Good hotel with lots of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Staff very friendly, checkin and check out very easy and breakfast was good. Gym was very good for a hotel. Lots of space and good equipment. Paid a very high price for Sat night , but the Sunday night price was much better. Assume Saturdays and peak rates with snow. Room was slightly outdated, but was clean, warm and quiet

Room/ bathroom is outdated. Hotel overall is outdated. Location is close to the subway and convenience stores.

We were on the 5th floor and it smelled like cigarettes. My husband told reception about it. I think they did follow up on that to be fair as it no longer smelled like cigarettes the following day.

Some reception staff (8th of December, afternoon between 4-6pm) were not helpful. We needed assistance because we were advised by the Tourist Information office at Sapporo TV station to ask the reception of our hotel to do so. Long story short, the staff at that time looked absolutely offended we asked for assistance. Can I mention there were 3 of them and just my husband and I at the front desk, so not sure what was keeping them busy…

Great property to use as base for trips into central Sapporo. It’s definitely seen better days in terms of facilities and you can tell it’s quite dated. Having said that, it served our purpose of just “somewhere to sleep” even for a big family.

Has a convenience store attached to it as well as one across the road which is nice.

Close to tube station that gets you into Sapporo in 3 stops and Susukino is walkable under 10 minutes.

Please stay away from this hotel, all the good Expedia reviews were bought. This is the worst experience I had in Japan. I accidentally booked the hotel via Expedia for smoking room, yes, I admit my mistake for not look carefully. Upon arrival, we checked in and stepped into a floor that you can’t even breathe. I mean it, it was not habitable. I went to ask the front desk to switch us to a non smoking room, the guy at front desk told me they don’t have anything available. I begged him to help look either in this hotel or nearby hotel. I travelled for hours from California with two kids and luggages and I need a place I can breathe and sleep in. He plainly refused to offer any help, just told me due to my booking error, they can do nothing and no refund either. Forget about the Japanese kindness, this guy, this Chinese speaking guy did not offer any help ( I am a Chinese and he spoke Chinese with me). I can’t believe it, he was not willing to offer any help for a single mom with two kids who does not speak Japanese here. I returned the keys and did not check in to this hotel, found a nearby hotel called MyStay, which was wonderful and staff was super kind and accommodating. That was the Japanese culture I knew. But this hotel is operated with Chinese culture, and I hate to say that if you look for any kindness and help, seek elsewhere. This experience put a dent in my wonderful Japan trip and I complained to Expedia. There is no way of the review ratings shown. All fake reciew

We loved our stay here- the hotel is in a great location that is walkable to main downtown area. The staff are very lovely - especially Chi-Ju, who helped us tremendously on the first day as we accidentally booked a smoking room- she helped us switch to a non smoking room very quickly! The rooms were very spacious and clean. Great black out curtains and very easy to fall asleep. Would recommend!

The only issue that I had was that the restaurant had very limited hours and wasn’t open in the evening when they stated they were. However-there is an GREAT restaurant out the side door and 3 buildings down. DDD is the name. Otherwise it was a great trip-snow and all.

Compared to other hotels in Japan, the space is spacious for the price and the front desk staff are friendly. It was a bit inconvenient because there was no subway station nearby, but if the weather was good, it was within walking distance to the subway station.

Unfortunately we received two smoking rooms upon check in. While the staff seemed to do everything they could to change us to non-smoking rooms, lack of availability prevented this.

Unfortunately the smoke smell was very strong in both the corridors and both rooms throughout our stay.

I would like to feedback on the laundry machines. The washing machines and dryer seems to be under power as we have to wash and dry for several times before the clothings are clean n dry. Especially the dryer, it doesnt DRY the clothes with just 1 time. We have to separate into 2 loads (2 dryers ) and dry for 3 times before all the clothes are fully dry.

We arrived early at the hotel. They registered us and accepted our luggage for safe keeping then we left to explore Sapporo. When we returned in the late afternoon, we were surprised to be informed that they brought our luggage to our room. What great customer service. None of the other hotels we stayed in during our three week long visit, offered such a service. And, this is a busy hotel. The lobby was always a hum of activities and overseas visitors for the bulk of their clientele, judging from the languages spoken.
Reception was extremely helpful in locating restaurant for our dinner and even walked us out on to the main road and brought us to the eatery.
The room we booked was large and even had a seating area, with comfortable seats and foot rests. We were at the end of our driving holiday and found the hotel the perfect place to rest our tried feet and to sort out our suitcases before our flight home.
The beautiful Nakajima Park is just down the road from the hotel. Our room commanded a beautiful sight of the autumn colors that dominated the park.We walked there each morning and saw lots of locals and tourists all busy taking photos of the amazing brilliant colors.
We took the airport bus to Chitose airport in the morning for only Y1,100 each. The bus stop is about 100 meters from the hotel.

