There was a janitor door across from our room with the door left open. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from but there was a smell like sewage near our door. You may want to check that across from or in the hallway of 4503.
The shower floor was slippery in the bathtub and outside the bathtub.

The hotel is dated and old looking. There was a constant musty smell of old around the entire hotel. Time to renovate the rooms, to bring the up to modern standards. Also, every day after house keeping cleaned the rooms they did not leave fresh towels in the room. Had to call several times to front desk to request fresh towels. Sometimes they were not delivered to the rooms until several hours after the call. Cheap price hotel, but cheap looking hotel and service. You get what you pay for I guess.

Problems with tap and shower head not staying in position were quickly resolved by lady at reception who moved us to a more modern room.
Nice views from room, clean, pool good.
Breakfast has plenty of Asian choices but western choice limited, no real bacon and sausages was hot dog.

價格便宜還附早餐，房間空間超級大還有陽台還有海景，最喜歡房間的冰箱了有點大台，唯一缺點浴室設備有點舊與壞掉。飯店前的海灘馬路在整修整個沒人潮在海灘戲遊。飯店附近7-11有一間海鮮餐廳還不錯吃老闆會中文，還有一家水果攤跟香蕉煎餅也不錯。

Hotel in poor physical condition. Being refurbished but I had the opportunity to see both old and new rooms (thanks to AC failure in original room). Even refurbished rooms, whilst improved, still show poor quality work. Hotel probably needs to be demolished and start over. Great views of Jomtien Beach is a plus.

Location is great everything you need is only a short walk away if not plenty of taxi or tuktuk to take you anywhere.
Downstairs and lobby is beautiful, nice clean modern but the rooms are very out dated and need to be upgraded. Rooms don’t look like pictures used to advertise. Still provided a comfortable stay but for the price you’d expect nicer room. I’d like to stay again only if the room is updated.

Great stay, but breakfast vad bad

We had a nice stay for two nights. The view was fantastic and the rom was nice. What we really was disappointed of was the breakfast facilities. We had to sit in the large white room that felt more like a school cafeteria. There was little to choose from for us that eats continental breakfast. No bacon, no cheese etc.

Reception is very appealing - that's where it ends! The rest of the hotel is very sub-standard. Electricity outlets don't work, bed is really hard, corridors look like footpaths and are chipped. Balcony table had a previously spilt brown drink spilt on it which remained for 2 days until we cleaned it ourselves. Disappointing experience.

I truly believe that this property use to be a condo. I booked 2 rooms, a “family room” which had 2 bedrooms in it, and 1 standard room. It has a kitchenette which makes you feel like you are at home minus a stove. The property is a bit outdated and could be renovated but overall it’s good. The couches should be cleaned as it’s a tad bit on the dirty and smelly side. All the rooms has sand all over the floors. Make sure to wear the house slippers that they provide you with. Oh and I think room 1220 “family room” is haunted the phone kept ringing. It started ringing before we got into the room then again at 3 am multiple times and no one would speak only whispers when I picked up the phone. But overall it was a somewhat decent stay

This is an absolutely wonderful property. The sunset views from the room or the pool were utterly amazing overlooking the ocean. Their restaurant / bar options were great. Breakfast had a mixture of what every type of ethnicity would like, so we got to try some different breakfast items we wouldn’t have normally thought of.

Vi måtte vente 2 timer på check-in, der var ingen strøm til elevatoren. Vi blev opgraderet til De Luxe fra Superior, men Superior havde the-køkken, det forstår vi ikke. Værelset var ok, men slidt. Der er 336 værelser, 2 pool, 12 parasoller og ca 30 liggestole, så der var slåskamp om dem. Vi skulle betale 1000 bath for at tjekke ud sent (kl. 17), men efter vi klagede fik vi lov til at tjekke ud kl. 15 gratis, fordi vi måtte vente på at tjekke ind.

The rooms are nice and roomy. A little far down beach road, but when they finish the pipe work it will be easier to get around on beach road. Only minus is no bacon at breakfast. Had a great stay though. Reception staff are all friendly. We had a little issue at check in and had to wait until 5pm for one of our rooms.

Honestly I don't know how this property can call itself a 5 star. At one time it probably was a great hotel but now the rooms are pretty beat up and not that clean. At least mine were. On the other hand, the breakfast is good. It's in a good area and it has a pool and gym. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this place is relatively cheap.

We really enjoyed this place. First time here.
Close to the beach. Rooms very nice, breakfast is outstanding, gym great. Service is excellent.
Both pools are beautiful, espcially the sky p view. The only comment i would add that i didnt like is the chairs at the pool. People wae up eary, throw a towel on the poolside chair and then disappear for hours. We didnt get to use the pool once in 4 days. This is common eveywhere, not jua an issu here. A \"reservation fee: or small charge by the hour might help sokve this issue. Otherwise a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure.

The breakfast food buffet is very limited and poor quality. For example, serving hot dog weiners and cold cut meats as breakfast food. Very little western breakfast food and often food supposed to be served hot was cold. Breakfast food was mostly lunch food. This resort should be avoided simply due to the poor breakfast buffet. Also, the gym/workout room was unusable beyond a few minutes due to having no air conditioning.

I liked the location and the view. But this really shows its age, and the quality is really extremely low for the price they charge. Staff barely speaks any English. Furthermore, in my executive suite I have never was lucky to get any of the missing electric bulbs. the suite was half dark.

Nice hotel and we got upgraded to seaview which is worth it tbh. Hotel has seen better days and could do with some paint and maintenance. Beach is not the best but the 2 pools are excellent. A lot of Russian tourist in Jomtien. Easy taxi ride to central Pattaya for about 200 baht. Good value for price of hotel.
