Aura front desk and Hannah the breakfast staff are the absolute best . Can we talk about how tiny Aura is and I saw her helping a guest carrying a huge luggage to the car . The staff and the delicious breakfast every morning really made up for everything else . My dad and I booked a 2 bedroom and because the lights were broken we were put in the 11 & 12 in which I wish I had a view you know ? And a bathtub, a gym would be nice . However in the morning o made the most of it and went for a run outside to explore .

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We can’t say enough about them. In particular Ivy went far out of her way on multiple occasions to help us out Much further out of her way than one could reasonably expect. But all staff, in particular front desk staff, were exceptional. The breakfast was very good as well. While the location is a bit removed from District 1 people tend to make too much of this. Both mornings we were there I walked into the centre of District 1 in less than 30 minutes. While daunting in the midday heat it is a very pleasant walk early in the morning

Moldy shower! Lovely people, quiet room, comfortable bed, off the beaten path, but the shower was very moldy. We let them know and it took 2 days to clean it. The bathroom doesn't have any ventilation, so it's going to happen again unfortunately.

Maison De Camille is a small boutique style hotel located on a small quiet street just off a main road. The staff are fantastic and eager to help. Rooms are comfortable and given the price, offer superb value for money. There are numerous small local eateries nearby and good bus links to help you reach district 1. Taxis in HCM are inexpensive, but be prepared for traffic.

This boutique hotel is a little gem on a rough but typical Ho Chi Minh city side-street. Don't let the street put you off- taxis pick you up and you can walk by foot to street food and restaurants alike. This is not a posh part of town but it is friendly and gives you an authentic neighborhood experience. We thoroughly enjoyed a five night stay while attending a wedding and touring the city. The front desk staff were all responsive, helpful and gracious. Ivy went over and above to help us get oriented, and escorted me under a massive umbrella through a torrential downpour in my formal dress and highheels to the taxi. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious and healthy choices. You will need to taxi to tourist locations in the city.

Maison de Camille is a clean and comfortable hotel that worked well for our stay in Saigon. The only issue is the location, in Ward 17. District 1 is generally better for those visiting Saigon for the first time. We ended up using taxis a lot, and also the road in front of the hotel is not very accessible for taxis.

We stayed at Maison de Camille for 4 nights and loved everything about it. From the rooms to the breakfast and the calm neighborhood, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Florence was especially nice and helpful. You can also rent a motorbike for 270k a day. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. Don't think twice and just book it. We highly recommend the coffee place around the corner called D's place for great coffee and juice.

A charming and delightful stay
For a place in some random alley, this hotel is amazing. An oasis. The breakfast's great, the room's clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel locks the main door at night, but there is a staff on the night shift who will actually wake to unlock the door for you (felt bad, but the timing was such because it was after a wedding celebration).

A beautiful, boutique hotel that is very clean and comfortable like large corporate hotel chains, but still has a quaint and unique feel to it. This is a perfect hotel for people just coming to Vietnam or SE Asia and want to avoid the big, corporate hotels but also receive quality and creature comforts they are used to back in a more developed part of the world. The street is very traditional Vietnam so you are not in walking distance of stores, restaurants, etc. but that’s ok. You will receive a feel for what SE Asia is really like.

I love this hotel, it is truly a little gem in Ho Chi Minh City. The service is what you would find at a five star hotel (taking care of locating my luggage that was lost en route to Vietnam, offering to make me breakfast as I was leaving for the airport at 2am), it is super quaint, rooms are comfortable and perfectly equipped, and the breakfast spread is diverse and good (noodle soups, fresh fruit, savory options, pastries, etc.).
The only aspect that isn't totally ideal is the location. It is a nice area, but there isn't much (including basic Vietnamese restaurants) within a 15 minute walking radius. For anyone looking for a quiet respite or who doesn't mind short taxi rides to get to other areas of the city, though, it is totally fine.

Tried to cancel so glad I didn’t
After booking the hotel, I realized it was not near the main drag in Ho Chi Minh and tried to cancel my reservation but it wasn’t refundable. Thank goodness I didn’t. This place was wonderful. Clean, had the best breakfast that I had in Vietnam. I would stay again. In terms of my main concern, the provide free transportation to the center of town 2x per day. I rode the transport to the center and walked back. You can also take a grab or taxi. The walk back easy and took about 30 mins.

Brilliant hotel. The rooms are exactly as they are photographed on the website. Very clean. A home away from home. It's slightly away from the main tourist areas which was nice to escape in the evenings. Taxi's are super cheap and easy to get around in, so reaching everywhere we wanted to go was easy. Reception staff were very helpful in booking taxis and helping us to get where we wanted to go.

Madison was a great place to stay at. While it's not centrally located it's close enough to district 1 and quite convenient. Their shuttle service is also quite helpful. The staff is super attentive, and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and of a very high quality. Rooms are spacious and modern, while being very aesthetically designed. Loved our stay there.

