Perfect view specially on saturdays when is the drone show, the room was so perfect spacious nd clean, the windows just opened 2 inches, so be prepared to not have A/C on autumn or winter, the hotel provides fans complimenting. Easy access of everything.

There is some visible wear-and-tear to the building. There is no lobby - so no restrooms available outside your guest room (there appear to be two on the ground floor but we were told that this did not belong to the hotel??), and no waiting area to gather in if you’re traveling in a group. All front desk reception is handled on the 15th floor, but the elevators are slow (there are only two and they are at opposite sides of the building). The location is convenient - you are steps away from the beach, and across the street is a convenience store. Tip: dining options are better if you walk a bit farther out

Loved the location very accessible to restaurants, subway, buses and a convenient store attached to the hotel.
Loved it was very close to the beach and the view of the Gwangan Bridge which lights up at night. The room was a little dated but clean. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend if you want to be in the heart of it all.

Great location, average hotel

My stay here was for 1 night to see the Busan drone show, unfortunately the drone show was cancelled due to weather. As for the hotel amazing views from skyline lounge and rooftop, however there are limited tables with a good view. I booked the lounge package and evening drinks and meal options were great, great choices of local cuisine.

Room was a decent size but it was an angled view of the bridge not a direct straight on view. Soundproofing is non existent, you can hear conversations anytime people walked past in the corridor and other toilets flushing. Also no real privacy when using the bathroom so if you feel shy doing your business with others in the room this might need to be considered.

As for the area, it is very lovely and you can hear the noise in the hotel so is that is not for you, choose a different hotel.

Location - outstanding you are in the heart of everything. Staff are friendly but not overall so.

Overall, I could probably do one or two nights in this hotel but nothing more.

Cleanliness was average. The room and bathroom were clean, but there were a few spots where the room was not clean completely. I did appreciate that the staff cleaned the room well during my visit. The weather outside did not warrant the heat to be turned on inside the rooms. The AC and Auto function of the room HVAC was disabled, and only heat could be turned on. I ended up opening the window and turning off the unit to help cool it down, but it did not work well. Additionally, the area was really loud, so when the window was open, I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep well. Other than those items, the stay was nice. It was conveniently located. I am pleased.

Very nice hotel for the price. Great location. Beautiful views of the beach AND city. Convenientl to restaurants, bars and shops. My room was clean and spacious. The room had a mini bar (addt'l charge of course) and the tv came equipt with Netflix. The front desk staff spoke decent english. The 15th floor has the hotel restaurant with even more amazing views and a very good breakfast buffet. Its a little over priced at nearly 30,000 krw. A longer stay would have allowed me to view the other dining options in the restaurant. I only stayed 1 night, so the only negative i could find was that the elevators are painfully slow. Other than that, a great hotel experience.

Our stay was amazing. Hotel is clean, separate toilet from shower, convenient store located just 10 feet from the hotel, beach is just across the street, amazing view of Gwangalli beach from the hotel, a lot of restaurants. Breakfast buffet included with lots of choices which include but not limited to white rice, bacon, to order scrambled egg or sunny side up and a lot more.

We stayed in the Deluxe twin ocean view. The room is clean and modern. The bed is large, enough to for 2 persons to sleep. The location is right across the beach. Convenience store is just outside the hotel. The only problem is the room is very stuffy and hot. We went mid November. The aircon was turned off centrally so we couldn't switch it on.

It was a very good stay overall, the only thing was the breakfast, instead of asking for my name as they usually do, they welcomed us with the phrase \"if you don't have a reservation you can not eat here\". I didn't understand why they said that or what did that mean because it has never happened to me before. Also the food and beverages were not refilled often, and there are no allergy/ingredients tags.
Front desk was wonderful as usual, very kind and cooperative.

It is right on the beach. But, for foreigners most of things you would be interested in doing is on the complete other sode of the beach. Its nice view. People very friendly. It more dorected towards the korean culture not as much towards the foreigners. But overall a mice and clean place. Would reckommend for people who wasnt to experience more directly with korean culture.

My mother, aunt, and I absolutely loved staying here. The lobby is located on the 15th floor and it left us in awe of the view of the ocean. Our room was on the 11th floor and we were facing the ocean as well and it was absolutely awesome. The beds were super comfortable, the air conditioning was a blessing, and whatever they use for their body wash and hair products....it smells amazing in this hotel lol. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and anyone else wanting to stay here.

If I could give -1 out it 5 I would.

