This hotel is a gem in the Na Jomtien area. It's stylish and well kept, the staff are very friendly and responsive, the food is great (with an extensive breakfast buffet that includes Asian and Western options), the rooms are well proportioned and the rooftop infinity pool with sunset views is the icing on the cake. This part of the beach is a bit quieter than the main Jomtien strip, which is easily accessible via the frequent stream of baht buses.

We loved our stay. The hotel is comfortable, bed is good, breakfast good and nice and bar & pool area super cool. We enjoy very much. The bathroom cleanings have to be a bit more improved and free toiletries could have and uplifting with toothbrush. A detail to pay attention: Not every room are facing beachfront. The staffs are attentive and efficient.

The shower was powerful and a pleasure to use. The boutique style room was lovely. The restaurant had amazing views and the food was nice. I hope to stay here again soon!

I've been in Thailand 2 weeks and been to six different hotels and this one by far has been my favorite. The room is gorgeous the bed was very comfortable the shower was cool and the view of the beach was appreciated. The food from salt the restaurant was quite good and I enjoyed it and the bar on the roof with the pool made excellent mojitos. The staff was very kind and welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay there. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I come to Najomtien beach again.

Great hotel at Jomtien

Another lovely and reliable U hotel chain at a quieter side of Jomtien beach Pattaya, but there are still lots of good eating places around the hotel. A minimart and Family Mart are just 2-5 mins walk. Hotel staff were all really friendly and professional. Room was clean and well maintained.

Nice clean hotel with good restaurant and beautiful rooftop bar to watch the sunset.

In general, it’s very good experience. However, seaview room’s view was blocked by tree and electricity wire due to low floor, I.e. 3/F. One of the sliding doors of toilet area was stuck and couldn’t be closed. Otherwise, it’s a very present stay. Rooftop pool and bar with sunset view is just too beautiful.

love the stay, near the beach and close to \"Lung Sawai\" my favourite seafood restaurant. Breakfast can be served in the room which I tried for the first time and I loved it.

Good view, poor beach, and confusing reservation

On the quiet part of the long strip of beach with no strip joints or massage parlors. The sandy beach is across the road and disappears at high tide, and becomes a 50 to 100 ft beach at low tide, filled with garbage and broken glass.
The hotel is new and well maintained. However, there are sea view rooms that look at the roof top of the restaurant and the two trees in front of the property. Make sure to book for deluxe seaview, and make sure they give you what you paid for. Hotel.com confirmation is not clear enough for the front desk, and we had to argue to get a real sea view room. Also, check in is often delayed, as the hotel allows a full 24 hr stay per check-in.

Excellent clean room adequate gym. Lovely rooftop bar, sun loungers and infinity pool lovely and clean. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Excellent food in downstairs restaurant and again excellent service. Highly recommend. Tranquil and out of the way of nightlife although only a short bus ride away with frequent buses😀😀😀👍

The 24-hour stay is great for anyone's itineraries. Guest room design makes very good of space. Contemporary decor is pleasing overall. A big atrium makes the whole building light and airy. Bikes are available for guest use. Parking could be tight on busy weekends.

Customer service was good. Easy check-in. Free breakfast buffet. Mesmerizing views of water from the hotel room. Room had an unknown smell when you walk in but goes away. Other than that, modern design..free water and tea/coffee + 1 complimentary drink from fridge, and daily detox drink. Rooftop infinity pool is a must everyday. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel

I enjoyed staying at U jomtein , the room was clean. Comfortable bed and beautiful balcony chairs. The staff at breakfast restaurant provided good service. However the drinks and food is far to priced for what you get apart from that I enjoyed my stay and If I visited Pattaya again I would stay at U jomtein and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

The location is good nice and clean but i think it’s not suitable for family because pool is quite small and we feel uncomfortable from staff at swimming pool.

The room was clean and light was bright enough. It had usb plug near your bed.
Breakfast buffet was good and there were many kinds of food.
The staff were nice and they could spoke English fluently.
Just one thing, all the lights suddenly turned on automatically at around 5pm and we all felt extremely scared about it. We asked about this in the next morning and they said there was an electrical problem due to bad weather.

The rooms are well appointed although not spacious and the beds very comfortable. Showers are very good and the only issue would be the lack of a power-point near the mirror for the hairdryer - the shaver power-point does not work the hairdryer. The restaurant is comfortable with both inside and outside areas and we found the meals excellent - great choices for breakfast. This more a boutique hotel with a good rooftop bar, well appointed gym and infinity pool. We would certainly go back again.

Not such a good stay.

First day I arrive to a wonderful staff. There was a stink in the air and I assumed it was a Dead creature on the beach but turned out to be a grease trap that hadn’t been cleaned in 8 month. Not good as I could smell it during dinner and breakfast the next day.

I only ate here during my stay and have been sick with stomach issues since.

Rooms are beautiful and staff was great. This just was not a good visit.

Quiet, contemporary hotel on the beach

Lovely new modern hotel right on the beach. We stayed in an ocean view room which was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The hotel had some lovely little touches like chosing your favourite soap when you check in and complimentary fresh juices on an afternoon. Rooftop pool was very small with only a few loungers which were all taken so we couldn't enjoy. Breakfast was buffet with egg and fresh waffle station.

Terrific, very helpful, courteous & accommodating staff.

The room would be perfect with another mirror (in addition ether one in the bathroom) or a regular electric outlet for hair dryer in the bathroom (there is electric outlet in the bathroom, but it is for electric shaver only). I would ho back there again in a heartbeat!

Salt is it’s restaurant by the sea which is nice and a good view of a coach does not park out frount.

The pool is small but nice to cool off as the sun sets.

Lovely little hotel with a rooftop pool.

My second stay at a U hotel and the service was great as expected. The staff were always helpful and welcoming, we asked to move rooms into a higher floor and they arranged it very quickly. The pool area was great (although a couple more sunbeds would be better), with a pleasant view out over the sea, especially at sunset. Food options in the hotel were good, lots of choice at breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in and defitnely the best one on our travels in Thailand!
The staff could not be more helpful the service throughout was fantastic... just some to mention Aum, Cap, Boat, and Boy! The room was lovely with the best rain shower and large bed... we went for the deluxe sea view and it didn’t disappoint, very clean, modern and stylish facilities. The pool area was lovely, where it’s on a roof it takes you away from the hustle and bustle around.
As for food some of the best we had eaten in Thailand, the breakfast had the most variety we came across with an egg station and waffles!
The only thing we would advise is there is no plugs in the bathroom area apart from shavers, this can be a little pain if using hair appliances!
However we could not recommend this hotel enough and loved our stay!!!! 10/10

We enjoyed our 2 nights at U Jomtien, in particular the flexibility with regards to breakfast (whenever, wherever!) and check out time. Staff is very friendly and hotel location is convenient. Would not recommend to families with young children, as roof TOP pool is tiny. Perfect for couples !

2 nights at U Jomtien

Condition, service and food of hotel is excellent. It is a relatively new hotel so facilities are still in great shape. Hotel staff are friendly and service oriented. Location can be a bit off for some as it is in the middle or upper part of Jomtien truely away from the crowd. Beach stretch does not have enough beachfront for chairs, so don’t expect lazing at the beach. Hotel’s gym is small. Infinity pool is beautiful but small, ideal for IG worthy photos but not so much for any real swimming. Good place to try if u like facilities which are new and your peace and quiet
