The ocean view resort is worth the money. However, the noise from the hallway can be a bit distracting if you have noisy neighbors. The toilet was also a bit odd. Nevertheless, these don't take away from the overall experience.

我訂了3間房.到櫃台辦理住宿時.櫃台跟我堅持只有2間房.要我自己打電話跟hotels.com確認
服務人員非常的差. 我拿訂房資料給她看.她說她看不懂.要我自己跟平台聯絡. 問題是平台根本不接電話.
讓我急死了. 最後櫃台人員又說有3間房. 但每間都不同房型.
我再給她看訂房資料. 3間都一樣價錢. 怎麼會不同房型....到最後她又說好吧. 同房型

隔天退房時.說我們有多人使用早餐. 問題是我們根本沒訂含早餐的住宿. 根本沒下樓用早餐. 退房時也是很糟糕
這飯店的人跟電腦都很有問題

Alles in allem gutes Hotel an ruhiger Lage

Schöner Pool, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Top Wagyu Burger, feiner Thai Tee, allg. feines Essen. Wellness gut, Preise eher hoch für Thailand, aber gerade noch OK. In Walking Distance zu Strand Restaurants und 24h Einkaufsläden. Hotelstrand eher bescheiden, Liegen teilweise noch mit Hundespuren. Dürften etwas gepflegter sein. Im Zimmer kaum Ablageflächen/Stauraum für Kleider, sonst alles prima.

The front desk person who checked us in misinformed us, which later caused a problem for us at the restaurant, which has a great view. The same staff member came storming into said restaurant and chewed us out before admitting it was his own error. We asked 3 times to meet and give feedback to the GM about this. No such thing was able to happen for us. While it’s a pretty hotel despite the copious amounts of mold on the poolside lounge cushions, we won’t be going back due to poor staff training and lack of accountability by management. There are too many other great places along the same stretch of beach.

Weather was great. Front desk manager JJ was super helpful . In general staffs are nice but not all are good in English and service is rather slow. The staff who checked me in gave me the wrong info on Accor members can get 50% off on food at restaurant - till when I was paying to. Find out only special members gets discount. Whatever . The hotel is basic not much amenities . The pool and chill out area is very nice and relaxing though. Food is just so so.

Unexpected experience

My family (parents and sister) and I stayed for 2 nights 3 days. Arrived om Friday, there was a company group activity on the ground floor like a team buidling. Kind of surprise as I didn’t to this, it was noisy but we didn’t mind much. On second night — Saturday, there was a pool party managed by hotel with loud and noisy dancing songs. Also, we didn’t expect this too. Thought that hotel would be private, chilling, and peaceful type, may be we were wrong about it after all.
In term of cleanliness, on arrival day everything was fine. But on second day, sanitary bags haven’t refilled, empty can of cola left onthe desk, hair on floor.
The rest are fine, service mind staffs, and hotel ground and scenery were quite nice.
Breakfast got variety of food, taste is ok. Restaurant quite packed, there were additional tables due to high traffic.
Bunk bed — personally unpractical with low ceiling makes me feel suffocated. But bedding is good.

Everything is good. The hotel has one rule of using pool towel and need to return it rightaway at the pool, not allow to take back to tge room. Its quite weird for mecspecially i have kids which need to walk back to the room with cold air. The staff should allow to take the towel back to tge room will be better care for customer.

Arrived at Veranda resort very early (9am) and was greeted by the extremely helpful Fon at reception. Fon managed to complete the check in by 10am. Thank you Fon for your friendly and accommodating service. The resort itself is beautiful... large, modern,cozy rooms, nice clean well equipped gym with steam room and a fantastic pool. Family mart close by and many restaurants a short walk away. Will definitely return to spend some more time in the future. Entire staff was very helpful, fun and friendly.

Poor location as you need to take a taxi to go anywhere.
Stay was spoiled by poor management little things that could easily be fixed,
Like,
if I want to take some cereal back to my room for my 2 year old who was not up as we had a bit of a late night I was told no takeaway allowed. I would have to order room service and pay for it. Or when paying for the most expensive room in the place I should be able to have a lie in and not be disturbed by the noise of chairs and tables being dragged above our heads and making the room vibrate at 6am as they don’t know that you can put sliders on chairs and table legs in the restaurant above!! Despite several complaints completely ignored.

Lovely resort for getaway

Lovely resort, very beautiful and comfortable. Only thing is it is far (about 20-30 mins) from pattaya city. I would suggest the resort should have a complimentary shuttle service. Also we stayed in a family suite which had a small private pool which had a plastic spoon and wet tissue in it which suggested it hadn’t been cleaned.

I hate to complain about anything in Thailand but sadly staff had no idea what is going on at this resort. Only time in 20 years of travel in Thailand have I had such terrible service. The resort itself is beautiful
1. They cancelled our taxi to and from bangkok international airport . Reason: some unknown person cancelled it , they said!
2. Woke me up from deep sleep after midnight to ask me if i wanted to charge taxi at 630 am to room or pay cash! That ruined my sleep for the whole night
3. I decided to check out 1 day early and paid all my bills but they forgot to bill me for some drinks! I was embarrassed to find out that they hassled my other friends to pay for it when they checked out the next day
4. I left some drinks at reception to keep in their fridge , they were unable to locate it the next morning!

