Hotel is maybe a couple of hundred feet from the beach on a relatively quiet street. Several convenience stores are nearby . It’s walkable to a very small night market, and about a km to much larger Jomtien Night Market. Staff was very polite despite our language barrier. Our room was cleaned well each day, although on one day, they left bath towels that were shedding from wear and tear. One door on a draw was also unusable. Appreciated that they left bottled drinking water each day we were there. Breakfast wasn’t too extensive and offerings included salad, eggs, ham, and “sausage” links, and a small assortment of simple Asian dishes each day. Overall, our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

This hotel is showing its age and no longer looks like the photographs. The WiFi throughout the hotel would not work more thst 2 minutes. Not a problem for me but my friend wanted to stay and work and could not.
The pool is about the size of a hot tub.
I had to ask for clean sheet twice after my room was already made because sheets were ripped and had stains on them.
Staff very lovely and friendly and they did their best.

Shopping options, travel options and restaurant options are very close. Beach is also within eyesight of the property. It is very quiet. Staff are friendly and they have breakfast available every morning if buffet is not available they will cook you a fresh hot breakfast. Water is always hot, which is a big deal in Thailand and the Wi-Fi was fast I would stay again.

hair was in the shower in the sink on the bathroom floor. the wifi never worked. they have wifi per floor. and it never worked they said the code changes every morning new code still didn’t work. owner kept making excuses for wifi when i said i needed it for work. “just try it again it will work it will work.” safe didn’t work coudlnt lock my belongings up. no bottle opener for the cokes and beer bottles. fix your wifi or remove it from your site.

Deluxe room

Deluxe room is apparently at the back of the hotel with a balcony that face a drain pipe and very dirty back well at the rest of the hotel . In fairness the hotel upgraded my room only after an argument . A rook at the back is not deluxe .that having been said I like the hotel and it's convenient but the rest rooms are not that great and I would remove the word deluxe . Cleaning seemed lacking this time not sure why

The Inn is located so close to the beach which is great.Plenty of food choices around .
The rooms are not so quiet sound easily travels.
Breakfast was cooked of a set menu this maybe because of the smaller numbers staying.
For the price you cant beat the location.
Have a pool on top floor ,pool clean though beer bottle and a glass look like they have been their for awhile.

Five of the best.

Me and my wife stayed for five nights at the Inn Residence and we cannot fault the Inn or the service we received. The Inn was very clean and our room and toilet were everything you could hope for.
I will recommend the Inn Residence to my friends and colleagues as I know it would suit them very well.
The beach front is only 100M down the road and there are an abundance of shops, ATM's, pharmacy's and mini marts catering for your needs.
I thank the staff at the Inn Residence for making my stay a very enjoyable one and I will most definitely stay there again.

Nice stay with a great rooftop Jacuzzi.

Stayed for 3 nights with the girlfriend. Very conveniently located right near the beach. The bed was big with a comfortable room layout. The rooftop pool and beach chairs were nice. Although a German couple there demanded absolute silence, which was a bit of a letdown.

1) Water outlet in shower was almost fully blocked (cannot have been cleaned for a while).
2) Advertisement photo of swimmingpool on rooftop gave impression of a much bigger pool than reality.
3) Water in swimming pool dirty.
4) Waterpool area could have done with some music facility.
5) Waterfall solution to swimming pool not in operation.
6) Glass protection in stairway from rooftop and down scary (if someone stumble/slide and fall down the stairs and fall through the window they will enter into a 6 floor heigh open shaft and almost certainly die.

Amazing hidden gem. Roof top pool area is fantastic. Rooms are really modern and clean. Air con is fantastic. Showers need upgrading and the pool could do with regular cleaning. Wouldn’t put me off staying again.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The beds are super comfy, air con is amazing. Bathroom is nice although the shower needs updating which is strange as the hotel is fairly new. Pool area is amazing, with fantastic views! The pool could do with a clean though.

Peaceful sleep on new year trip.

I booked for a couple getaway with my GF. The neighborhood was quit far from POI but it is very peaceful at night. Woke up and did not realize it was morning already. Travel with taxi is the cheapest about THB 10-20 per ride but may need to connect another taxi to go to central and north Pattaya.

Great hotel, spottlessly clean fairly new and in a good area of town, close enough to everything but far enough away.
Large room great comfortable bed, large screen tv with a few English chanels and a sofa and a faily big balcony.
The front rooms look out onto the street which is a pretty uneventful view but a bit better than the backroom views, however those ones get more sun.
Air con was a godsend and the free water was great for making tea and coffee which was supplied.
Rooftop terrace pool area was brilliant and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time. The pool is more of a plunge pool, it's not very big but perfect for cooling off in.
Al in all I enjoyed this hotel and would definitely use it again

service was reduced to minimum but fair. Night shift at reception does not speak any word of English and as the address is not clear even for thai taxi drivers, calling them was unusefull. I had to ask a lady on the street to talk with them and let me know which street I had to enter to come back to the hotel. But except that, the room was very nice and the price I paid made it a very good deal. I would book it again in the future.

Try another hotel.

Air conditioning faulty and full of dust, never cleaned.

Toilet plumbing leaking.

Lots of other noise from rooms and cigarette smoke coming in to the room from other rooms and people smoking outside.

Balcony less than 4 inches away from the buildings behind, not safe or secure.

No fire exit at one end of building, potential fire trap if you don't stay in the rooms around the stair well.

Don't try the spa/pool, the wrong chemicals are being used and there is a type of hydrochloric acid being used, possibly the wrong use and combination of salt water and pool flakes creating hydrochloric acid.

Not a good recommendation, this hotel is starting to go down hill fast

Nice stay, would definitely select this hotel again if I was to decide to return. It's not on the beach but an easy 5 minute walk. Lot's of places to eat and vendors. Hotel staff were polite and spoke English. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't speak to the food. The swimming pool is very small but the atmosphere makes up for the smallness of the pool. Once again this is a place I would stay again.

夜8時ごろチェックイン、友人2人別部屋で予約、私の部屋は入った瞬間下水臭。友人がシンクの水が止まらないと言ってたが、軽く聞き流し睡眠、翌朝友人部屋がシンクからの水漏れで水浸し、その後部屋の交換もスムーズに対応して頂き、更に私の部屋の匂いの問題も対応して頂き部屋の交換になり、ゆっくり7日間滞在出来ました

Es kam mir vor , dass ich der einzige Hotel Gast war. Es war ansonsten alles okay. Zimmer war groß genug für eine kleine Familie. Nur die Einrichtung sehr alt. Beim duschen sind die Fliesen sehr glatt, also Rutsch Gefahr. Personal war ok ! Drausen sind kleine gute Restaurant und Massagen. Der Strand ist nicht weit