Nice \"Real\" Boutique Hotel
This hotel is a local gem hidden in a quiet corner of HCM D1. Friendly and helpful staffs made the stay even better from check-in to check-out. It is somewhat remotely located so don’t be surprised, and this allows quiet surrounding away from any construction and traffic noise. Hotel offers free shuttle to the center twice per day. Otherwise, hotel staff will arrange a taxi to pickup. I recommend taking a copy of map to hotel from the front desk for the return trip to show taxi drivers. Breakfast was not grand in scale, yet offered enough variety and was tasty in a relaxed atmosphere start the morning. I would return to this hotel for my next trip to HCM.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We liked the roof top view and the honey bee hive. The neighborhood was filled with hardware stores and small job shops, away from the main tourist attractions. It was a good place to see how the local people live.

The only suggestion that we have is for the food to be covered during the breakfast buffet.
This goes a long way to ensure their well thought out presentation is not wasted.

A gem of a Boutique Hotel
Very new hotel, I think. Well positioned just off a major route, so easy to find, even by public transport. Beautifully decorated, friendly and helpful staff, good information about local facilities. Nice walk close by along the Canal. Altogether very happy that I chose it for my stopover in HCMC, would happily stay longer if visiting the city again.

Gorgeous hotel in quiet area
We deliberately booked this brand new hotel because it was outside District 1and we thought it would be more peaceful. It was a perfect haven away from the traffic. The rooms are beautiful and light with superb beds and showers. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The only thing we think needs adding to the room is glasses as we don't like drinking water out of bottles. There is a very nice bar called Mojo just down the alley near the Catholic Church and a good, lively restaurant on the main road turning right from the hotel. For first timers in Saigon this hotel and it's staff eased us in gently as the city can be quite daunting.

Don't judge a book by its cover
As a new hotel, there are still many areas to improve, but I said I am impressed with the quality of the hotel. It is located far from the bustling of the centre. Because it is new, the location is not well known; hard to find. It is in an alleyway, but don't let the area outside fool you. Inside it is a nice hotel, with comfortable amenities. Breakfast is good to fuel you up for the journey. Wonderful , helpful and friendly staffs- Only issue I had was the choice of programs on TV; not an issue, since I am outside most of the time. Hotel do offer convenient shuttle to centre of the town. Otherwise, take Grab, the equivalent of Uber.

Terrible location
This hotel is clean amd functional but the location is absolutely terrible. For the sane price you can stay in the city centre and if you would early enough at places with history like the continental which was the other hotel we stayed at. There is no comparison. This hotel is in an alley way atleast 20 mins taxi from anywhere ( bear in mind taxis in this city are not always the safest). Unless you are there on business stay in the city centre.

If you need a good sleep or need to relax after a crazy day in noisy Saigon, this is a perfect choice.
The rooms are elegantly decorated, the staff speaks good English, there is a shuttle transporting you to district 1 during the day otherwise it is really easy and not very expensive to travel around with Taxi.
We were nicely surprised to have a upgrade to a Suite with balcony and really appreciated it.
The breakfast is for all taste, from croissants to eggs to delicious noodle soup.

Lovely hotel very tastefully decorated very good sized rooms too. Breakfast not extensive but good quality. Served the best coffee we had in 3 weeks in SE Asia. Underestimated how big district 1 is so it is a little way from the main action although only 30-50k VND away by uber.

I made a mistake in my booking not realizing it location. But a find it was , comfortable ( great bed), clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and accommodating in our request for bag storage and shower for our late flight out. If this was in district one or a little closer to there it would be at capacity all the time ( cab far only 66 dong). A great little hotel.

Does what it says on the tin
Modern, boutique hotel with well-appointed, spacious, tastefully-decorated rooms and common spaces. Good internet. Restaurant. Quiet, out of town but free shuttle available into the centre available 5 times a day most days. Keep a hotel business card on you for the taxi driver you will need on the return journey, they can all find the hotel without problems.
Careful with the airport pickup though, its free if your room booking is made directly with the hotel which is good, but if you use an internet booking site they charge you four or five times the metered taxi fare which is not.

We had a lovely stay at Maison de Camille for 4 nights. The rooms are absolutely adorable and having everything brand new is an obvious bonus. We enjoyed playing darts on the roof! The location is bit out from everything but Ubers cost max $3 so it’s not a problem. The front desk staff were very nice and helped us book a water puppet show. The restaurant wait staff were also very nice but could use some polishing with things like taking coffee orders and clearing plates.

Nothing was too much trouble..
This hotel is really new and everything is perfect. The spacious bright rooms offer every comfort and the staff greeted us like returning family each time we came 'home'; showing genuine interest in our travels and explorations and offering advice and assistance wherever they could. A taxi to any of the main venues is very cheap and can be summoned in moments. Everyone, from the owner down cares about your experience and it shows in the way they behave. Loved it!
