We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was really good and high quality. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The entire hotel was spotless, There were also plenty of enjoyable activities which made our time even more special - casino, spa, pools and bikes for rent.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort.
The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation.

From the moment we arrived we were assisted getting our luggage to our room and given info to ensure our stay went smooth. We had our dog with us so we stayed on the bottom floor because they had a grassy area for him by the patio. They also supplied a bed for him along with bowls and treats. He was a pampered pooch and we felt pampered too after a couple spa days. The breakfast was good enough but a little lacking for the later morning crowd as things get picked over. Early birds get the worm as they say! We did dine in the restaurant one evening and it was so nice to eat in the air conditioning! That’s something that we Americans fully appreciate! The food was very tasty. We also appreciate the free parking! The popular surrounding villages are 5-25 minutes drive from the hotel and we hit them all. Got our cases of wine and headed home. We would certainly return to this hotel!

We stayed here in July 19, the staff were very friendly. The pool was fantastic although was a little crowded at times because the spa is also open to the public. Both restuarants on site served nice food. We could go to the 3rd floor restuarant with our robes on from the pool as this is more casual. The one on the ground floor is for formal dining and also offers a set price menu, I had a main and dessert for EUR 35. The hotel also offers breakfast in the room, EUR 20 for continental and EUR 29 for American. I ordered the American breakfast, I was a little disapointed with it because the pancakes were solid and must have been left out for too long, I did enjoy the glass of champagne that came with the breakfast. Overall a lovely place to stay.

We stayed for two nights and were very impressed with the quality of the hotel and the cleanliness. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. We dined in the Bistro restaurant on both nights and thought that the food and service were excellent. We didn’t use the spa facilities but used the outdoor pool which had a great view of the local countryside.

Spa area is amazing. Bed was good but clearly been there a while as had a big dip in. Location, great being near to Ribeauvillé and other areas of Alsace. Room service menu want diverse enough if you just wanted something light. Would however go again. The spa is just fab!

From outside it looks like a casino in the middle of nowhere but inside is much better! The hotel is brand new, too range toiletries, beautiful designed rooms and a very good restaurant which is one of the very few open on a Sunday evening in the area. I saw they have an amazing SPA but we couldn’t visit as we where travelling from Milan to London and mainly wanted to sleep and get on the road again. We had a great night sleep.

Very nice hotel with a fantastic spa. However, the spa is also open to the public during most hours (it's hotel guests only from 8-10am). The value added by the spa would be dramatically higher if it was not open to the public. On Saturday night the spa was crowded with young couples making out in the pool. On Sunday morning there was an exercise class taking place in the outdoor portion of the pool (for hotel guests only) which wouldn't have bothered me except they were blasting bad American dance music loud enough to wake me up at 8:45am. On Monday morning the spa was great, only a handful of elderly couples swimming.
There's also a casino in the hotel, but it's separate enough from the hotel and spa that the casino didn't affect me at all, except for filling up a big portion of the parking lot.
There's a fancy restaurant, but it was booked up. There's a cafeteria between the hotel and spa, and it would have been fine except they closed in the late morning, between 11 and 12, right when I really needed a coffee and a croissant.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Great location for visiting all the lovely nearby towns. The room was large and comfortable with a king sized bed. The Balneo pool area was fantastic but not suitable for children. Be sure you wear a lycra/stretch material bathing suit (particularly men). My husband had to buy swimming trunks as his were not acceptable but they only cost EUR 9. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Comfortable,clean modern hotel great pool facilities. Shame about the arcade gaming machines linked to the hotel. OK If you like ths type of amusement arcade/gambling but otherwise very tacky. For a 4 star hotel in the heart of Alsace wine selection and standards in the restaurant are exceptionally poor. limited selection, unimaginative, dry and over cooked food with poor service. Fortunately the area doesn’t lack for good restaurants!

Klasse Resort mit Riesen Wellness Bereich beheiztem Außenpool und schöner Sauna mit Aufgußzeremonie. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und Riesenbett. Sehr komfortabel. Drei Restaurants darunter eine Sports Bar mit Tischkicker, der viel Spaß gemacht hat. Und einem Casino, wo wir über 100 € gewonnen haben.

Super séjour! Le seul bémol c’est qu’il est obligatoire d’être nu dans le sauna et hammam.
Il est inscrit qu’on doit porter une serviette en cas de nudité, alors que la plupart des personnes n’en mettent pas…

- Il n’est pas possible de voir des gens nus se balader sous nos de fenêtres
- il manque un coin salon confortable pour boire un verre autre qu’au casino. Le bar des sports n’est vraiment pas au niveau de l’hôtel et c’est dommage
- le restaurant est vraiment très très bon mais sa proximité et son ouverture sur le hall d’accueil, la file d’attente pour le spectacle et le bruit de celui-ci est très préjudiciable.

L’hôtel est grand, bien insonorisé, nous n’entendions pas la musique du concert qui avait lieu dans un des restaurants.
Le soir nous avons mangé au café des sports, attente très longue est cher pour ce que c’était.
Nous nous attendions à un espace balnéo plus grand mais surtout plus de sauna et hammam (seulement 1 hammam et 1 sauna). Deux piscine, une grande intérieur et extérieure et une plus petite a l’intérieur. Beaucoup de monde en journée car ouvert au public. Le soir et le matin avant 10h c’est plus calme. Belle chambre, moderne et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre avec quelques capsules et une bouilloire pour le thé.

Séjour très agréable bon. Nous recommandons cet hôtel spa. Par contre, le restaurant le café des sports n’est pas fameux. Le burger en cagette était médiocre.

Everything about this facility was magical from the moment of check-in with Clara to the expeditious check-out with Alexandre. Harold in the restaurant was superb too! The food was delicious, the champagne was enjoyed, and the spa was definitely relaxing.

Séjour très agréable , repos, calme et ambiance de Noël . Spa et soins très professionnels. Petit déjeuner en légère baisse , au niveau choix et qualité par rapport au années précédentes, pour exemple , jus d’orange pressée frais à 4.50€, moins de choix pains et produits frais . Pareil dans les chambres , moins de produits offerts en salle de bains, crème corps , conditionneurs shampoing , chausse pieds etc… seulement grande bouteille dans douche . Restaurant Le Belvédère, ouvert au public du Spa , clientèle qui vient en maillot de bain pour dîner ressemble plus à une cafétéria de camping qu’un hôtel du groupe Barrière, très déçu .