This property was a major disappointment and is overpriced and underdelivers. Despite being ocean side (the one redeeming factor) the actual rooms are no better than then motels nearby. Our room has not a single window in with the exception of one in the bathroom that looks onto the a concrete wall 2 meters away.

Horrible food and breakfast.

What their picture show and what you get is a big difference and a big disappointment.

All good except the odor :(

Our hotel room was huge, water pressure in the shower was epic, and the view was amazing. Unfortunately, the room had a strange odor that was quite unpleasant. We tried to use ac to ventilate the room, but it didn't function well and it smelled even worse when we did. It was more or less bearable with the window open, but every time we came back from outside, we noticed the odor.

Expected much better. Compared to other hotels in the area, overpriced for what you get. Just an average room in a great location with little else. Elevators are slow and usually end up overcrowded. Signage within the hotel is cryptic, so it takes awhile to figure them out. Will stay elsewhere in the future and use the saving on other things.

Overall experience was not bad but there are some inconvenient things that could be easily fixed if the manager is a little bit more thoughtful. I was very confused that staff said everything in the refrigerator is free and I found only two water bottles in the refrigerator. When I asked them if I missed something, they said they offer snacks and some drinks for free during busy seasons. I wasn’t sure why they sounded like they have a special offer. The room was clean and modern but it didn’t have a USB port which is very important for some foreigners who don’t have an adaptor. There was no iron and iron board either. I asked for them at the front desk and it took such a long time to get them. Even though the room is very small and the entrance and the bed are very close, the light right at the door was not controlled separately so it disturbed the person sleeping whenever the other person walked out. Also, if you lose the key cards, you have to pay a fee. I have never experienced that kind of cheap policy these days.

Hotel had a great view of Gwangalli beach, is really near to many cafes and restaurant, only flipside is that it is abit further to the train station but the view, experience and conveniences makes up for everything, the beach experience is the best.

Location good, the rest not so much.

The location is great which is why we booked it. We didn’t do an ocean view and ended up with a view of the neighboring building which was about 2 meters away, plus the only window was in the bathroom, so zero sunlight. The breakfast buffet was terrible. So few choices and what was available was not good. When we came back at night and went to take the elevator up to our room, some one had thrown up in the elevator and it wasn’t being cleaned up, which was really gross. The staff was helpful, although I wouldn’t really say they had the best attitudes. Location makes it worth it, but if you want a good experience from the hotel itself may not be a good option.

Amazing views, big rooms

The hotel had amazing views, fairly big rooms and updated washrooms. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm but we went walking around so it wasn't a big deal. The hotel is across the street from the beach and tons of food options around. The skywalk rooftop lounge doesn't open until mid/end April which was disappointing to hear so I would definitely recommend going when the skywalk lounge is open. Only downside was that there was only one elevator available. Taking large luggage would be a bit of a pain. It was a great hotel with great rooms though, I highly recommend!

The Gwangalli beach is across the street. There are selections of restaurants in the area. You can see the Gwangalli Bridge from the hotel. The room is great, the bed is comfortable. The subway station is about 15 mins walk from the hotel. Will stay again.

The hotel is at the end of the road, so do take note if you're coming via the metro with your luggage. That said, it's right in front of the beach, awesome views at night, esp when the bridge is lit up. Location wise, it's a little inconvenient because it's about a 40min metro ride from the city centre. But otherwise, it's convenient enough to get to the other attractions such as Taejongdae and Yunggusa Temple. Both are about an hr's ride away, but with the nearby metro, it's easy to get to. Didn't try the breakfast, so we can't comment. The room has a free minibar, which they restock every morning, so that's a big plus too. The room is relatively spacious (family of 3) and the shower was great.

The hotel has a very nice view of Gwangalli Beach. You can also have a premium view of sunrise and also night light show of Gwangandaegyo at the common lobby from each level while relaxing at the massage chair. Premium bathroom amenities are provided (Aromatherapy Associates).

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They can communicate in english well too. Thanks to the front desk agent and engineering team on duty especially on 8 December morning for assisting to repair my luggage.

Great location across the street from Gwangalli Beach. Beautiful view from our ocean view room and the rooftop bar. The breeze off of the water can be chilly at night so they do supply small blankets on the rooftop to watch the light show on the Gwangandaegyo bridge. The elevators are slow and busy due to three restaurants int the hotel so be prepared to wait a long time on weekends. the restaurants are all buffet and of very low quality. Would not recommend since there are so may great place to eat in Busan.
