High in the sky

We were travelling without internet so did not get the self registration instructions but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond and got them for us. Amazing beds! Easy to get transportation right out front. Not as easy to use the pool (not possible when short stay) but relaxing to have a two bedroom where we could spend time with our friend while sitting on a couch. The room we got was not the one I booked but better view, great to get laundry done mid trip

Great place to start in Saigon with kids - massive park & multiple playgrounds across the road.
Need to taxi into the city (90,000 dong & 20min) for more authentic restaurant choices

Check-in was a little confusing but it worked out well. We had to wait for our host to come down. She upgraded us from a city view to a city and river view. Ruby, our host, was great. From the start, she made sure everything as fine. Housekeeping can often forget to give you toiletries. Make sure to tell the host if you need anything. Overall a great experience. I would recommend it for longer stays; not recommended for a two-three nights stay due to the tedious check-in process.

Had a wonderful stay, amazing location, lots of convenient shops and restaurants. Stunning viewing and very close to the CBD. Ruby was super supportive and friendly, parking in the basement was a bit stressful so make sure you have Ruby's number to call her just in case. Definitely will stay here again.

The manager of this property made the unit appear as home worthy and comfortable as possible. The communication via text and telephone was exceptional. The property manager was very clear and concise on all the amenities and the expectations. There are no complaints or recommendations to improve.

Its a 5 stars service!!! The host is excellent and very honest, the place is beautiful with excellent view...everything is brand new!! Ignore all the old reviews about the place. You’ll love the place. Everything is closed by and very convenient. I will alway stay here when i’m in saigon.

Good location, management response right away to help us what we need. A lot of good restaurants around neighborhoods event Korea Japanese restaurants and Starbucks coffee kiosk but the TV without cable channels only YouTube is working, kitchen stoves is not working well to cook instant noodles they need to fix that.
I booked a river view but gots citi view room with 5% refunds from management
I thing e Expedia customers services need to working with their clients to guarantee the right room we already booked and paid for my room and not cheating like this case. I look forward to hear from Expedia customer service department

Reasonable price and the rooms and beds are tidy. Bathroom cleanliness can improve and the WiFi signal in the master bedroom (I booked a 2-bedroom unit) is weak and got disconnected. Otherwise, good place to stay.

LANDLORD UNRESPONSIVE - If you are traveling for business or pleasure I wouldn’t recommend staying here all for one single reason...landlord NOT responsive period. I had a hard time getting a hold of them once I arrived and waited for hours. Finally when they called back and get you checked in the processs was very unprofessional. After I settled in and found out there was no toilet paper in one of the bathroom and when called we got no response until 2 days later. I ended up going downstairs to buy my own toilet paper...imagine that. UNLESS YOU WANT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE THEN MY ADVICE IS YO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LANDLORD AS POSSIBLE.

OLD BED SHEETS - Unless you want to sleep on old sheets, or run out of toilet paper and when texted the landlord no one response. That was my experience with the landlord as she is so excited to check you in then just let you hanging and will response a day or two later when she has some time. She is great at checking you in and once you are checked in then who cares if you need anything afterward. I will never rent from this landlord again as that is unfortunate since I am regular traveler the last few years to VN. Besides, the floor is filled with dust and the sheet is old never replaced from one tenant to the next, and worst of all the internet doesn't work period. I have asked multiple times but she kept saying that she will fix it but at the end of my stay still she hasn't. What a joke!!! If you are business traveler like me then its best you don't stay here since you can't get nothing done... If and when the problem exists, good luck in reaching her...

DO NOT RENT HERE BECAUSE OF THEFT. I rented 9 days with this landlord and without any notice on the 4th day she thrown all of my belongings inside my suitcases including my Apple laptop which was damaged due to the move. Out of 20 years plus of traveling this had never happened to me. This is invading of personal privacy not counting how dirty the places really is especially the couches and the bed sheet seems like never been replaced from one biking to another. I also found used condom near the closet which is absolutely disgusting. Unless you want to sleep on used sheets, stinky couch, used condoms left behind and your things taken, I will never rent from this landlord as long as I live. She goes by HOASUN Vinhome

Great condo, nice host

Hoasun has one of the best decorated condos I've ever stayed in Vinhomes Central Park. Nicely designed and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, except the iron. Hoasun host is one of the nicest and most professional I've seen in the complex. Highly recommended!

The stay was great, love the place, it’s very new and great design throughout the condo. However, checking process is very frustrated, no contact information and specific building to go to but I think this is an error from Hotel.com, no instructions of where to go but just an address of the main condo while there are many buildings in the area.

