hotel Kaiko in Sapporo and showing up there first, once I got to the correct hotel I quickly found myself impressed with the facilities, the cleanliness, and the courtesy of the staff. The fact that there was a 24 hour laundromat right next door was a plus as well. Would happily stay there again!

We only stayed one night and moved on to niseko. Staff friendly. Just note there are two hotels with that name. Make sure you go to correct one.

Breakfast was not bad.

Best thing it's walking distance from the centre. Especially from the famous ramen places. We ate 4 ramens.

The room is decent for the price paid. However pillows were uncomfortable and really flat. Breakfast was okay, do not expect much for the price you are paying. Overall, it was really clean and quiet. Very conveniently located near the train station and a convenience store. Service could be better, staff were not very helpful or friendly.

A tranquil retreat in Sapporo.

Loved the staff - so friendly and helpful. Location is excellent too - convenient, close, next to a beautiful park (and lots of carnival action) ... Hotel Kaiko was a quiet retreat from metropolitan bustle. We loved it.

Difficult to find!

Hotel is a typical one with very compact rooms and serves a purpose as a clean place to sleep. Location wise it is fairly convenient for nights out in Sapporo and exploring. However, it is difficult to find as it is tucked away down a narrow alley/side street. Hot water and aircon broke when there - which really was not good!

Great experience.

Although a bit hard to find at first, this hotel is very equipped and near the Exit 3 of Nakajima Koen Station. It will take 200Yen to get to the main Sapporo Station where lots of shopping malls are situated, but one can walk from the hotel to the Sapporo Station while enjoying the other shopping outlets along the way.
The breakfast was reasonably priced at 540Yen (tax included). Although the choice is limited, the food is nonetheless delicious.

フロントスタッフの対応が丁寧でした。
中島公園のすぐ近くなので、小さな子供達を連れて、雪で真っ白になってる中島公園を散歩しながら雪遊びができました。
すぐ近くにコンビニもあるので、ちょっとしたお買い物にも便利でした。

施設周辺の道路の舗装状態があまり良くなく、エリアの雰囲気が暗い感じがした。
地下鉄駅や公園が近く、コンビニも近い点は良かった。
客室内窓際の椅子・テーブルがとても小さく、申し訳程度に置いてある点は評価できない。欧米人なら何と思うか？
その他については概ね良かったので、全体的には満足した。また機会があれば利用したいし、知人にも紹介したい。ありがとうございました。

初めて家族4人で泊まりました。調べ上近くにセコマが1件ありましたが、他のコンビニは少し遠いです。食事処も近くにほとんどありません。
風呂&トイレのスペースがかなり狭いので、背の高い子供や体格の良い旦那には不便でした。
部屋自体は綺麗でした。

駐車場は、ホテルにあるが車の車高が決められていて、軽自動車でも入るものと入らないものがある。デカい車は近くのパーキングがいいと思う。
すすきのまで近く歩いて行ける距離だと思う。

また札幌行った際は泊まりたいと思

ライブのために宿泊しました
会場の真駒内まで地下鉄１本で行けて便利でした
帰りは夜遅くなりましたが
ススキノは徒歩範囲で飲食にも困りませんでした
駐車場は入れる車のサイズが決まっていて不安でしたがギリギリ入ることができました
