Passing through Bergamo
We were just looking for a place to stop for one night, as we were passing through north Italy on our way to Croatia. There had been a problem with charging the card, and the booking was cancelled in their end. Anyway, the gave us two rooms for the price of one (we were a family of five travelling together), and were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers no designated parking space, so you must fin a public parking spot nearby. Can be tricky in daytime - Italians fight like cat and dogs over parking spaces :) But we got a good night sleep in an air conditioned room with kitchen and bathroom.

Comfortable but small things disappoint
Large comfortable room but the 5pm book in time is ridiculous. The website suggests that wifi is included but you have to pay for it. It is very deceiving.
We stayed only the 1 night and did not need a dishwasher but it there was not even a tea towel or some detergent to wash some plates/glasses etc as per other apartments.

Great spot for families
Although the hotel is a bit on the older side, it had all the necessary amenities and was in a great location. It was close to Haut Koenigsburg and the routes des vins. Our family of three stayed there comfortably.

Nice apartment easy walk to Bergheim
Big room for the money - we ended up with a two-bedroom suite with kitchenette, dining room table, living room, and balcony overlooking vineyards, for a little more than the price of a competing standard hotel room. A 5-minute walk from Bergheim old town, well located against expansive vineyards. Located right next to the Route du Vin. Bergeim is a beautiful medieval walled village with restaurants, cafes, and ancient buildings. Great for families or those wanting more space.

Excellent location for visiting the area. The Reception staff were extremely helpful to an ignorant non-French speaking English family! We had no criticisms at all & intend to return to the same apartments to explore the area further

Très déçu de cet établissement 3 étoiles…nous sommes arrivés à 4 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour 2 nuits. Le linge de lit posé sur les lits, donc lit à faire. Matelas de mauvaise qualité de même que les oreillers. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain avec une arrivée un jour férié…j’ai demandé à la réception qui m’a dit au départ, on en à pas et j’ai finalement eu un misérable petit savon pour 4. La propreté moyenne quand on tire le lit gigogne pour les enfants, les toiles d’araignées viennent avec. Et le balcon et les chaises en ont aussi…passez donc votre chemin et allez plutôt à l’odalys de Colmar rien à voir. Le seul avantage de cet établissement est son emplacement…

parfait pour une ou deux nuits
Residence tres bien situee, bien entretenue et proche de tout. L’appartement etait bien pour une ou deux nuits nous n’y serions pas restés une semaine. Les lits sont beaucouo trop petits en longueur ( je mesure 1,67m et sur le ventre mes pieds depassaient), la residence en été est assez sonore car les gens sont sur le balcon tard et avec la fenetre de la chambre ouverte on a du mal a s’endormir. ( les gens parlaient normalement dans excès). Ou sinon je recommande certainement pour une ou deux nuits

Havde vi fået et med altan, havde oplevelsen nok også været bedre, imidlertid fik vi en lejlighed i stueplan. I alle lejligheder i stueplan, er der udsigt til en 2m høj hæk!

Hvad angår renlighed, var det første vi mødte, en aldeles udtjent grydesvamp på køkkenbordet, spindelvæv på lampen og støv i vindueskarmen ( med tanke på disse Corona tider .... Hmmm )
Vi fik overrakt en masse info ved ankomst, alt var på fransk, selve betjeningen foregik også på meget gebrokkent engelsk.
Alt i alt må vi nok konstatere, at vores oplevelse ikke står mål med billeder, samt stjerner i anmeldelsen ‼️

Mauvaise expérience, dommage, le site est pas mal.
Les matelas ne sont pas bons. un bout de mousse sur un sommier qui ressemble à une planche. des oreillers beaucoup trop durs. une baignoire vraiment petit : pas large et plutôt courte, pourtant je ne suis pas grande. Il faut savoir avant de réserver que les horaires de la piscine sont pas terribles : le samedi elle est ouverte de 17 à 19h !!! On a choisi cette résidence pour sa piscine, son sauna et sa salle de sport.... on n'y a eu que peu d'accès du coup. La prochaine fois, on ira dans un gîte, une chambre d'hôte ou un air bnb !! Trop déçus qu'il n'y ait jamais toutes les prestations prévues à la résa. c'est pas la première fois que cela nous arrive. Pas de wifi non plus, car suite à un changement d'opérateur, cela ne fonctionnait pas. Ce serait bon de le savoir lors de la résa également. De plus, de mariage à 16h30, on s'est éclipsé pour venir se baigner rapidement et en arrivant, un décret du préfet avait été apposé sur la porte de la piscine nous informant que l'accès était impossible à cause de l'épidémie de coronavirus. Nous aurions aimé que la direction mettent des affiches sur le sportes d'entrée et de sortie du batiment, que l'on en soit informé avant de nous retrouver le bec dans l'eau.

Extremely much value for money! And the kids loved the pool. The recpetion had limited opening hours but since that was well described in advance, that generated no problems at all. Only a couple of minutes walk to Bergheim centre.

