1 block away from the subway station.
Good restaurants around.
The room is as depicted.
The 2 issues were :
1) the bathroom that even they has all the appearance of a western-strike bathroom still water POURS outside the tub and POOLS on the floor.
2) the elevators are super slow. Like more than 5min even that they have 4 elevators

Here are Pros and Cons of our stay.

Pros - spacious room for 4.
- full kitchen with large fridge and freezer but did not furnish any plates or utensils.
- staff were friendly and accommodating.
- very convenient to local shops and restaurants.

Cons - no daily room cleaning unless you stay 3 nights.
- bath towels were too small but they do change them daily.
- out outside terrace area were not well kept therefore we didn’t spend any time sitting outside.

Room’s are large and comfortable but old. Everything is an old material and strangely outfitted.

A kettle but no cups or mugs, dish soap and cleaning utensils but no crockery. Strong smoke smell despite being non smoking. Found old cigarette butt behind the toilet.

Quiet and large, bathroom acceptable

Our first time in Busan and overall this place was rather spacious for our group of four.
Close to eating places and shopping.
Some drawbacks:
This building shares rooms with another hotel(?).
There are two check in lobby areas.
We had a very late check-in (11:30am) and when we got there ‘no one’ was there!!!
We asked the other counter for assistance and they were no help.
Only thing was a young man (who spoke English) who was in the lobby and helped us to call someone down to get our keys… if it wasn’t for him, no one would help us.
Other than that, since we were out the whole day… it was a good roomy place to sleep & rest.

Hotel in Busan

We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite with 2 bedrooms, large living room and a breakfast area at very reasonable price. Very nice room, clean and very good location. Centum City shopping mall which houses Lotte and Shinsaegae department stores, Spaland Korean Spa place are right around the corner. We love our stay there.

주변 호텔에 비해 가격대비 숙소도 더 넓고 소파, 식탁, 간단한 요리까지 가능해요. 깨끗하고 벡스코 바로 앞이라 편리해요. 다만 프런트가 24시간이 아니고 상주인원이 적어요. 엘리베이터가 붐비고 느려서 고층으로 가면 불편할수있어요. 전반적으로는 대만족입니다.

욕실 청소가 전혀 안되어 있었음 머리카락과 세면대에 불순물이 그래도 있고 전체적 청결상태는 놀라울 정도로 더러웠음 그래도 최악으로 하지 않은 평가이유 주차에 대한 시간적 여유를 배려 받았기 때문

낡아가지만 여전히 장점이 더 많은 숙소

과거 종종 이용했던 호텔을 오랜만에 이용하였습니다.
여전히 넓고, 주차 편하고, 위치 좋고, 1층 상가 이용하기 좋은 호텔입니다.
하지만 과거에 비해 확실히 건물이 노후되어가고 있음이 느껴집니다.

벡스코 근처가 목적지라면 또 이용할 의사가 있습니다.

가족여행으로 적극 추천합니다.

단점 위주로 적겠습니다. 한 건물을 센텀호텔과 센텀빅토리아호텔 두 법인이 운영하다보니 카카오맵 기준으로 센텀빅토리아호텔로는 검색이 되지 않았습니다. 고민하다가 일단 주차를 하고 로비에 직접 올라가 보고서야 동일한 건물을 두 호텔이 쉐어 한다는걸 알았습니다. 주차장은 넓었고 편하게 주차할수 있었습니다. 침실에 티슈와 휴지통이 없습니다. 주방 씽크대 하수구에 이전 투숙객의 음식물이 그대로 담겨있어서 초파리가 있었습니다. 입구쪽에 있는 침실은 모든 불을 껏음에도 희미하게 남아있어서 잠을 자는데 방해가 되었습니다. 아마도 LED 다운라이트와 맞지 않는 안정기가 연결되어있는듯 합니다. 그외에는 침구는 매우 깨끗하고 에어컨은 거실크기에 비해 두대나 설치되어있어서 아주 시원한 여름 휴가를 보낼수 있었습니다. 별4개는 충분해 보입니다.

