Cons: Cleaning can improve drastically. All the interior walls beaten up & no sign of fix (I stayed there multiple times). Vanity has ton of stains, closet paint peeled off causing scratches on my skin. Breakfast quality not as good as before: stop adding sweet sauce or mayo to camouflage tastes. Serve simple basics like banana, steamed broccoli. carrots, cauliflower, sautéed mushroom & onion, etc. My favorites were scrambled eggs & yogrut w/ blueberries

Pros: Bathroom smell has improved better than before. Bedding was clean. Got 3 bottles of water daily. Coffee machine at 1st floor excellent idea for early birds. Communication with staff very responsive & excellent. Convenient & quiet location

Great place to stay, very comfortable setting. The room had everything you could need. The kitchen had pots and pans, a stove eye and a microwave. The bathroom is pretty stocked as well, even a hair dryer. So it felt like a studio apartment. Couldn’t be more pleased with my stay.

The noisiest and smelliest place that I've ever stayed at. The moment we opened the room door, it smelled like spices and food like someone had cooked curry or ethnic food ( don't get me wrong, I love curry and ethnic food, but not in a hotel room that I'm about to rest in.) We tried to air it out, but it's completely set in, impossible to get rid of. Someone else's review had a photo of a room with some sort of machine generator in the room. That thing is SO LOUD. The area isn't even convenient for public transport. The \"hotel\" just gives off shady vibes. The only positive thing was the shower head, it's so strong that you feel like you are getting a massage.

Nothing special to say about this hotel. Except breakfast they probably have just few tables so when I wanted to go to eat there was a line with around 20 people to get into restaurant. So I didn't wanted to wait because I would wait for sure more then 30 minutes.

I order the hotel because we wanted large bed, and it was writen \"1 double bed\". But unfortunaly it was small bed. the man in the desk said that it is like all the hotels in Korea, but i know that he is wrong because i slept in other hotels in Korea. The parking was with machine hoing up, but our car was SUV, so it was too big for the machine, so we parked on the street and need to pay gor it. In the room one towel was torn. The location was very good

Good bargain and location

A typical business hotel. Checkin was fast and courteous. The room and bathroom were clean and of a good size. The bed was comfortable overall. Did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment. Checkout was very fast and efficient. Parking was free. Did not have time to check out the nearby area but there is a large mall within walking distance. Would recommend as the hotel is a good bargain.

Compact room, with handy kitchen and laundry

A little difficult for some taxi drivers to find but it was a really great place to stay. Reception staff were superbly helpful and service in general was excellent. Loved the room, compact but without being cramped. Loads of cupboard space and a small but well equipped kitchen space. The washing machine was a bonus. Handy corner store on site. I would definitely recommend it.

Convenient location to subway (3 blocks away), airport bus station (20? Mins walking), stores, restaurants, parks, cultural centers, pharmacy, etc. Especially liked clothes washing machine in the unit, used twice in 10 day staying, so next time I’d travel much lighter, carrying smaller carry-on bag. Also, will use fitness center ( no pool of course, but equipments are modern & the center clean ) on 12th floor.

Nice enough place. Everything was clean and comfortable. They didn't provide us with enough larger bath towels, though. Even on day two, when clearly there were two people staying there, housekeeping didn't put an extra towel in the bathroom. Odd. We could have just asked for one, but my boyfriend is British and doesn't like talking to strangers. He used the small hand one.

I stayed here to attend a conference. The location is near to DCC. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. Especially, the floor is not carpet but wooden so was very good for me. The staffs were very kind. When I want to ask something, they prepared it very fast. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The staff is always helpful and location is very good. The room is equipped with basic cooking utilities, it was clean and comfortable. It is a typical Korean guestroom with Korean type shower (ie shower space is not separated thus the entire shower/ toilet would be wet). Wifi was available but VERY SLOW, it is the router's problem because our laptop connected to LAN was fine. The window blinds were not useful at all in blocking any light the room was very bright from 7am and I couldn't continue to sleep. Italian restaurant in the hotel (called 1314) is a must-try.

