Room was ok. Small, but clean. The breakfast we purchased for 2 for 4 nights was a waste. Food was a hodge podge of different things. I believe you had to purchase coffee as well, so we didn’t even get that. Went first day for breakfast and never went back the rest of the stay. Place is fine to stay and the view of the bridge was nice. Skip the breakfast though.

It was more like Inn instead of hotel. View (bay bridge) was nice. Room was decent size but it's old. Carpet and walls were pretty dirty. Breakfast was small but very good especially Korean dishes. Front staff were all nice with limited English. Avoid Saturday. This area is very busy on Saturday, and they double the price. Keep in mind it takes minimum of 20 min to closest Metro station. Transportation choices are better at Haendae area. Uber taxi from Airport was $21 on Saturday because of bad traffic but $16 back to Airport early in the morning. You don't really need an ocean view room in this area. If you step outside its ocean and bridge view. We enjoyed our stay and Gwangalli area.

I booked 7 nights based on good reviews, but this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The hotel sits above noisy restaurants and a bowling alley. All rooms are on the 11th and 12th floors. I requested a quiet room in advance but was given a 1st Avenue - Ocean Twin room directly above the noise.

From late evening until around 4 a.m., loud club-like music played. It felt like sleeping above a nightclub. I called the front desk during the night, but they said they couldn’t help and would report it in the morning. The next day, the manager admitted they already knew about similar complaints but still gave us that room.

They offered to move us, but the only available option was a smaller room. We were told we’d need to wait one or two more nights for a similar-sized one. We tried to be patient (they gave us earplugs), but Friday night was even worse. We lost two full nights of sleep and had to cancel our plans.

I contacted Hotels.com to request a full refund. The hotel only offered a partial refund for the unused nights, saying we “used” the room. But we had no rest, wasted time trying to fix the issue, and had to urgently book another hotel at a higher cost. The manager focused more on their losses than on our experience.

A room like the 1st Avenue - Ocean Twin, with known noise issues, should not be assigned without warning. If the hotel is aware of the problem, they have a duty to inform guests. I hope others don’t go through what we did.

Great location, lovely views from breakfast bar across the bridge and water, Penge t spot to watch the drone show on a Saturday evening. They also have very nice staff who were super helpful especially Genie. Rooms have very tired paintwork & aren’t as glamorous as the pictures. Price was fair for what we received. A good mid range option.

We liked the unique moon-shaped layout with gorgeous water view. We appreciated the staff telling us that our initial reservation provided a smaller room for our party & gave us an option to upgrade at 50000 won to their largest room. We enjoyed the fridge & the massage chair. Was initially concerned when I saw the worn carpet in the hallway but the room was fine. We went to the karaoke club in on the lower level in the same building & had a great time. Lots of businesses & nightlife venues in the building & surrounding areas but the room was quiet.

A little hard to find. There is no advertisement in the front to see it. It is in a building and lobby is on 12th floor. They have storage for your bags because there is no early check in. Check out was easy. I left room keys on front desk, so it was seamless. The room was cute. Tatami style bed and had a foot spa in the room. Great view of gwangalli beach. Super close to food and bars.

The rooms where great and amenities were ok. Though it advertised facilities / amenities like laundry which they didnt have. It was kinda difficult to actually see the hotel because there wasn't any big signs that it was that hotel. It was very convenient and mostly everything was at walking distance. But overall my experience was great.

Room was in desperate need of painting and deep cleaning. Bathroom was tight but clean and updated. No safe, or storage in the room. Full view of ocean was awesome but still changed hotels. Hard to classify this as a hotel. In this 12 story building only one floor for guests and one for lobby and restaurant. Room access areas are not tempered and carpets stained.

Confusing signage outside of the two buildings. There’s no difference in the names on the two different buildings for two different hotels.

You go to the lobby and get notified that it is not your hotel. Parking fee has been already applied and no individual parking attendance is there to rectify unless you put your credit card and pay the fee.

