Check in at 2:30pm on New Year’s Eve took 45 minutes, there were only two positions of the possible for check-in desks open, around 85 people waiting to check-in, this should have been addressed.
Other than that the hotel, staff food were all fantastic.

Expedia and the bay beach website both have totally incorrect information about this hotel.

There are no safes in the rooms (huge issue for me)
There is no turndown service
The complimentary mini bar is not resupplied daily (it is never resupplied)

The property sells itself as a 5 star hotel.
In reality, it's more of a good hotel for someone on a tour rather than a stay of over a couple of days.
The swimming pool has 8 wooden un padded loungers and a couple of tables, thats it!.
The hotel advertised room safes, we were told sorry most rooms don't have safes but they did have free to use safe boxes behind the reception.
Friends were given a room with a safe, but it wasn't bolted down.
The hotel advertised usb and cable free phone charger, neither exised.
The refilled free mini bar was a can of coke and can of sprite, 1 bag of peanuts and 1 crisps, 2 water bottles and tea and coffee, the only things replenished was water and coffee.
Breakfast was reasonable, apart from the hot food wasn't kept warm in the serving dishes, apart from the 1 day a VIP chinese tour arrived.
The balcony was so small you couldn't even turn around comfortably.
The hotel is heavily used by Chinese tour groups and is very busy with them 24 hours a day, with a lot of coach noise associated with that.

This is advertised as a 5 star property, however it is closer to a 2 star. While the reception and dining areas are nice, the rooms are outdated, old decor and in need of general maintenance. To communicate with staff in English you definitely need to use google translate. The property asked for a 1000 baht deposit without explanation and also took payment before the end of the stay. Breakfast choice was ok, however food that should have been hot was generally cold. There was no safe in the room and tea/coffee wasnt replinished.

The rooms have a deep tub and a wall mounted hand held shower head. There are no shower curtains so water gets everywhere in the bathroom no matter how careful you are with the hand held head. In room safe not bolted down in first room I stayed and second room safe couldn’t be programmed

The bed was very hard and they had no other options. The lack of a shower curtain left water all over the bathroom. The in room safe wasn’t secured to the wall so it could be carried away so basically it was useless.

Five stars on everything and everyone from front desk
to house cleaning, to restaurant and its personnel. Only downside was the concierge - he lacked basic info he should have known. Wasn’t a miscommunication problem, my GF is Thai. Also, we were there right after the Corona Virus hit, so almost no Chinese. A local Thai told us typically many Chinese stay there. Given the large number of Chinese typically in Thailand, I don’t know if that is out of the norm. With so many scrubby Western backpackers and old beer bellies in Jomtien, maybe the westerners hit the cheap places.

Amazing Seaview, very convenient location, Super Comfort Room, Best Service - I just could not give this hotel less than 5 stars! The room was well cleaned on daily basis. The pool was great, breakfast was great, service was great.

There is also many parking slot so having car is not a problem at all. There are 2-3 mini supermarkets so you can easily walk to buy personal stuffs!

Another thing is that they also have a FREE MINIBAR when you booked with Expedia! love everything.

The property is beautiful, the service excellent and the location very central. The only issue was the sometimes spotty WIFI, which the staff were trying desperately to fix for us. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel.

The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly; good location; Had an issue with the Aircondition system as it was not cooling well the first night, the manager moved me to an upgraded room for the remaining night and was very nice of the staff to help out promptly; Highly recommended

Absolutely can't fault this hotel at all, exceptional. Service fantastic and breakfast spread best I've ever seen (and I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years!!) One and only downside is someone should have a word with the screaming and shouting Chinese kids who decide to use the pool at 7am... should be a curfew until 9am (or, as I say someone should just have a word) - other than that, outstanding and highly recommended

The Hotel is brand new and right behind the beach. The Hotel image is same as the oicture ion Website. Hotel location is super convenience and the facilities are quite good. The breakfast is really good. But the Front desk staff do not speak English well.

