Brilliant hotel with fantastic staff. We arrived late as a stop over through France on a family ski trip. We still made a short trip yo Colmar in the evening and then had the best night’s sleep! Would definitely recommend.

What could have been a reasonable stay was ruined by the room temperature being set at a minimum of 21 degrees. Far too hot. The air con would only cool to 21. Could open the window to listen to the lorries on the autoroute. Not expensive, but not cheap. Allowing me to spend a couple of euros on keeping the room cooler would have made all the difference. Silly penny pinching.

Really nice hotel but let down by terrible wifi in the room which we found extremely frustrating! We are on a road trip and getting annoyed with hotel’s advertising air conditioning and then you can’t use it. Fridge not turned on so why have one? Overall a disappointing stay.

The restaurant was full so we couldn’t eat there and not sure what milk they use but both coffee in evening and breakfast milk tasted slightly sour. Internet was a nightmare. Kept logging out so had to relight in every time I wanted to use it plus the signal was not great. Convenient hotel as close to main motorway connection 👍

The hotel is brand-new and was in great shape. The restaurant was great and the food also lovely.
The staff thinks they work in a 4-star hotel, but based on the 17 sqm, this can not be more than a 3-star. I would say a great mid-market hotel with a great restaurant.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, ook door het onderhoudspersoneel. Net en praktisch hotel net aan de stadsrand. De directe omgeving biedt echter weinig mogelijkheden en halfpension is geen optie. Daar tegenover staat de gunstige ligging voor diverse uitstappen en de rustige omgeving in een veilig kader dat de gasten een fijn gevoel geeft. En het ontbijtbuffet is genereus en lekker!

Nous avons séjourné un week-end en couple. L'hotel est moderne et confortable. Il est bien situé pour la route des vins d'Alsace et les marchés de Noël. Le personnel est gentil et souriant. Le buffet déjeuner est très bien. Le restaurant a du succès et nécessite de reserver. Dommage pour le debit ridicule de la douche (l'étape écologique suivante sera t'elle de donner un gobelet d'eau à la réception ?)

Nybyggt hotell utanför Selestat
Fräscht och relativt nybyggt hotell med bra läge för besök i byarna längst Route de Vin och slottet Haut Koeningsburg. Utomhuspoolen såg fin ut men var stängd (vi var där i december så fullt förståeligt). Vi åt middag en kväll och den var god. Vi åt även frukost på hotellet som var en buffé med stort utbud av bl.a olika ostar, brödsorter, hemrökt lax och frukt. Hotellet ligger lite utanför staden. Jag tror att jag skulle välja ett centralare hotell vid nästa besök i regionen för att kunna ta kvällspromenad i stadsmiljö och ha ett bredare restaurangutbud men vi var ändå mycket nöjda med vistelsen. Vi hade fin utsikt mot staden. Andra sidan såg tråkigare ut (mot parkering och rondellen). Vänlig personal.
