We loved the family room, which was spacious. The hotel had a cool modern design and the location was perfect. It was very convenient while also being tucked away a tiny bit to where it was quiet at night. Will definitely return!

Other than the guy at the front desk, the rest of the staff do not speak English at all, probably that’s the reason they try to avoid you and they do not engage in any sort of interaction.

This property is down a side road and is surrounded by a lot of derelict buildings. Even the cabs have problems in finding the place! It says it has a gym , but i dont call a rusty exercise bike and a few dumbbells a gym! The pool is very small and not worth bothering with, it also advertised that i would be getting a city view. I dont call looking at a building next door. Any form of city view. There is no pigeon netting so you have a lot of poo on your balcony. You cant even have your clothes to dry on your balcony without getting bird poo on it. My room was small and you hear all the water running down to the drainage system very loudly. I belief that big organisations that advertise these accommodations should employ someone to give it an inspection.
So you wouldn’t have these false advertising! I wanted a refund but wasn't allowed one so i booked into another hotel and left the accommodation with some of my stuff in it. But did not sleep there for 4 nights and i left the accommodation all together 2 days earlier than i was supposed too. So i took a big lost on this accommodation! There is no way that it is a 4 star accommodation as advertised!

The decor in this property is fantastic. Lots of good lighting, closet, balcony, nice bed linens. All Thai beds are a little hard for me so I expected that. The breakfast was really nice and there is a place to eat outside. So close to the beach and the walk is very easy. Good price for a lovely, comfortable little gem.

A comfortable stay near the beach

A comfortable boutique hotel on a quiet lane not far from Jomtien Beach. The unique artistic designs in rooms, the halls, and the reception area are attractive, but some were not conducive to comfort. For example, the sliding door between the bedroom and toilet did not stay open: it always slid shut, which was annoying. Two of the light bulbs at the head of the bed protruded next to our heads as we sat to read. The hotel has a green policy regarding sheet changes, which we like, and the safe was large enough to accommodate our laptop and iPad. The air conditioning unit blew cold air directly onto the bed: there may be a way to redirect the current or slow the fan, but the remote did not have that function. The breakfast was very good with good choices. We also liked the organic juices offered. The location is a ways from the night market and restaurant area of Jomtien, but frequent \"songtaows\" costing 10 baht allowed us to travel quickly and cheaply, and the beach is not crowded here. It is also a short walk to the interesting fishing boat area. All in all, a nice stay.arking was in a lot across the street, lit at night.

Extremely poor hotel,

Sadly an extremely poor stay and had to leave early because of safety and security issues. The doors do not lock when you leave the room When we pointed this out to staff. we were offered a similar room with the same issue.
On a more general review, there are safety problems for the disabled and poor sighted as there are four to five different floor levels all on the same floor as you walk about.of between one and two inches (25 to 50 mm).
The pool is only a plunge pool and would be crowded with more than one person .
Access to the sun beds is via an 8 inch (100mm) ledge where you hold onto a balcony rail so as not to fall off..
How this hotel has an over 8 rating is almost beyond comprehension, which I think we can now put down to fake news.and I would advise everyone to
a) Not believe the so called good reviews and b) Definitely stay at much better and cheaper hotels on the seafront.

We had a pleasant stay until noon on the day we check out. We got 2 hours extenion (late checkout) from Expedia but the Receptionist said there's no such practice at their hotel and I must pay extra eventhough I showed her expedia's confirmantion, then our key card to the room stopped its service. We couldnt enter the room. All of us were so upset and we decided to leave. You know how it is like rush packing. We dont want anything that we are not entitled. Anyway, the receptionist apoligized when we checked out (we were already too upset)

Check in was a bit of a mess, and sometimes there’d be no one in sight to man the front desk.
The rooms were clean. Though one thing that was not nice was to find half used mini shampoo and soap bottles in the shower upon arrival.
Overall it was mediocre, so it’s great if you’re not looking for fancy

The Sea crest is in a quite small street with one minute to the beach. It is in a unique, modern design and the rooms are big enough. The staff is very friendly, you feel welcome. in the room they provide everything even two beach towels. It's definitely worth it to stay there. I strongly recommend it.