Very nice hotel! Conveniently located and easy to find. Lawsons could be accessed thru the lobby. The room was fairly large and there was a spacious well maintained fitness center fitness. The staff was friendly In particular Mr. Kichise Takuro was very helpful with getting our luggage transferred. Thank you everyone at Ibis Styles Sapporo! We would definitely stay here again when we re-visit Sapporo!!

Really really limited onsite parking, if you have no parking spot, they will give you a map on possible parking spots. Location is convenient and central, hence the limited parking. Front desk staff had a bit of attitude when we first checked in. The hotel has a bit of wear and tear.

The hotel is in a good location, just a quick walk to the subway and has a Lawson in the lobby which is convenient. Room was mostly clean and hotel service and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only real complaint is that only two of the four beds in the room had real mattresses, the other two were portable and were extremely thin and uncomfortable.

We loved how convenient Ibis was! There was a lawson connected for early-morning snacks or late-night munchies. It is very close to a train station and many places are within walking distance.

Without knowing one day, we accidentally walked from Odori Park to our hotel! Their facilities are clean and the room is spacious enough for two people and their staff is friendly. We look forward to our next staying here again in the future.

Overall the hotel was okay. But there are a few things I had to point out:
1. The beds are not that comfortable, I woke up with back aches all 3 nights.
2. The elevators and rooms had odd smells
3. The dryers in laundry room does not work even after 2 cycles my clothes were still damp.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay. It is a 3 star hotel though but personally I think it's better and can be compared as a four star hotel. I stayed for nine nights, breakfast variety is okay except not much changes otherwise it will be great. They are generous and offer you paper cup to take away the coffee and I love their latte which is great. I will surely come back in my next Hokkaido trip.

Excellent hotel near Nakajima park

Stayed at hotel for a couple of weeks. It is located about 2 blocks north of the Nakajima Koen subway station. Hotel is part of Accor hotel chain. The 2 double bed room was quite spacious with two armchairs to sit and watch TV, sliding door to separate bedroom from bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker, and nice desk area.
On the second floor there is a restaurant and laundry facility. On main floor large reception area, large gym, bar and a Lawson convenience store.
There are many restaurants in the area and it is about a 10 minute walk to the Susukino entertainment area. About 5 minutes to Nakajima park. 3 subway stops to Sapporo station.
Excellent hotel.

Hotel was centrally located, near airport shuttle bus, very convenient. Bed was a little bit hard but you won't notice anymore after a long day out. Check in was fast and their breakfast was very good. Really worth it especially if you have Accor Plus membership.

Ibis Styles is an ideal location for visitors as the subway entrance & airport shuttle are both nearby. It's also walking distance from the Susukino shopping areas, and places that serve delicious food, like Nijo Market & Ramen Alley.

Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. The hotel also has an onsite foreign currency converting machine with rates sometimes better than local money changers.

I like the area walkable to nearest train station Nakajima Park and a bus stop to New Chitose Airport. Convinent store Lawson just around the corner. In the room every thing is fine comfortable and lovely coffee machine.There's Gym and only thing lack of Water Cooler for hotel waiting area near to check in place. My experience in OSAKA my booking Hotel have water cooler to take water before going to tour at place of interest. Please do invest on putting one, that will be rated excellent.

Our stay was good. The bed was so comfortable and the space of the room was enough for a family of 3.

I just wanted to suggest for the manager to look after each room. Most of the time the customer look at the interior and simple details that they neglect to look. I find it a little unprofessional for them to give you a room with so many scratches on headboard of the bed, I will not complain if it is small but it is way outdated already and I think they can change it. I opted to change my beddings everyday just for me to feel better each time we go back.

ロケーション、スタッフの皆さんの対応等よい部分がある一方で、アメニティの少なさ（体を洗うボディータオルがない）、朝食メニューをもっと北海道らしくして欲しいと思います。また、部屋のエアコンが古く表示も見づらく操作もしづらい。更に部屋が暗いなど改善検討をお願い致します。