Good value for a staycation in Daejeon

Three blocks from City Hall metro & a variety of restaurants. This district included tourist hotels and love motels shoulder to shoulder within a few blocks, yet it was very safe and quiet. Room was efficiently laid out, with a washer & mini-kitchen (1 burner, sink, hot pot, dishes). Bed had a memory foam topper and clean, fresh sheets. Wish we would have tried the buffet breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast & Korean food) for just $8. Best value around but we got up too late. Daejeon itself was a pleasant low-key city with lots of parks and small delights interspersed across town. Lovely place for a respite from crowded Seoul.

Nice place to stay for an extended time as far as it's basically a comfy studio apartment. Only downside was noise from neighbors apartments... Could hear everything like moving chairs across the floors and doors closing. WiFi wasn't the best. Excellent service. Front desk offered to call me a taxi when I checked-out early in the morning. Another front desk worker offered to change my room my room because the person next door to me was smoking (against the rules). Both offers were made without my asking. I will stay here again.

Nice hotel in a great central location.

This hotel was exactly what I hoped it would be. Clean, comfortable, affordable and excellent location. Our daughter is currently teaching in Daejeon and we wanted to experience a living situation similar to hers. The location is accessible to shopping, restaurants and transportation. We generally stay in Hilton properties but we were very pleased with this choice. Highly recommend.

Two NYers who've stayed many places; this the best

Friendly accommodating staff that can speak English. Fantastic large variety buffet breakfast, one included with the room and additional occupant's breakfast for 7,000 Korean won (less than $7 US). Very clean. Plenty of hot water for showers, etc. Small but well laid out, comfortable rooms. In-room washing machine, refrigerator and light cooking facilities. Definitely money's worth. We recommend it highly.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

Good Morning Residence Hotel HUE was a pretty good hotel for the cost. The location is very ideal in the sense that here are many stores and restaurants nearby. It is also very easy to take the bus or subway to travel around Daejeon. The hotel is relatively close to a drop off point for the airport bus. The hotel staff was quite helpful, sometimes some of them looked a bit worried to be communicating in English or gave a kind of cold feeling but they were willing to help with any requests. The room was quite comfortable and the internet speed was very good. The gym available also had some relatively decent equipment. I didn't try the hotel breakfast but the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel had really good food. Overall I think it was a pretty good stay considering the cost.

프론트 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.
지난 2025년도에 사용했던 3~4회는 주로 7층 객실로 배정되었었고, 객실 관리가 매우 깔끔히 잘 되어 있었어서 만족스러웠었지만, 이번 2026년도 1월 7일 이용은 10층 객실을 이용했었는데, 여기저기 청소가 덜 되어 있었거나, 특히나 침구가 좀 불결해 보이는 정도로 만족스럽지 못했습니다.

이 레지던스형 호텔 숙박은 언제나 만족스럽습니다!
동네는 번잡할 수 있는 곳에 있지만(관공서, 을지 대학병원, 각 은행들, 그리고 갤러리아백화점까지! 식당들, 카페, 편의점들로 에워싸인 곳!), 그만큼 할 게 많은 곳!
그런데도 숙박할 땐 조용함
특히나 객실 관리가 상당히 잘 되는 곳여서
미니주방과 그릇들까지 구비된 곳이지만
언제나 깔끔하기까지!
마치 내 집에서 자는 기분이 들 정도!(급한 빨래는 세탁기도 돌리고, 간편식 등은 내 방안에서 커피포트는 울론, 전자레인지와 쿡탑까지 있으므로 대충 챙겨 먹을 수도 있고! 급한 것은 바로 1층에 연결된 문까지 있는 24시간 영업하는 편의점에서 구입!)

뚜벅이가 이용하기 좋은 위치의 숙소입니다.