Great beachside and bridge views, comfortable stay

Great location right on the beach with great views of the Gwangalli bridge. Lots of seaside cafes to soak in the views as well. Staff was friendly and sweet. Bus stops like a 10 min walk away. The bathroom was a little challenging not to get water everywhere without a shower curtain but not a dealbreaker. Overall loved our stay!

Unconventional hotel building

Great view of beach. Room was comfortable with basic amenities. The futon was better than I thought - it came with heating pad beneath it and it made my sleep more restful. The foot bath tub was innovative and fun. Some downsides of this stay were that there’re in fact two H Avenue hotels at Gwanganri (so make sure to double check which one you’re checking into). The hotel is located within a building occupied by other businesses so the elevators took really long to arrive and you’re always taking it with non-guests (i.e non-exclusive access to elevators and to an extent the hotel). Location is great but uncomfortable if you don’t have your own car since bus stops and metro stations are located far from the hotel.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the view. The room was very small, hard to move around in and the walls were covered in scuff marks and mold. The bathroom wasn’t stocked with toilet paper or bath towels, and the bathroom tiles were covered in mold as well. The hotel is on the 11th and 12th floor of a very large building with little to no signage to indicate that the hotel is there, and parking is behind the building down an alley.

A great stay!

Once you find it this is a fabulous hotel! We tried checking in at the sister hotel H sort of next door, but it helped to find this one! The large building you see with the huge H Avenue sign in front of the beach is nearly right .....just continue walking to the Starbucks and go into the building to the lifts. The reception is on the 12th floor (get the even numbered lift!) which is also where the breakfast (complimentary - consisting of a varying selection of Korean style cooked and cold food and tinned fruit/frozen blueberries and also bread for toast ) and bar are situated) .
We were given free early check in at 2pm but this might not be the case in high season. Staff were friendly and there is free hour rental of e-scooters! We used them once one morning and it’s fun! You can’t go that far in an hour as they are limited to 12 km/h but it’s fun to have a go!
Our standard room 1103 had a corner sea view and the bed was very comfortable and the shower the best on our whole week trip around Korea. It wasn’t the biggest of rooms but fine for two nights.
The rooftop bar is fabulous at night with fantastic views of the light show on the Diamond Bridge. We sat outside in November with cosy fleece blankets having our complimentary welcome drink (ask at reception for your voucher if they forget to give it to you- we did!) There was also a 10% discount card in our room which is worth using too. All in all a great stay and we loved Busan!

Booked a specific room and it was exactly as advertised and awesome! Incredible views, tons of food/shopping/beach fun vibes right outside the door! Staff was super helpful and kind! Breakfast was good mix of options. Only thing was our taxi from the airport couldn't find it! Once you know where it is it is easy, but its not on a main floor and the signage is at the top of the building 11 stories up! Epic location though.

The Hotel was right next to the beach which was very nice. It had an amazing view of the bridge which was beautiful at night. Restaurants, coffee shops and markets close by which made it very convenient. It was about a 1 mile walk to the nearest train station or a 12 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which made it easy to get around Busan. Upon arrival the front desk gave us two tickets to their luxurious wine bar for free drinks. The beds are probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. The Hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this Hotel.

Just off the beach but views were amazing.

Hotel is not easy to find. A bigger sign out front would have been helpful. I had to walk down the street and look up at the top of the building to see the sign.

Check in was smooth. We were very early ans used the luggage lockers to store our stuff. Front desk staff very nice.

Breakfast wasnt worth the money (even if included) The Starbucks in the lobby is nice option but they do not open until 9am?? A short walk by the beach and there were other coffee places that opened earlier.

The room was great! Bathroom was small considering how much room there was in the room overall. Great view of the bridge and beach.

