Room is not very clean
I visited regularly in Busan. I stayed several different hotels but this is the worst. I do not have any plan for next visit at all at this hotel

This property is right across the street from the beach and the drone show is accessible to be viewed from your room as long as you book the oceanview room. there might be a window in the room that might slightly block your way. However since you are right across the street and there is a top floor where you can access to see it, it will help out. We watched it twice: once on the beach and later in the room and it was more fun to watch it on the beach. There are plentiful options for food and entertainment. The hotel is relatively clean but as it is an older hotel there are some parts where it may seem aged or stained on furniture like the chairs in the rooms.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. Minimal pillows and towels which is kind of unusual for hotels.

The plus is that the area has a lot of restaurants and food nearby. It is a busy area when we went in September.

Staff was available & helpful. Fantastic oceanfront view from the rooms. And the sky walk roof observatory is a plus. Great location on the center of Gwangali beachfront. A bit noisy from street activity. Hotel facility is pretty tired; holes in walls, some patched some not. And if patched not painted over. Scrapes & scuffs on walls & elevator & the ceiling was leaking in the lobby. Those things brought the experience down a bit. Rooms were clean & basic necessities provided: water, tea/coffee, slippers, hairdryer, etc. just needs some TLC.

Deception, this hotel needs some love

The only great thing about the hotel is the view and the location. As a foreigner tourist, I don't recommend going there, the staff service was cold and rude. They don't speak any English. They charge 20 000 Korean won to use the gym per person as it was never said anywhere in the booking site. The lady was pressuring us to pay now. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel in any way. The reception hall feels like a cold shopping mall. The only nice thing about the room is the view, the bed was not comfortable and the room is pretty in bad shape. This hotel needs some renovations the elevator was rusty. I recommend paying a little more and going elsewhere!

All good except the bathroom smell (really bad)

Location was amazing and the room was clean. I only have one complaint, which is the chronic sewage smell in the bathroom. I’m not sure whether is was just our bathroom but the smell was absolutely horrible.

The location is great for the drone show on saturday. The view of the beach is amazing. That is where the good ends. The beds was a box spring!! When we asked to change rooms to a real bed since we both have back issues they said all the beds were the same. We were looking in the open rooms and saw they were not the same. Then they said come back at noon (and waste our entire morning). So we came back at noon and they were still trying to give us a room with a box spring. Finally we took pictures of the two types of beds and they said upgrades will cost us. We get nervous bc they fought us so hard on changing but it was only $14 usd for 2 nights!!!! Ugh. Why fight with us and not offer the upgrade first? The pools are not included and each pool is a separate charge per person/ per day ($22 more… way more expensive than a room upgrade). There is no onsite laundry. They did hook us up with one free day at the pool after we bought a one use pass for our trouble but the pool was full of slimy algae. So frustrating!

Stains, uncomfortable bed, bad smells

The bed was painful to lay on. The room was dirty, the walls were dirty, the cushions had stains everywhere. It is very loud, you can hear each person in the hall and room on either side. The hallway smelled like rotten trash. The windows with the ocean view were covered in a dirty film from not being cleaned on the outside that made viewing difficult. We checked out and did not complete our stay. This room was not as represented in pictures or as described. It was false advertising. This was the most disappointing stay and I am not trusting of hotels.com representation.

Property outside looked old but the rooms are clean and somewhat modern looking. I would prefer for them to hv a shower curtain as I don’t like the bathroom to be wet after each showers.
After walking around Busan, I personally like the vibe in Haeunda better. Very chill and colourful.

Amazing place, language difficulties.

This hotel was super nice and I would definitely come back here. Points to mention:
- Sauna/Jjimjilbang: You get 30% off the prices while staying here, but you do have to pay to enter. So, just a heads up if you expected it to be included.
- Hotel staff: The day we checked in was fine and there was a good English speaker, but the rest of the stay was iffy. Most of them had very limited english skills as well as the staff that manned to spa side of the desk. So, expect to be treated bluntly 😅. Have Google translate ready and I wish you the best.

Overall, super nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again with the convenience and big spa right there even though we needed to pay each use. Worth it in the end with affordable room rates.