The hotel is in a quiet alley near the sea.
The room is spacious and in very good condition.
The hotel gives a small welcome gift and provide onion soup every evening as a complimentary.
Excellent hotel staff with services oriented approach.
The breakfast is nice but very modest.
I’ll happily return to this hotel.

Nice clean, modern hotel.

I really liked the hotel, but I would stay at another beach next time. I have been to Thailand many times before, and I didn't care much for Jomtien Beach. I prefer Phuket or an island like Ko Samui. If Sea Crest by Jomtien had a hotel in those places, I would definitely stay there again.

beautiful stay

this hotel was perfect. staff was as lovely as possible and very helpful! the room was beautiful. the location was great as it was a less than 5 minute walk to the beach area but if you are wanting to go to the main Beach entrance it's about a 15 minute walk. the restaurants around the place were great and the food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced!! I highly recommend this place for its comfort and convenience.

Relaxing and Luxury Family Hotel

My son's mouth was wide open when he saw the room! He was very pleased with it. I had booked a family room - Krabi. The one and only restaurant was ok, not really authentic but the service from the staff were really attentive. The only downside of the hotel is that it's a little bit far away from any shops, we needed to get a few snacks for the children and my husband rode on a byclecle provided from the hotel...it took him 5 minutes. I forgot Family Mart located at the front of the beach.

Quite and relaxing hotel

Our Stay at Sea Crest was relaxing. Hotel was easy to find using google maps. The hotel surrounding were peaceful and quiet to relax during our stay. Maybe the low season as it effects on the hotel being less crowded. It is a new hotel as of October 2016. We had a rental motorcycle with us. Nevertheless, a memorable experience and perfect getaway.

This resort is out of the way but that's exactly what we were looking for. We spent the first few days of our honeymoon here. The food, staff and room were excellent! The beach here is wide but the pool on the 2nd Floor has an amazing view.

Fantastic hotel,Nice pools and friendly staff . .Excellent breakfast and Very nice rooms with modern amenities We had a room behind the pool.The room was huge and had a very relaxing vibe. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel location is a bit far from the Pattaya City centre but tuk tuk service around all the day.

A Hidden Gem

Beautiful hotel with artistically designed rooms. Ours had an African theme with elephants, trees and toucan birds painted on the walls. Fabulous en-suite wet room with brass wash basin. Lovely lighting. Hotel tucked away in a side road so nice and quiet but still benefiting from a sea view. Staff very friendly (although spoken English limited). Nice part of Pattaya. Would highly recommnet.

Rummet var bra och hade en fin industriell inredning. Sängen var mjuk och skön.

”Utsikt över vattnet” innebär tekniskt sett att man kan se vattnet, men hotellet har en plåtpanel som till stor del skymmer sikten. Det är därför inte värt att betala extra för rummet med utsikt.

It was a very good stay. I recommend, clean rooms, nice staff. The breakfast was too simple, must be much better, with like real honey, better bread etc, and definetly they have to get real hair dryers. Other than this, its very good, relaxing hotel, after a while kinda feels like home.

Nice hotel, feels quite new. The room has a nice bed and bathroom, there was a door between my room and the another room, so if means that I could hear them if they speak loud or hear loud music. Pool was nice, but very small. The fitness room is basically one bike and some weights. Breakfast ok, classic thai.
I arrived 4 hours before checkin, and they let me wait for 3 hour, evendoug the room was ready.
Wi-Fi good. Don’t choose the hotel because of the Sea View.

It’s a small hotell, situated on a small and quiet road but only 2-3 minutes to tha more busy road along the beach. Friendly staff, very clean, breakfirst is okay. Pool and gym on the second floor is very minimal. I liked my stay there. Nice room, big soft bed.
