Upon arrival at the Palm House our rooms were not ready - we weren’t offered a glass of water and to add insult to injury our rooms weren’t ready until
5:30pm. The staff was not apologetic nor did they offer us anything to drink . The hotel is pretty however they do not have proper management. I was very disappointed and would not go back.

We enjoyed our short stay thanks to the friendly reception, and professional service. The room was lovely and spacious with a luxurious bathroom and spa shower. The gym was amazing and had options for cardio and strength training - great selection of equipment and stocked with my favorite italian mineral water! I could have stayed much longer!

Nice hotel with an excellent location
Beautifully decorated and spacious guest room with comfortable bed and furnishings. The guest rooms should have a full length mirror in them especially for “season”. The inside bar area and outdoor pool area are well laid out and tastefully done. The only downside was the bar staff who were curt and unfriendly when compared to those at the Colony, Brazilian Court, and the White Elephant.

Perfect girl’s weekend getaway!
What a cute boutique hotel, I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was being that it was a renovated old hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised, it was really nice, great atmosphere & it was the perfect weekend girls getaway! The service was great, they have an app you can text & communicate with them & they had a free shuttle/ car service for around the vicinity like to go to dinner or shopping on Worth Avenue. The pool area was really cute with the cabanas and there is someone who come around for drink & food service by the pool. The bar area was great for pre-dinner drinks before going to dinner or after dinner getting back closer to the hotel, or anytime. The restaurant was great for breakfast & lunch, we did dinner other places. I highly recommend!

One main reason I Picked this place so I didn’t have to pack beach towels or worry about chairs. Unfortunately they do not provide chairs/ umbrellas or towels if there’s a”chance” of rain or wind in the forecast. Very disappointing. Despite no rain or wind, the kid as the beach attendant would not set up the chairs. When asked why, he was rude and snippy. No rain came - wind was less than mild & he still refused to set stuff up- he preferred hanging out with the life guards.

This is truly a boutique hotel experience. The service was top notch from everyone. Loved Tommy, Juan, JJ, and Christopher that took us anywhere we wanted to go on our girls trip. John the bartender was very friendly and always offered us extras. Ramone took care of us on the beach and even brought us our lunch. I would highly recommend this place and we will be returning.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was large & comfy. The entire property immaculate. But, it was the staff from valet, front desk, restaurant, bar & poolside that made our family feel like VIPs. The service was unparalleled. We stay at four and five star hotels and this did not seem like a five star hotel. The level of service of a five star is just not there. I will relate good and bad points: when I got to the hotel after a long drive and ordered a Mai Tai the bar tender lady clearly did not know how to make drinks. You should not have people at the bar that don't know bartending. The next morning at 7:30 I went downstairs to order a cappuccino but was told that the \"espresso machine has not warmed up yet\" so I had to go somewhere else. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn the warm water on in the shower, there should have been signs. Apparently there is a tiny button you have to press and then turn the faucet to the \"cold\" direction instead of the \"hot\" direction (???). Also, the photos of this hotel look much nicer than the actual hotel. The pool is very small. No VIP benefits at all. On the positive side I liked the drawer type safe in the room, the glass water bottles, the pretty flowers in the lobby, the car service and cushy rug in the room.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a prime area of Palm Beach. The staff & valet are so friendly & helpful. The hotel & grounds are pristine. The salt water pool & the surrounding pool area is perfect. The room & bathroom is beautiful. They bed was very comfortable. They provide a house car to take you around town & to the beach including umbrella & chair set up. Close to shopping & great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
