Second time I’ve stopped here, everything is great - great rooms and usually peaceful - I haven’t given 5 stars this time as I was fine for the after check in call to ensure room was ok - they then called multiple times and sent a cleaner into the room whilst had a ‘do not disturb sign’ on the door I was working and on calls - she was kind but, insistent she made up the room despite being told no I’m working, clearly with a laptop in front of me and busy.

The room had only been made up the day or so before .. there is a line of doing great service and respecting guests wish’s- other than that great

A lot if hiccups with reception, booking, room confusions, we have booked for a wedding with almost 8 rooms total, we have sent a message requesting to all be at the same floor at least, no response, we have also requested high floor, no response and not honored on the day of check in. Me and my partner’s family were on separate buildings. But housekeeping is so good, our rooms are always refreshed everytime we come back.

We stayed during New Year, and our experience was quite average. First, the air-conditioning in my kids' room was impossible to adjust, which we had to deal with since I wanted the kids to stay in the connecting room with us. Secondly, although we stayed for 4 days, we only requested room cleaning on the 3rd day. I went to the reception to ask directly, but had to wait nearly 20 minutes due to the chaos and lack of organization at the front desk. There was no queue, and customers kept skipping ahead of each other, with the staff not addressing it. They served whoever they saw first when looking up. Despite this, no one came to clean our room for the rest of the day.

The third issue, which was the most ridiculous, was when my child got injured at the pool and had a bleeding hand. We asked the reception for first aid assistance, but all they provided was a first aid box and asked me to handle it myself, with barely anything inside. No one checked in on us or even asked if we needed further help. After I managed to tend to the injury, they simply asked me to leave the box there and walked away.

This may not be the worst experience for some, but given the cost of the room each night compared to the service we received, I would recommend staying elsewhere. The only redeeming quality of this hotel seems to be that it's pet-friendly, but that's about it.

Decent hotel near Jomtien Beach

This hotel is pretty big and the lobby as well as the dining area is huge and nice. There is a pool area as well as kid area.

The only thing is the rooms are a bit outdated. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t bother us much.

The only drawback is that even though it’s close to Jomtien beach, getting there is a bit challenging unless you take a taxi, your own car, or use the feee shuttle. It is situated behind a few other structures so you cannot just walk across.

The breakfast here is very extensive and well worth the prepay. It is very delicious as well.

Reason why I rated 3 stars is that rooms are outdated and location is not the greatest.

Do not stay at this hotel

This was my third Centara hotel stay. I would not recommend it. Seating in upholstered chairs and benches in the breakfast buffet area were stained and filthy. The pool was under repair and closed with no advance notice prior to booking that I saw. The shower door did boot close properly and flooded the bathroom. The curtains in the bedroom did not close properly and let light in. The maid that serviced our room was excellent.

Areas for improvement
1. Plumbing in room shower is an issue - bathroom often wet - bottom of wooden framework is rotting due to wet
2. Could do with extra (workable) power point near beds in twin bedded rooms
3. Pricing in spa needs to be more flexible - 1500 baht for 1 hour massage vs standard street price of 300 baht explains why practically no one was using this wonderful facility in the 5 days we were there. We are happy to pay a premium for the hotel convenience but 1500 baht is way too high

Great resort but no beach access

The resort is great to just stay and get work done or hang at the pool and work out. The bed was comfortable and breakfast had many choices. The real problem is that there is NO DIRECT BEACH access. You have to walk almost 2 km to get to the beach promenade. There are some abandoned buildings along the way and street with many cars and no side walk. Taxi or Grab is needed to make it safe and comfortable. Know that before booking your stay.

Tæt ved stranden i centrum af byen med ekstrem meget trafik langs stranden. Værelset var fint med 2 store senge, så børnene kunne sove der også. Udsigt til den stærkt trafikerede vej og stranden.
Parkering ved hotellet for 2 biler der skulle bakkes ind i en parallel parkering medens personalet fra hotellet hjalp med at stoppe trafikken under parkeringen. Alternativt parkering et par gader derfra. Vi havde kun overnatning een nat og brugte ikke hotellets. restaurant mv.
På grund af trafikforholdene var det dårligt valg til en overnatning.

they say the Low Salt Butter - actually that is margarine not abutter.
And Factory made Bread.

Obvious cost savings. Is it a 4-star hotel right? First time to see.

Cannot go through by walk. Only access beach by shuttle bus. if you go to the beach by walk - you have to pass through a dark, dingy road. There are even a bunch of dogs in a pile of garbage

I had early check out only one day stay I move another hotel.

Arriving at the hotel the stqff were helpful to unload our baggage and check us in. The staff delivering our baggage to the room struggled to smile! The pool is nice yet the staff working there could be trained more to communicate politely in their local dialect. The rooms were kept very clean and the beds were comfortable, room service was seamless. The restauraunt manager was great and the food was good, unfortunately it took nearly an hour after ordering to reach the table each time. For our group I can say we wouldnt choose to stay here again but with some improvements we may take a second look. Thanks to the concierge and restauraunt manager whom were great

This was my first time staying with Centara hotel group. Even though it located not near the beach, but overall we had great time and very good value for money. The hotel provided the shuttle to the beach every hour. The pool was great, my kid enjoyed it very much. Kid‘s club was just like the Hobbit house. We impressed with the Front desk person. She was very informative responsive and friendly. The staffs at the restaurant was very responsive and helped me with sterilizing my baby’s bottle everyday. Besides that my car broke down in the basement and the staffs assisted me in every ways to make my car worked again. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance.