깔끔은 한데 좁고 정식 호텔이 아니라 여러가지로 아쉬움

호텔이 건물(빌딩) 맨 윗 층을 세 들어 운영되는 거다 보니
1. 주차 시스템이 건물에서 운영되는 시스템이라 매우 불편하고 불친절함: 호텔 투숙객은 주차비 무료인데 체크인 후 짐을 내려 놓고 바로 차를 빼서 관광을 갔음. 프론트에서 차량 등록을 바로 안 해서 주차비가 부과되는 듯 하여 주차 관리실에 전화 했는데 전화를 안 받아서 어쩔 수 없이 주차비 내고 나갔다 들어왔음. 프론트에 말 하니 주차 관리실 가서 얘기하면 환불해 줄거라 했는데 주차 관리실에선 호텔 핑계 대면서 환불 못 해준다 하며 매우 불친절했음. 소액이라 그냥 오긴 했는데 운영이 미숙하고 기분이 안 좋았음
2. 조식이 프론트 데스크 옆 창틀에 음식 깔아놓는 부페식이라 별로 먹을 게 없고 딱히 맛 있는 음식이 없음.
3. 차로 안 가면 근처에 큰 주차장(?) 있고 해서 저녁에 귀가할 때 좀 위험해 보임. 해변가의 번화가와 외진 곳 사이에 위치해서 접근성이 다소 애매함
4. 방이 많이 좁음. 아마 캐리어를 가지고 가면 제대로 펼칠 수가 없을 것. (일본의 좁은 호텔 느낌? 깔끔한데 좁아서 불편함)
5. 욕조가 있는데 샤워커튼은 없어서 밖에 물이 다 새서 바닥이 흥건해짐

C’est la première fois que je séjourne dans une chambre aussi improbable…la chambre est de taille raisonnable, mais aménagée en dépit du bon sens. La salle de bain est spacieuse, mais pas de rideau de douche ni pare douche, donc on inonde la pièce à chaque douche. Pas de crochet pour pendre les serviettes si ce n’est un seul support. L’aménagement de la chambre permet difficilement de stocker les valises. Un beau frigo Smeg énorme pour la pièce et peu pratique pour poser ses affaires d’un côté du lit, un tout petit tabouret de l’autre. Penderie minimaliste….et le lit qui fait du bruit dès que l’on bouge, le sommier étant constitué de caisses en bois. La terrasse est grande et la vue magnifique. Quand à la domotique, c’est impeccable.

족욕장?

뷰가 좋은게 장점 같습니다.
하지만 제대로 된 간판이 없어 찾기 어려웠고 25m 쯤 떨어진 옆 건물에 동명의 호텔이 있어서 더 찾기 어렵습니다.
숙소에 욕조가 있던데 족욕장 사이즈입니다. 이왕 만드는 것 좀 크게 만들었으면 정말 좋았을 것 같은데 아쉽네요.

주차가 어려워요

동일 브랜드 호텔이 바로 옆 건물에 있어서(주차요원 얘기는 하루에 한팀은 잘못온다고 함) 주차장에서 1시간 소요, 방이 너무 협소해서 두명이 움직이기 힘들었음.
건물내 층별 입주사(타호텔,노래방,음식점등)들이 많고 주차장이 협소해서 30분 대기후 자리가 나서 주차함.

景色も良く、スタッフの方々も親切でした。
テラス付きの部屋を予約したのですが…滞在中は雨で満喫できず残念でした。テラスに屋根があれば、なお良かったのになと思い星4つにさせて頂きました。
それと、ラゲッジスケールがフロントになかったので、帰国日に空港でスーツケースの荷物を仕分ける事になってしまい恥ずかしかったです。このホテルを利用される方はスケールを持参した方が良いと思います。(次回は用意しておきます。とスタッフの方は申し訳なさそうにしてましたが…)
後は、お部屋も清潔で部屋の天井も高く、オシャレなホテルでした。また行きたいです！

The room had a beautiful view that we sat and enjoyed each night. The main issue while staying was that the hotel only operates on 2 floors of a building, and in our room we heard loud noices from the business below until about 2am or later each night, which made for poor sleep the whole stay. Breakfast was korean style not much if you like eating western breakfast, only white bread and cereal, there are nice cafes in the area.