숙소 위치가 진짜 좋아요. 둔산동 번화가까지 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있고, 시청역 지하철까지도 7분정도 걸으면 도착했어요. 뚜벅이들은 지하철타고 성심당 본점가기도, 버스타고 롯데백화점 가기도 편했어요. 레지던스 특성상 원룸형에 시설이 세련됐다고는 못하지만, 저렴한 가격에 깔끔한 룸 컨디션을 유지하고 있어서 좋았습니다. 2박 묵었는데 외출했을때 침대 위에 벗어 놓은 잠옷 빼고는 소지품은 일체 이동 없이 방만 깔끔하게 치워줘서 좋았어요. 조식도 종류와 양이 많지는 않지만, 깔끔하게 먹을 수 있었어요. 다만 일요일 아침 조식때는 사람이 너무너무 많아서 음식도 빨리 없어지고 자리도 없었지만, 그만큼 자리도 빨리나고 음식도 빨리 채워줬어요. 다른 메뉴는 그냥 평범한 조식 같았는데, 두부 샐러드의 두부가 너무 맛있어서 아직도 생각나요ㅠㅠ

냉장고 모터 빼고 다 좋아요..

냉장고 모터가 계속 돌아가면 차라리 더 나을수도 있겠지만 켜졌다 꺼졌다를 계속 몇분마다 반복을 해서 잠에서 여러번 깼어요. 켜질때 모터 소리가 굉장이 커서 누가 방문 따고 들어오는 줄 알고 몇번이나 놀랬어요. 냉장고 없는 방이 좋기는 하겠는데 냉장고가 필요해서 갔었어요. 다른 호텔처럼 저음 냉장고이면 참 좋겠네요.. 호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 다른 문제점은 없었어요. 방도 넓고 다른건 다 좋아요.

이틀을 머물렀습니다. 모든 것이 평균 이상이었고 특히 아친 조식이 좋았네요. SUV를위한 주차공간이 제한적인 것이 아쉬웠지만... 근처에 무료 주차를 할 수 있었습니다. 주변 길가 주차구역에 주차가능했습니다. 공휴일은 무료고 평일은 아침10시 까지만 차량을 무료주차할 수 있습니다.

대전 갈때마다 부담없이 이용하는 호텔입니다!
3성급호텔로 직원들도 너무 친절하시고 청결합니다.
특히 직원들 참~~친절하셔서 자주 이용하는데, 이번 숙박때는 아침조식때 친절한 직원분들 칭찬합니다~
저희 아이가 스프를 뜨다가 손에 흘려 조금 화상을 입어서 주방직원분께서 얼음 비닐을 부탁드렸더니~얼른 챙겨주시며 괜찮으시냐며 걱정해 주시더라구요!~
너무 감사했고, 조식도 맛있게 먹고 왔네요~~
늘 편안하게 이용할수있는 숙박시설로 다른분들께 적극 추천합니다!~~~^^

하필 이틀째날 단체숙박층에 머물게되어 방음상태 안좋아서
자기힘들었습니다. 노래하고 쉴새없이 왔다갔다 문닫는소리에 도어락 삑삑소리에..
밤시간 직원이 없어 어디 중재요청할데가 없어서
거의 뜬눈밤새다 새벽에 나와버렸습니다.
호텔측 잘못이 아니니 이건 운이겠지요.
온돌바닥이라 침대위는 춥습니다. 데워지는데 시간걸리니 샤워전(욕실추움), 취침전미리 데워야함. 데워지면 세상 훈훈함.
룸 컨디션은 케바케이니 사용전 체크해야하고
카드키없이 도어락비번으로 드나드는건 편했고
큰차 아니면 주차타워 셀프라 괜찮았어요.
조식은 신청하지않아 모르겠네요. 참고로 슬리퍼와 1회용품 없고 드라이기,샤워3은 있어요.
감안한다면 다른 장점때문에 재방 의사 있네요.