En aucun cas une prestation hotelière !
A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par du personnel peu aimable et qui n'a pas compris ce qu'est une prestation hôtelière. On nous a demandé une caution de 300 €; on nous a imposé un état des lieux à la sortie (!) et à un horaire qui de plus ne nous convenait pas du tout; et nous avons même dû réclamer du papier toilette...
On nous a donné une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite, donc peu adaptée pour des valides (hauteur des plans de travail...), en nous disant que de toute façon il n'y avait plus que ça.
La chambre s'est de plus révélée sombre, proche de la route... La propreté laissait un peu à désirer, surtout la poussière (dans les coins).
L'ambiance en générale n'est pas du tout conviviale : code à l'entrée (plutôt normal), code à la piscine et horaires restreints, même la télé est contingentée (il faut l'activer pour le temps du séjour). Le wifi est payant. Bref, on se croit revenu plusieurs années en arrière...
En conclusion : à éviter ! Et c'est dommage car le village de Bergheim est très joli, de même que les environs.
On nous a donné une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite, donc peu adaptée pour des valides (hauteur des plans de travail...), en nous disant que de toute façon il n'y avait plus que ça.
La chambre s'est de plus révélée sombre, proche de la route... La propreté laissait un peu à désirer, surtout la poussière (dans les coins).
L'ambiance en générale n'est pas du tout conviviale : code à l'entrée (plutôt normal), code à la piscine et horaires restreints, même la télé est contingentée (il faut l'activer pour le temps du séjour). Le wifi est payant. Bref, on se croit revenu plusieurs années en arrière...
En conclusion : à éviter ! Et c'est dommage car le village de Bergheim est très joli, de même que les environs.

Der Preis und das Schwimmbad, aber auch die Lage bei Ribeauville und Riquewihr haben uns zu dieser Appartmentanlage geführt.
Wir haben den Fernseher nicht gebucht (EUR 40,00 pro Aufenthalt und nur DVB-T mit französischen Sendern oder ARD/ZDF) und auch auf WLAN verzichtet. Allerdings ist der Smartphone-Empfang eingeschränkt. Was solls, es ist Urlaub!
Das Schwimmbad ist super erreichbar und ausreichend groß, der Fitnessraum reicht für das nötigste. Die Zimmer (wir hatten 2 1/2) sind ordentlich, wenngleich optisch rustikal eingerichtet. Mit Stromheizung, daher immer schnelle Wärme im Herbst. Alles in allem OK.

Pour un week end familial marché de noël, séjour d'une nuit mais heureusement pas plus. Chambre à la propreté douteuse (toiles d'araignées, poussière sdb). La réservation a été faite en formule hôtelière mais la formule n'en a que le nom, nous avons dû faire le troisième lit, les câbles de la télé étaient inexistants (voir peut être à payer) et le petit déjeuner s'est fait à la boulangerie du coin.
Si l'établissement n'est pas adapté pour une nuit en formule hôtel, mieux vaut le préciser.

Selv om stedet er en masse familielejligheder og ikke et hotel er det et dejligt sted - roligt og godt beliggende. Eneste ærgerlige oplevelse er at der er meget få timer, hvor der er personale i receptionen. For os (og andre) manglede vi særdeleshed hjælp, da en kvinde 2 nætter i træk talte i telefon i 1½ time for åben dør - eller på balkon'en. Der kunne vi godt have brugt lidt hjælp. Men ellers et sted vi gerne vender tilbage til.

Vi har boet 2 uger på hotellet og generelt været tilfreds. Vi fik en meget fin behandling af personalet altid smil og hjælpsomhed, samt interesse for om alting var i orden. Da vi kom skulle vi tage stilling til om vi ville betale for TV. Det sagde vi ja til, men efter 3 - 4 dage spurgte vi om ikke vi kunne få annulleret aftalen da kanalerne ikke var pengene værd. Det kunne vi desværre ikke så vi måtte betale de 70 euro for at have mulighed for at se TV. Det syntes vi er alt for stift. Vi sagde også jatak til at betale for internet (trådløst). På nær lidt indkøringsproblemer fungerede det OK, dog var det en meget omstændig adgangsprocedure man skulle igennem hver gang. Vores værelse lå ud mod vejen som er meget trafikkeret og dermed oplevede vi meget støj, hvilket vi var en del generet af. Når vi lukkede døre og vinduer var det OK, men da vi havde 25-30 grader hver dag havde vi primært alt åbent. Hotellet satte nogle forslag op omkring nogle guidet ture, men desværre var det kun på fransk. Her ville det være rimeligt at det også stod på engelsk/tysk, hvilket en del andre informationer gjorde. Vi kunne godt tænke os at der var nogle almindelige kaffe/te kopper/krus istedet for der kun var ekspressokopper.

Hotellet var som sådan udemærket, men alt kostede ekstra: sengelinned, håndklæder, fjernsyn, internet, babystol, babyseng, babybadekar, slutrengøring. Det var ikke fordi, vi ikke vidste det. Men at skulle betale for fjernsyn, lidt plat. Vi var på samme tur også i Tyskland, hvor der er mere styr på tingene, og alt er selvfølgelig inklusiv, også morgenmaden.

Det er anden gang vi besøger dette feriested. Og vi er stadig lige tilfreds med at komme her. Høflig og sød betjening, som også kan kommunikere på engelsk. Husdyr er meget velkomne. Der er pænt og rent. Stedet ligger fantastisk lige midt på vinruten. Det eneste minus er at man først kan tjekke ind fra kl 17 om lørdagen.