However the way to get to the hotel is a bit confusing, and is further out from the main road. Beautiful place far from everything tho.

The hotel is gorgeous. Really nice pool with swim up bar, staff is friendly, clean rooms and great amenities. The breakfast is very good too. The only downside is that you’re in the middle of nowhere. The hotel offers a shuttle service that takes you to the busy area of Jomtien once every hour until 8pm. After that you’ll be on your own to take a cab (2-300 baht) or uber (if they show up- not reliable- for 100baht). If you look in the map you may think you can walk.. but the streets around the hotel don’t have sidewalks and believe me YOU CANNOT WALK ANUWHERE). You will depend on the shuttle or other transport.
Jomtiem is a more tranquil place than Pattaya beach. The parts of the beach that you can actually enjoy are the closest to Pattaya. There are maybe 4 km of the beach that are unused due to having no sand area (including the ocean from nearest to the hotel). You need to go at least a few kms north to find the sand.
I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the buzz. The Chinese tour buses and tourists can be very noisy in the lobby and not follow hotel rules (like not smoking in the pool area or not going to the pool after closing hours) but overall it’s a quiet place and very relaxing.

It was a very comfortable stay, the rooms very modern and the pool one of the best I've been in on all my trips to Thailand. The only downside to this resort is its location, you cannot just simply walk down the beach road, you need to be transfered to it which the resort does provide but only on a schedule, so if you are anything like me in Thailand not really taking any notice of what time it is, this can be an issue. Other than that I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay in Pattaya but away from the madness.

The room is clean but amenities in the bathroom are too few. There are only hair&body shampoo, shower cap and sanitary bag. But breakfast is so nice. Providing many menus. Swimming pool is very very big. Good for children.
The worst thing is front staff said he would upgrade my room because I booked via expedia. 3 mins later, he said sorry. He had misunderstanding and gave me non-upgraded one.

Great service and very welcoming and friendly. They arranged all my tranport service. The hotel was hidden and far from the beach (if only the path way to the beach was opened but negotiations were still ongoing with the other building at the back for that less than 100 steps beach front) other restaurants but all you need is already inside. A lovely pool which is a great view from our balcony. Clean hotel room and spacious. Although we do suggest to have some OFF lotions specially for the kids because of the greens around rhe hotel. Just a precaution but all is good. The restaurants have great food. Love the pool bar. Awesome gym with the basics. Kid friendly. My son loves the Safari camp and the pool slide. I love the Spa.

一階は虫が入ってくるかも、４階に宿泊してとても良かったです。

Hotelli sijaitsee erittäin huonolla paikalla! Yleissiisteys oli kohtalainen mutta lavuaarin siisteys on todella heikko! Lavuaari ei vetänyt ja wcn pytty haisi kuvottavalle!
Uima-altaan siisteys oli erittäin huono!!! Vesi oli ajoittain sameata ja kertaakaan en nähnyt että allasta olisi siivottu kunnolla!

妻と二人で3泊しました。食事メニューはよかったです。小型犬を連れて行ったのですがペット用の環境も今まで行ったホテルでは一番配慮されていました。

家族向が多く、プールの水が汚いのでが気になりました。掃除はしているのですが、水の循環ろ過装置がなかったせいでしょうか。プールサイドの部屋でしたが、プライベートが全くなく、夜はカーテンを閉めっぱなしでないと外から丸見えです。

全体的に施設、建物も古く次はありません。

Nesten ingen solstoler ved bassenget. Dette er et hotell for barnefamilier, passer ikke like godt for par. Langt å gå til restauranter og stranden, selv om det ser nærme ut på kartet. Man må gå lang omvei til stranden fordi det ikke er direkte passasje, men det går en shuttle buss en gang i timen til stranden som var veldig bra. Det var ingen ekstra dopapir, ikke håndklær til hendene. De vasket rommet veldig sent, ofte kl. 15-17:00 da vi lå og slappet av på rommet. Ikke bestill pizza i restauranten, den var forferdelig. De ansatte var hyggelige og ga god service, men hotellet trenger en oppgradering

อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ที่นอนนุ่มสบายมาก แต่ เมื่อผมเข้ามา Check in ก่อน 15.00 น พนักงานต้อนรับอย่างดี แต่ไม่บอกว่า สามารถไปนั่งรอได้ที่ไหน หรือนั่งทาน welcome drink รอห้องทำความสะอาดหรือจัดห้องให้เรียบร้อย โดยจะติดต่อกลับเมื่อห้องพักพร้อม ของภายในห้องพักได้ไม่ครบ เตียงเสริม เสียงดังมากเวลาขยับตัว ไม่มีเก้าอี้นั่งภายในห้องพัก อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำเก่าไปนิด ฝักบัวไม่แข็งแรงตกใส่ศรีษะอีก