The staff were all pleasant enough but like my friend said, it's like fawlty towers. Someone in management there needs to up their standards. I am embarrassed to have recommended my friends to stay there based on our previous wonderful stay at Veranda in Chiangmai.

I went there during 7-8 Oct it's just a one night but I got very wonderful experience not just only from the accommodation but your staffs make it completely I couldn't remember all of the staffs name sorry.

Overall hotel is clean with nice view. Service is excellent. However, foods quality at I See Sky for Dinner was not as good as expected. The seafood cooked is below average ... poor than those served in food courts of other shopping malls near Pattaya.

Overall was fine, we felt that the resort is trying hard - maybe too hard? - to live up to its lifestyle status, whereas we personally prefer a more rustic or traditional/Thai style, but that's us...
One point that we disliked is that the team left some PRC Chinese sing karaoke by the pool around noon, using those portable mikes linked to their smart phones. To have one of those ugly whales belting out Chinese tunes whereas regular people like us try to seek some peace and comfort over a short stay away from bustling Singapore is distasteful, to say the least. On another occasion, we went to \"I Sea Sky\" to watch the sunset and have a bottle of wine. We were told by the staff that we had to spend a minimum of THB 2,000 in order to be seated. We happily complied since we wanted to have some wine and enjoy the beautiful sea view. 10 mns into being there, a group of no less that 10 Thai people walked in and spent the next 30mns taking pictures of each other, yacking at length and blocking us from the sunset view. We moved table to put some distance between them and us. At no time did anyone of them order any drink, however they did spend 30 mns up there. There is a lack of leadership in this hotel, which shows in the staff demeanor: gentle as Thais can be, and inefficient all the same. This is a comment from someone who has spent years working in the hospitality industry in BKK. It would not take much to bring this place to the next level, too bad...

Relaxing resort for family trip

Our family had good time to stay in the family suite at Veranda resort. The pool in the room is small but perfect for my 4-8 years old kids to play with especially when there's thunder storm outside. A lot of nice photo spot for beautiful family pix. The most memorable is the sunset, we could sit at the sunbed by the beach and enjoyed that beautiful scenery!

Great resort, misleading location

Amazing resort! Beautiful property with a great staff. One major issue though.... their location on goggle maps through hotels.com is off by over 4 miles!! Spent over 2 hours trying to find it. It's not even situated on Jonteim beach and quite out of the way. and they'll charge you 500 baht for a cab which is ridiculous in Thailand.

Comfortable Rooms, Disappointing Service

The hotel and rooms are quite nice, with large and comfortable beds. Breakfasts are also good. However, I found the level of service from the staff to be quite average, with little effort put into the reception and restaurant areas. Lady serving soups was very kind and knew how to smile and engage in conversation, unlike the rest of the staff. We had to leave early because our daughter fell ill, and when we asked if we could get a refund, we were, of course, denied. There was absolutely no human understanding. The hotel seems to cater primarily to Chinese guests and prioritizes them, while Europeans, being fewer in number, are given less attention.

22/7住了1晚，前台給我們一間樓層的最尾房，對正一道灰黑色的走火門，房間入面的燈就算全開也比較暗，尤其是洗手間，電視機附近的用品還有污跡，露台景觀很一般，真的大打折扣。向前台反應，即給我們換同層另一間同房型的房間，這間感覺比較舒服，光猛，清潔，景觀也比較好。對於酒店的安排真有點不明白及失望，既然有比較好的房間也不給客人。

５つ星を謳うには、社員教育がそのレベルではない。

年間１０回ほどパタヤに小旅行するが、今年最も残念。設備は良いが、社員がそれに追いついていない。大きな問題があり、ジェネラルマネージャーからもお詫びの手紙をもらったが。インターコンチネンタルの方がやはり良かった。
①設備：小規模だが良い。(部屋のPrivate-poolは良い)
②部屋：高額なので、それなり。
　アメニティ：普通（トイレット紙を要求する迄補充しない）
③朝食：普通のブッフェ(時間毎にGroup分けは良い)
　　　　※コロナ禍で無料でなければ、不要。
　　　　　インターコンチネンタルは、有料でもOK。
④掃除：部屋掃除してなかった日あり。(適当さが出る)
⑤スタッフ間連絡：無し（タイ語で丁寧に依頼→客の私物を破損する致命的ミスを犯す）
⑥インスタ映えには良いホテル：個人的には興味無し

HOTELとは、設備だけではないと、改めて認識。

Spacious room, narrow sea view, friendly services! We have booked 2 seascape rooms and the receptionists have upgraded us to a bigger room with an additional bathtub inside ( still with a proper shower and toilet ). Yet, the facilities are not tall enough so somehow being blocked by the neighboring buildings :(
