Clean rooms with great view, restaurants staff can improve service with smile and greeting. We’ve stayed in Rome and Puglia/Seveletri region where staff and services were excellent (all 5 star stays), in comparison Bellevue was subpar. They had trouble getting the breakfast order correct each morning. The location and view were very good. Easy walk to fairy station or take the hotel golf cart ride.

It was a pleasure to stay at Belleview, everyone there tried their best to do everything possible to make us comfy. The hotel is one of a kind! Superb! There was only one incident, when the waitress gave us red orange juice, very sour, while other guests were getting regular light colored orange juice. When asked about it, she said that she mixed other types of oranges, and she left our table without offering us the regular juice.This was not very nice of her. But overall- it was v nice experience.

The most perfect stay! Anyone considering this property should stop considering and book it. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are amazing with some of the most beautiful views we’ve experienced in our lifetime. We slept with the doors cracked open every night with the breeze flowing around us and the sound of ocean waves putting us to sleep. Francesco sent us on a wonderful excursion to a lemon, olive and cheese farm. Franco made sure we had a glass of Prosecco in our hands each time we returned to the property. We’ve traveled a great bit in our lives, but have very rarely experienced such a perfect place. Grazie Bellevue Syrene, can’t wait until next time.

This hotel is not inexpensive, but truly outstanding. Views are amazing, rooms are elegant and spacious. Service is top notch. In easy walking distance to everything. I stay in some of the nicest places in America for my work -- this hotel is up there with the best.

This hotel is very nice. For the price, I don't think it's worth it... they offer snacks and free beverages downstairs which is nice, but nothing spectacular. But they aren't dotting the I's and crossing the T's, as I would think a 5 star hotel should. The view from each room is amazing, can't beat it. BUT, the room is not very cozy. They need better mattresses, bedding, and pillows. Also, the walls are very thin. You can hear people moving chairs above you, and doors slamming in the morning. It's a nice place, I would just prefer something else.

Bellevue Syrene was the most luxurious hotel we stayed in while in Italy and we stayed in all 5 star hotels including a 13th century castle. The staff were all very nice and accomadating. And the open snack bar was nice in the late morning for a quick pastry and a cup of coffee or a late evening glass of wine. Thank you