This hotel almost client have chinese group tour. They have a good manange except break fast line. The staff ignor to attendtion for this. The food are running out without fullfill and setting these look beautiful. It LOOKLIIKE LEFT from the other guest. It look worst you can see 1 piece of sliced ham. Feel bad! The staff donot care. So it should be good for select room only, Not pay for breakfast here. You can walkout to eat the other

Flot hotel. Rene værelser. God morgenmad. Poolen derimod har ialt 6 liggestole og poolen er i skyggen grundet de høje bygninger omkring. Stranden er trist og beskidt med vand man ik vil bade i. Hotellet ligger 30-45 min fra Pattaya i en taxi

Bra vid stranden i Jomtien

Snyggt och prydligt, god renlighet. Rummen fungerade bra, inga större anmärkningar. Sängen var lite väl hård, men inte obekväm. Frukosten var helt OK, med en hel del varma rätter. Frukt, juice och kaffe. Inte så stor variation från dag till dag. Restaurangen fungerade väldigt dåligt på kvällen med dålig service och långsam leverans (en tillfällighet?). Läge nära stranden och fiskmarknaden, med en hel del restauranger i närheten.

Nous avons séjourné en mars 2025 dans cet hôtel pendant 10 jours, chambre deluxe vue mer pas insonorisée, balcon juste pour un étendoir, très bruyant car il y a un hôtel juste à côté avec musique très forte jusqu’à tard dans la nuit, réveillé tous les matins à 4h par les bateaux des pêcheurs qui sont juste en face de l’hôtel. Pas belle plage. Le petit déjeuner est convenable mais les plats sont froids la plus part du temps, dommage. Night market, The Big Market est très bien, bonne nourriture avec de bons prix, il se trouve à 500m à gauche en sortant de l’hôtel. Hôtel vendu comme un 5* mais pour notre part qui avons fait beaucoup d’hôtels en Thaïlande, on dira que c’est un 3*.

Cet hôtel semble recevoir beaucoup de bus de touristes chinois chaque jour mais ils arrivent tard le soir et partent tôt le matin et prennent leur petit-déjeuner dans un restaurant qui leur est réservée, donc il n'y a aucun désagrément pour les autres hôtes principalement thaïlandais par ailleurs.

中国からの団体客が非常に多いホテルです

まだ新しくきれいなホテルですが、どちらかというと高級というよりカジュアルな感じ。sea viewの部屋の眺望はとてもよいです。宿泊客の大半は中国からの団体客です。個人予約客とは、フロアー、食事会場は分けられていますが、ロビー、エレベーター、プールはいっしょになります。濡れた水着姿の方とロビーやエレベータでいっしょになります。個人的な感想として、プールは時間帯によっては近寄り難かったです。

Wir sind sehr entäuscht vom Aufenthalt, Hotel und Personal. Zuerst wurden wir in ein sehr kleines Zimmer einquartiert, was nicht dem entsprochen hat, was wir gebucht haben. Wir haben Essen aufs Zimmer bestellt, wo entweder jeweils das falsche geliefert wurde, das Essen kalt war oder nicht geschmeckt hat. Auch musste man ca. 3 Mal anrufen, damit überhaupt jemand vorbeikam, um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nach Reklmation beim Manager konnten wir ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. WiFi hat nicht funktioniert, es wurden uns keine neuen Handtücher bereitgestellt und WC Papier wurde regelmässig vergessen aufzufüllen. Das Personal war auch sehr unfreundlich, viele Mitarbeitende konnten kein Englisch, so dass die Kommunikation fast unmöglich war.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr spärlich, nicht mal die Kaffeebestellung wurde richtig aufgenommen.
Entspricht schlichtweg nicht dem Standart eines 5 Sterne Hotels!
Wir haben uns ein neues Hotel gesucht und haben den Aufenthalt frühzeitig abgebrochen. Natürlich hat man uns beim Auschecken mitgeteilt: „Sorry, no refund“.
Ein Handy, welches wir vergessen hatten einzupacken, war angeblich nicht mehr auffindbar. Wir haben das Handy dann über die „find my phone“ App orten lassen und es ist definitiv noch in dem Hotel...
Na ja, lasst mal bitte schön die Hände von diesem Hotel. Sowas geht gar nicht und ist das Geld nicht wert. Im Urlaub würde ich mich gern entspannen und mich nicht jeden Tag über Banalitäten aufregen müssen.

非常新的酒店

酒店在海滩边上,比价偏僻,不好打车,适合一个人的孤单旅行.喜欢热闹的还是选择芭堤雅中部的酒店吧.
整体设施很新, 服务非常好.泳池挺漂亮.
酒店定位应该主要针对团体旅客. 我住的几天全部都是中国来的旅行团. 早餐时间散客的餐厅就我一个人...
这也是唯一的不足..

단점은 좀 좀고 파타야&좀티엔 중심가랑 거리가 좀 있는데 썽태우 타면 금방입니다
대신 밤에 좀 시끄럽고 엑스트라베드가 딱딱합니다