We looooved the location and the view. However, the bed was rock hard! We stayed here for 3 nights and my body was not having a good time. It felt like a box spring instead of a mattress. Also, indoor and outdoor pool is listed but when i inquired about it... I was told indoor pool is only open weekdays after 4pm and the outdoor pool is 32$ per admission per person :/ no thanks. Our overall experience was ok but would not return.

Nothing special. They speak English at the front desk so that was helpful. It's right on the water and very accessible to everything on the front Road. The room is clean and modern. However the bed was rock hard. If I had a choice I would choose someplace else but if I'm in a bind I would stay here again. The price was fine but very limited on food sources within their hotel. Only one bar which was very small.

The only things i did enjoy were the free parking, the location and not to mention the view. But thats about it. I'm sure there's another hotel with the same things that are much cheaper.

A great location with a great view

The hotel is also connected to a spa so there are different front desks, but neither of them are labeled for their purpose. So when you check in for the hotel, go to the right for the Hotel and the left for the Spa. The Front Desk Manager wanted me to wait for the woman to check in (I presumed because she was already speaking English) but then another customer called over to the man that I am checking in and to help me since they would be awhile. The Front Desk Manager tried to check me in but almost charged my card two times after not even saying a word to me for five minutes. The woman finally came to help me and she was very pleasant and she took care of the card charges. She was incredibly helpful and efficient. The housekeeping staff will still try to get into your room or knock on the door even if you have the Do Not Disturb light on.Other than these two things, the hotel was very good. The bed was more of a flat and hard Korean style hotel bed, but that was to be expected. The Ocean View is well worth the extra money. I didn't try any of the restaurants in the hotel, but the bakery downstairs had some amazing breads and pastries. I will stay here again, and maybe even try the spa or the water slide next time.

There was no air conditioning available when the room was facing due south all the time and it got so hot in the room and it felt like a sauna... when I complained about it, they only said sorry:(( the concept of customer service was non existent..
There was no shower curtain so water was all over on the bathroom floor after a shower. The bed was not comfy as it was very hard.. my back was hurting.The hotel needs gigantic renovation as it was really moldy and smelly!!

Water park was supposed to be hot spring and it was all rather cold and water was very dirty and hotel was nom smoking nut smell like someone was smoking next and they dis not do anything.
View was great but everything was very poor.
Not recommended to any bed was hard and old you can feel the metal spring.

Beautiful view by night especially when the sky is clear. I'd highly recommend higher floors for excellent ocean view. Although the hotel seemed very old as it showed in carpeting and caulking, my son said it was still the best among 4 hotels we were in.

Very Old, Worn in Dirty!!

The location of this hotel is great, the parking is great, and that is all!! The rooms, hallways, are old and dirty. Old dirty, meaning its been around a long time and needs re-doing. Stains all over the carpet, the furniture in the room looks to be from when the hotel was built. The shower has no curtains, but was probably the cleanest part of the room. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, this is a 1.5, 2 star Hotel.

Nice hotel, great price and location. Views of beach and bridge were amazing. Room was in good condition but carpets are stained. So many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within 1-5 mins walking distance. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Horrible!

Dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel room and hallways. The rooms smelled like smoke, were not very clean and the AC didn't work well. For the ridiculous amount of money I paid for such a terrible room, I feel very cheated. I Would not recommend this property for anyone who is seeking clean and comfortable rooms.

Great room, amazing location

We booked the hotel for NYE 2013/14. The room was great. It was nicely decorated and had lots of special extra touches, like wine glasses, free blankets to use outside, hand warmers and great extra toiletries.

The best thing about the room however was the amazing view over Gwengali Beach and Gwengali bridge. This was especially special the next morning - as we were able to watch the sun rise over Gwengali Bridge - along with 10,000 people below us on the beach. I think we definitely had the best view.

The hotel gave us special vouchers for free breakfast, waterpark and coffees, which was a lovely surprise, though sadly we only used the coffee vouchers.

I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would love to stay here again.