침대가 너무 부드러워서 중간이 꺼지고 허리 아픕니다.비 올 때 갔더니 습기 관리가 안돼서 곰팡이 냄새 나고 눅눅했어요.욕실이 너무 좁아서 물이 사방으로 튀어 발 수건 놓을만한 자리도 없어서 방 안 카펫 위에 둬야 했어요. 테라스에 테이블 있는처럼 사진에 나와 있는데 의자만 2개고 테이블은 없습니다. 조식은 시간대가 짧고 커피가 맛이 없지만 음식은 맛있었어요. 주말이라 싼 가격이 아니었는데 상당히 실망스럽습니다

방 구조가 길어서 처음에 들어갔을때 방이 좁아보였는데 있을거 다있고 욕조도 있고 전망도 넘 좋아서 정말 만족했습니다. 무료 음료 쿠폰도 주셔서 12층 와인바에서 광안대교 야경을 보며 즐거운 시간 보냈네요..조식이 괜찮다고 해서 먹었는데 너무 맛있어서 정말 많이 먹었습니다. ㅎㅎ

생각보다 좁았지만 깨끗하고 광안대교뷰가 있는 베란다도 활용하기 좋았음
천고가 높아서 포근한 느낌보단 개방감이 있었고 살짝 창쪽은 외부 기온이 느껴졌지만
전기장판으로 침구는 매우 따뜻했음
소문대로 조식의 맛이 좋았음

Etwas schwierig zu finden, da sich das Hotel in einem Hochhauskomplex befindet. Check-In problemlos, Ausblick atemberaubend. Fenster sind allerdings außen etwas dreckig.

There are two H Avenue Hotels which is confusing because the outside sign for this one was only in korean.
The front desk spoke hardly any English but the communication worked anyways.
The room was beat up and the bathroom ceiling and curtains were moldy. There was only one towel for two people and no toilet paper. We asked for more at the desk. We also did not get our complementary drink.
The hotel is at good location. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area.

베게에 화장품이 묻어있으며 주차장은 1시간 기다려서 들어갔고 주차요원들은 불친절에 대답조차 피합니다

H에비뉴 해변점과 광안리점이 거의 나란히 붙어있어서 네비 이용했는데도 잘못 찾아 들어가는 바람에 광안리점 다시 겨우 찾아 들어왔어요 ㅠㅠ 광안리점은 건물 11-12층에 있는데 그 아래층은 다 횟집, 유흥/술집이었어요. 엘리베이터도 깨끗하지 않았고 아기와 동행했는데 출입부터 별로였어요. 모텔 수준도 안되는거 같아요. 요금에 비해 너무 수준이 낮았던거 같아요. 체크인하려고 하는데 직원분이 제가 예약해둔 방을 다른 사람에게 잘못줬다고 죄송하다며 오션뷰 주시고 와인서비스 주셨어요. 직원분은 친절하셨지만 방 퀄리티는 역시나.. 일본 호텔인줄 알았네요 방이 너무 작았어요 싱글베드 딱 두개 있는데 수트케이스 하나 놓을 공간이 없었어요. 다 너무 낡았어서 세면대며 욕조며 하물며 침실공간과 화장실 분리를 위한 슬라이딩문 조차 너무 오래됐더라구요. 제일 좋았던 점은 조식이었습니다. 기대를 안했어서 그런가 실속있는 메뉴 구성이었어요. 조식 빼곤 너무 아쉬웠던 시설이었습니다.

주차장이 매우 협소.
호텔 주차하는데 한 시간 걸린건 처음이네요.
호텔 외 상가건물 이용하는 사람들이랑 같이 주차 해야 하니 주차공간이 매우 부족합니다.
광안리 해수욕장 바로 앞에 있어서는 좋았음

깔끔, 고급, 너무 만족헙니다👍

출장으로 2박을 부산 광안리에서 보냈는데요.
원래 예약한 방은 씨뷰가 아녔으나, 업그레이드를 시켜주셔서 정말 훌륭한 방에서 편안하고 야경 광안리를 혼자 마음껏 보고 온거 같아요.
방음도 잘되어 있고, 직원분들도 너무 친절해서 인상 깊었어요. 다음에도 부산 갈 일이 있으면 꼬옥 이 호텔을 재방문해 보고 싶은 생각이 들었습니다. 감사합니다❤️