출장기간 숙박으로 적극 추천

숙소는 넓습니다. 제가 묵은 방만 그런 구조인지 모르겠는데, 침대공간 옆에 병렬로 소파와 티비가 있어서 침대에 누워서 티비를 보려면 사선으로 봐야하는 점이 조금 불편했습니다. 카펫에 얼룩이 좀 있고 샤워기 배치도 몬가... 몬가... 싶긴 한데, 그렇게 나쁘진 않았습니다. 카펫 제외하면 전반적인 청결 상태는 매우 양호합니다.

그리고 드라이기가 쪼끄만한 게 아니라 큼직한 쓸만한 것이 있습니다. 저는 개인 드라이기를 가져가서 쓰지는 않았지만 괜찮은 드라이기가 욕실에 비치되어있어서 단순히 머리를 말리는 목적이 아닌 스타일링하기에도 좋아보입니다.

벡스코 옆이라 출장 목적으로 방문이 잦을 것 같은데, 출장 목적으로는 매우 좋아보입니다.

아, 엘리베이터가... 붐비는 시간대에는 대기시간이 정말 길어요. 16층에 묵었는데, 하루는 엘리베이터 기다리고 1층 내려가기까지 8분정도 걸린 것 같습니다.

왜인지 카운터에 사람이 항상 없어서 좀 불편했습니다.
문 열자마자 금연실인데 왜 담배냄새가 나는지.. 흡연자 처벌도 하고 최소한 금연실이라고 판매하지 말아야하지 않을까요. 위치는 매우좋았고 어메니티는 기본적으로 잘 갖춰져있지만 변기수압이 너무약하고 샤워하면 배수가 제대로 돼있지않아 사방이 물난리.

가격대비 만족스러운 스테이였습니다. 호텔이 두개 동시에 운영되다 보니 이용에 조금 헷갈리믄 부분은 있었습니다. 5번 엘리베이터 제외하고 모두 사용 가능

가성비 높은 넓은 호텔

업무차 출장건으로 백스코와 가까워서 아주 좋았습니다.
세탁기가 있어 편했지만 세제가 없어서 불편했고, 세탁기가
있으니 작은 건조대가 있었으면 하는 바램이 있었습니다.
오래된 호텔이지만 리모델링이 되어 있었고 다른 호텔에 비해서 넓은 편이어서 장기투숙시 좁아서 불편함은 느낄 수 없어서 아주 좋았습니다

편리한 위치, 화장실 위생, 주차 정보

벡스코에서 일정이 있는 경우 가장 가까운 숙박지입니다. 신호등 하나만 건너면 바로 벡스코 1전시장 입니다. 1층에 편의점, 식당, 카페 등이 있고, 신세계백화점, 롯데백화점 등과도 가깝고 대중교통 사용도 편리합니다.

화장실 수압이 약해서 물이 잘 내려가지 않았고 밤 중에 화장실 변기에서 초음파음 같은 게 계속 들려 인터넷으로 방법을 찾아 해결했습니다. 체크인 직후 들어갔을 때 화장실 바닥과 욕조 안에 머리카락이 떨어져 있었습니다.

주차 칸이 좁은 편이지만 주차면이 많이 주차가 어렵지는 않습니다. 대신 주차장을 이용하기 위해서는 1층에서 엘레베이터를 갈아타야하는 불편함이 있습니다.

가성비 최고

저녁 늦게 체크인 하러 갔는데 아무도 안계셨어요. 전화드려보니 방키를 준비해놨으니 가져가라고 하셨고, 1쪽짜리 안내문도 같이 있더라고요. 체크아웃 할 때도 안계셔서 직원을 만나지 못해 서비스 평가하는 게 어렵습니다.

다만 불편함은 전혀 없었고, 제가 사용한 방이 너무 크고 좋았습니다.

바닥청소 상태가 너무 안좋았어요.
뭔가를 쏟았는데 물치슈로 대충 닦은 후 마른 느낌. 밤에도 걸레자국이 보일 정도.

편안히 쉬다 옵니다.

유리로 된 테이블에 손자국이 그대로 남아있어서 당황스러웠으나 그 외에는 정돈이 잘 되어 있었습니다. 바깥 도로 소음이 잘 들렸습니다.

세탁기와 전자렌지가 있어 활용을 잘 했고 3명이서 묶을 때 침대가 모자라 곤란한 적이 많았지만 더블에 싱글 하나로 일행 모두 편히 쉬었습니다.