Aqua Palace Hotel - Nice Location But Showing Age

You can tell this hotel was nice at one time but it is now showing its age. Rooms have mold in the bathrooms and the rooms are hot in summer AND winter. AC was non-existant. Some of the views were nice and being right on the beach is convenient. The cost of the room is not worth the convenience. Our room also had tape all over the ceiling and the dry wall was peeling.

1. wifi funkade inte och det tog upp till 5 ggr av att vi gick och klagade till de löste det. varje gång lovade de att fixa det men inget hände.
2. det luktade unket i badrummet och vasken läckte
3. värme funkade men lät så mycket då den halvt var trasig
4. Ac funkade och rummet blir väldigt upphettat på morgonen men när vi öppnar fönstret så finns det ingen hasp som håller den och fönstret kan flyga upp närsomhelst.
5. Man måste skriva på papper att hotellet inte är ansvarig om man får en kroppslig skada i deras byggnad, känns inte tryggt.

뷰는 좋았는데 침대는 정말 20년도 넘은 침대 같았습니다. 조식도 돈을 별도로 내고 먹긴 했는데 정말 수준이 낮아서 그냥 한 끼 때운 정도네요. 위치가 좋아서 장사는 좀 되겠지만 한 번쯤 리모델링이나 가구라도 좀 바꾸었으면 좋겠네요. TV 도 너무 작고 숙박비에 비해서는 여러가지로 부족한 호텔입니다. 로비도 엄청 칙칙해요. 뷰는 인정합니다.

광안리 아쿠아팰리스 호텔 디럭스 트윈 패밀리룸, 바다전망 객실을 이용했습니다. 창밖으로 펼쳐진 광안리 해변과 바다가 한눈에 들어와 뷰가 정말 인상적이었습니다. 더블침대 1개와 싱글침대 1개 배치로 성인 3명이 사용하기에 공간이 여유로웠고, 침구도 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 호텔 주변에 식당과 카페가 많아 이동이 편리했고, 바닷가 산책로가 가까워서 아침·저녁으로 산책하기에도 좋았습니다.

짐 맡기러 갔다가 체크인을 일찍해주셔서 피곤한 시점에 푹 쉬고 덕분에 즐거운 여행이 됐어요! 바다 전망과 접근성은 말할 것도 없고, 침구나 어메니티도 너무 좋았습니다. 친구들이 굉장히 만족스러워했어요. 엘레베이터나 복도에서 마주치는 직원분들도 친절하시고 신경많이 써주시는 모습이 좋았습니다.
다만 변기 flash 버튼이 작동하지 않는다고 말씀드렸는데도 안됐던 점이 아쉬웠어요...

シャワー室とトイレ内の排水溝の悪臭で眠れずフロントに電話したが芳香剤を持ってきてくれたが、翌日の部屋交換。変えてもらってもあまり変わらす気分が悪くて部屋にいられないほどでした。

최고의 바다뷰!

숙소가 광안리바다 바로 앞 유동거리 좋은곳에 있어 이곳저곳 돌아다니기 너무 좋았어요!
처음에는 뷰때문에 바로 예약했는데 뷰가 정말 미쳤어요 ..
바로 바다 다 보이고 사진찍기도 너무 좋아요😆

3시 입실인데 기다리고 있으니 조금 일찍 들어 갈 수 있도록 유도리있게 살펴봐주시고, 수건도 넉넉히 주시고 해수욕 하는 저희한테는 좋았어요~~~~~ 잘 놀고 잘 쉬다 갑니다!

•部屋からの眺望はとても素晴らしかったです。

•周りにはレストランやカフェが多くあり食事には困りません、コンビニも何軒かあるので助かりました。

•バスルームのシャワーとトイレの仕切りが完璧ではないためにシャワーをするとトイレの床や洗面台の方までびしょ濡れになってしまいました。

•排水口から嫌な臭いが上がって来ます。

•ロビーの横のトイレが清潔とは言い難かったです。

중앙냉방이라 객실에서 온도 조절이 되지않아 너무 더웠네요 실내온도가 27-28도에서 더 안내려가고 차라리 복도등 더 시원했어요

20층 루프탑에서 편하게 드론쇼 볼수있고
해수욕장 바로앞 번화가의 위치는 제일 큰 장점입니다.