Det var ikke som på nettsiden. Basseng og gym kunne bare brukes npr eier var til stede pga fingeravtrykk. Måtte avtale bestemte tider og kunne ikke nyte bassenget ved behov. Internett var sykt dårlig . Sengene var ikke mulig å sove i. De var som å sove på stein. Området var flott.

내인생의 최악의숙박업소

내인생 최악의 숙소였습니다. 청소와 수건교체를 요구했는데 주인은 자꾸 귀찮게하면 early checkout(빠른체크아웃) 요청하겠다고 메세지가와서 당황했습니다. 당시 저희일행중에 급성식중독으로 응급실을 다녀온 환자가 있어서 청결을 요청했지만 계속된 답변은 you want to early checkout... 이였습니다 내인생의 최악의 숙박주인이였습니다.

주변에 쇼핑몰도 있고 다양한 맛집, 공원 등 위치가 좋은곳에 있으나.. 숙소에 개미가 너무 많고 심지어 화장실에서 화상개미까지 발견해서 무서워서 잠을 못잤어요.ㅠ.ㅜ 개미만 없다면 완벽한 곳입니다.

아케이드에는 대형마트, 극장, 레스토랑, 샾이 있고 아파트 1층 수영장에서 더운 낮 시간을 보내기가 매우 좋아요

더운낮, 비오는 때 시간보내기 최고

빈탄마켓, 사이공스퀘어, 마사지를 받기에 접근성이 매우 좋아요(택시타고 10분정도)

아파트 바로 앞 항상 택시가 있어 더운날 기다림 없이 택시를 바로 탈 수 있음

룸컨디션: 매우 좋음, 정수기(코웨이), 와이파이 비치, 화장실 2개, 침대: 퀸사이즈2개

관리자 매일 1회 청소를 해주심, 고층이어서 경치가 굉장히 좋음(일출이 매우 멋짐)

호텔이 아닌 아파트지만 너무나도 편란한...

다른 호텔과는 다른 아파트 형태로 주위에 많은 상가, 은행, 카페 등으로 편리함이 아주 돋보였습니다. 이러한 장점과 더불어 내부 시설 또한 수준습으로 호치민, 아니 베트남 전체에서도 굉장히 좋은 아파트라는걸 느끼게 해줍니다.

管理人の態度が悪すぎて二度と泊まらない。部屋も予約した内容と違った。停電や火災誤報が多過ぎて安心して過ごせない。

・民泊スタイルで、マンション1Fレセプションで管理人を呼んで部屋に案内してもらう形。チェックイン時に管理人が来るまでに20分以上待った。
・管理人とはLINEでの連絡だが、開封されるのは深夜でリアルタイムに連絡が取れなかったり、返信が無いことの方が多い。
・バスタブ付きの部屋を3泊で予約と支払をしたが、「オプションが2つ。1つ目は別棟のバスタブ付きに2泊して最後の1泊で今いるこの棟のバスタブ無しの部屋に移動。2つ目は今いる棟でバスタブ無しの部屋に3泊」と言われた。バスタブ付きの部屋の値段で予約して支払ったにも関わらず無駄になった。
・バスタオルのみ毎日交換される。手拭きタオルは用意されない。足拭きマットは交換無しで濡れたまま。ゴミも捨てられないまま放置。管理人に連絡しても改善されなかった。
・管理人に清掃をお願いしたが、LINEで「ここはホテルではない。サービスアパートメントだ。バスタオルを交換するというギフトがあるんだから良いじゃないか」と横柄な物言いをされた。
・チェックイン時に毎日無料のミネラルウォーターがあると言われたが、初日しか用意されなかった。管理人に連絡すると「水はウェルカムドリンクで毎日は用意しない」と言われた。
・新興住宅地のような高層マンションが並ぶ一角に存在。ベトナムらしい露店等は一切無い。
・市中心部からは遠いので、毎度タクシーで片道15万ドンほど掛かり、1日あたり往復する分だけ、時間とコストが掛かってしまう。中心部に泊まった方が時間、コスト的にお得だと思う。
・ホーチミン市内はタクシー不足のため、部屋に戻るタクシーを捕まえるのが非常に困難。夕方や雨の日の渋滞も凄まじい。
・とにかく停電の数が多い。1時間で数回停電が発生した日もあった。高層なのでエレベータ乗降中の停電だったらパニックだと思う。
・火災報知器も鳴り響いたが、誤報でも何のアナウンスも無い。パスワードを持って避難する等、最後は子供が「ここ怖い」と言い出した。
・部屋が全て自動でカーテンや電気制御を行うが、突然、部屋の電気が全て切れることなどがあって恐怖だった。
・周囲のビルは停電していなくても、このマンションだけ停電することが多く、インフラが追い付いていない印象が強く残った。
・周囲は高層マンションが乱立しており、景色は隣接するマンションが邪魔で何も見えない。
